Great murder mystery show if you are that kind of a person. Plot: A woman comes back to find out who had killed her mother and 5 other people during a wedding seven years earlier. When she comes to town with other people who are invited to attend a wedding everything happens again and everyone is murdered one by one until I think the woman is left to solve the mystery of why these killings happened before she is murdered. I think you might like it. As I said ... it airs every Thursday evening on CBS network. Wendy |

nym1023 and likenClay2 as I said earlier ... this is weekly show and yes it has a beginning and it's leading up to an ending. Only 2 have been killed off so far, I can't wait for Tomorrow's episode. Until then keep close attention to the show ... if I were you take notes you might just figure it out before the last episode airs. I just hope CBS keeps it going the show is very interesting like Jerico was ... I wonder if Clay likes this show. Wendy Edited by krazy4clay09, Apr 15 2009, 01:12 PM.

Well as of last week the show is really doing well it has 10.2 million viewers thus far and is getting more everytime the show airs. I'm so involved in it I can't seem to turn away from it. I'll admit one thing when there is blood though I cover my eyes .. okay call me "chicken" but as some of you I don't like the sight of blood myself ... LOL! Now the show is getting really interesting .. I had to keep the murders straight and how they were being "axed" as they might say ... it's got a long way to go yet but they have killed off 5 already and I was amazed that they were able not to reveal the secret identity of the actual murdered. But as I see it .. hoping my ESP isn't right ... I have a gut feeling the killer could either be the following persons listed below. "The old ex lover" ~ the good looking guy who wants to be back in the girl's life still. "The father of the bride" ~ the man who dislikes what's happened 7 years earlier. Although I can't remember his name, he seem to be the type of person who might murder anyone ... who knows LOL! There's the grooms brother .... the one who has the tattoos, he sometimes looks too suspcious to me. Well that all for now ,,, I saw the last preview of next week and the show looks as though it will explain everything a little bit deeper. So keep taking notes. Wendy |

I do not know what to think. JD, the groom's brother, does look guilty but to obvious. I think it could be a relative of Wakefield, maybe a son, noone knows about. The bride's (Trish) father (who is a liar) does not like the groom because he is from the wrong side of the tracks but likes Hunter because he is from the right side of the tracks. Maybe it is Hunter. You know what is interesting up to this point about the murders....none of the bodies have been found except for Kelly because they show it in the coming attractions. Another thing I find interesting is the murders taking place now are all different. The only one so far the same from the murders 7 years ago is Kelly's hanging. I hope it is not the good looking guy (Jimmy, I think that is his name), Abby's ex-boyfriend. One more thing....I think JD is responsible for killing the deer and putting the dead deer on Shane's truck, but I think that Shane decapitated the deer and put it in the bathtub in Henry (groom) and Trish's (bride) room. I think this incident is separate from the murders. Well this show has me guessing. I tell you that little girl scares the heck out of me. Looking forward to Thursday. |

nym1023 You may be correct ... on what you said. I do agree with you on some things but you know as you said you hoped the "Killer" wasn't the good looking guy ... I hope not too but as they say "looks" good or bad could be deceiving. .... We'll have to wait til Thursday to find out more. I doubt I'll be able to wait for Thursday .. this is as bad as American Idol was 6 years ago with Clay not knowing if he was staying or leaving ... until the very end. I'll keep you posted on the story ... of Harper's Island. (this sounds like it could be turned into a "Clay-fan-fic" story. ...) Wendy Edited by krazy4clay09, Apr 20 2009, 08:31 AM.

My newest update on CBS's newest drama-mystery series "Harper's Island" read below: "Harper's Island" took a winding twist the other evening I wasn't so sure who was going to be "Axed" next and when I found out I was total like .... "What?" Anyway, Abby (the girl who came back home to Harper's Island) went to see JD (the groom's brother) to tell him about her friend (Kelly ) and found him hanging by Shane (one of Henry's buddy's) and she tried to confront Shane and he didn't admit to any of the killings thus far ... to which now stands at SIX dead! Well Henry at the engagment bash over hears Trisha's (bride to be) Father talking to someone about Hunter. Then the screen switches to Bride's father who meets up with Hunter (ex-lover to Trisha) and he gave him the family's boat so he could leave the island. So on his way from the pier in the middle of nowhere Hunter discovers a tote bag full of money and a gun. He doesn't do anything and ignors it. Well when the boat runs out of gasoline and Hunter tries to find the gas can to re-fuel he opens up the lid to fill the tank when "BANG" a loaded gun goes off and then the credits went across the screen. The fourth episode should be a real threat ... there's only 3 more days before the wedding of Trisha and Henry commits so and with "Six" already gone. I don't know who is the real killer it could be anyone who might be already dead or not. Wendy |

I knew as soon as Hunter ran out of gas he was a goner. Shane, I think, is also too obvious, but sure has a few screws lose. Isn't it strange with the people who have been killed off (except for Kelly) so far that nobody seems to be missing them.... .Looking forward to Thursday! |

Here's what happened during the 4th episode on Saturday night ... Trish and her bride maids had the bachlorette bash with a Psychic ... she told everyone's fortune. When she was up to Abby, she got bad vibs from her. Abby seems to be the next suspicious person to be next to die. The bride Trish ... almost died in the swimming pool when someone clicked on the Solar-cover after she jumped into the water to save the blow-up dummy and was under the water for several minutes swimming. But someone found her and pulled her out. The groom and his buddies went boating and found the boat with the dead body of Trisha's ex-lover inside and also the $250.000.00 grand of money. They all drew straws to see who would burry the cash and Boone was chosen to go into the woods but his friend caught him and the gun Boone was carrying for protection went off and shot him in the leg and he died from the over-flow of blood. Trish caught her step-mother and a man at the mansion together making love. The flower girl told Abby she wasn't going to be in Trisha's bridal-party because the spirits told her not too to do it after she pulled out the "Tower" card a median might use to tell someone's forture. The tarrow card might "death" ... Thats all for now next episode airs this next Saturday May 9th. 9pm est on CBS Network. Note new day and time every week from now on. Wendy, I think Trish's brother-in-law Rich made the cover start to close on the pool, then jumped in to save her. It was his way of threatening her not to tell her sister or father of his affair with her stepmother. I guess Sully, not sure of his name, who wanted the money must have buried Boothe somewhere, and then he lied to Henry that he didn't see him. The little girl, Trish's niece, Madison, still scares me. Interesting that the killer did not strike in this episode. Anyway, looking forward to Saturday. Edited by nym1023, May 9 2009, 06:22 PM.

In order for this to work, there has to be at least two murderers. The setups to knock off each person so far would have to be planned and committed by more than one person. Has anyone seen the "Ten Little Indians" plot? An old but extremely effective movie similar to this murder mystery. In that movie, there were two of them AND I think both of them were "killed" early in the movie. Right now, I believe Boone is still alive and one of the participants of the murders. I think he had a bag of blood strapped to his leg and "died." True, he was buried but not too deeply where he could easily dig himself out. Now he can continue his killing without being suspected. True, no one knows he is "dead" except his friend. It still is an interesting mystery. PS: I think Wakefield is alive. I recognized his picture. The actor, Callum Keith Rennie, has been on many other shows and he would not get billing if he were dead. UNLESS, they show the murders from the past. Edited by MrMontage, May 10 2009, 05:08 PM.

Thank you MrMontage for your theories. I wonder who the man with the scarred face is who sicked his dog on Trish and her father? This sure is an interesting mystery. We may have more than one mystery going on the island. Just wanted to remind you that Harper's Island will not be on this Saturday. It will return on May 23rd. |

nym1023 thanks for the new update ... forget I what I said on OFC to you on your comment profile. I thought since it didn't air last week and they said it was going to air in 2 wks I thought it was tonight. LOL! Anyhoo ... I'm going to be watching my NASCAR races ... I love Jimmie Johnson he drives for Lowes on the Hendricks Racing team, the LOWES Motor Speedway is Jimmie's home-track and I can't wait til tonight .. Jimmie and his NASCAR pals are doing the ALL-STAR race in Charlott NC and Jimmie is in 1st place pole position ... I think if by chance beginning next week til the end of the season I want Jimmie to take the TITLE for the 4th time in a row I think he can do it. Wendy Edited by krazy4clay09, May 16 2009, 12:54 PM.

Well hopefully we'll know what happens at Trish's and Henry's wedding if it does take place, I hope nothing will spoil it this time though someone did scream just before the credits came across the screen and that made the viewer tune in to see what will happen in tonight's episode. Now after this episode I don't know if the killer will finally be revealed or if they go into another season for the show. We'll have to wait and see what happens to everyone on Harper's Island!
