I feel like saying how I think parasite was meant to be played. So I am! Humans: Humans are supposed to be a team, with no tkers or morons, or anyone pretending to be para, doing parasitic things, self infecting, etc. They are supposed to view being infected as just as bad as dying, and thus something to avoid at all cost. They should not kill other humans without evidence that they are the para. They should work together with the AI and preserve the blood tester. (Although personally I hate the BT and think it should be destroyed in smaller games, and probably in bigger ones too :P) They should not let the cerebate infect them for any reason, including if the cerebate is a friend. They should avoid infection as much as death. AI: The ai is supposed to work with the humans to discover and kill the parasite. He is supposed to upgrade himself and use his RSM's scanner to search for the para. He is supposed to use his drones as support and act as a guard and weapon. By contrast, when he is infected, the ai should kill humans without mercy, destroy anything that would help them, and generally hinder them. The infected ai should act like a cheif spawn, the cerebates leutenant, and should not die simply to recover. Spawns: Spawns should lay low when needed, and cause general mayhem by destroying blockades, killing humans (infecting them when possible) and spying for the cerebate. They should occassionaly do something mildly suspicous in order to take suspicion away from the cerebate, and even reveal themselves if the cerebate is being thorughly scrutinised. In short, they should sacrifice themselves if needed. They should certainly NOT kill the cerebate so that they can be promoted. They should turn of oxygen and power frequently, and bomb the RSM, motherboard and ubersuits. The main duties of a spawn, in order, are: protect the cerebate, convert humans, cause mayhem, convert the ai. Convert the ai is second priority if it can be done easily. Cerebate: Kill or convert all humans and the ai. Sacrifice spawns if needed. Destroy the rsm, bt, blockades, and make an army. lay low until you are in your 3rd or fourth transformation, even if there is only one or two humans left. Reveal yourself only when forced or if it is benefitial. Do NOT attempt to convert anyone in zombie form. Seriously. The only people who you would be able to convert are newbs or afkers, and afkers can often come back at a bad time. People who go berserker zombie ruin the game for everyone, not just themselves. Anything else anyone wants to add? |

i can tells you for sure that one of the reasons there are paras in the bio lab is for self infesting. When i played with DSG once, he was asked on his opinion on self infesting, his reply went a little something like this: "LULZ I DOES IT TOO SOMETIMEZ! Y DUZ YEW THINK I PUTS PARAS IN TEH BIO LABZ?!!?" and then he tk'd the person that asked along with an innocent passerby. As for the way i play, i never do anything that seems uberly out of character, such as random tk'ing as AI.. or a human bombing RSM and so forth, i try to keep in character as much as i can :o |

Yeah, but I find it fun when people play the game instead of spending an hour drunk, getting killed by the para and leaving ![]() Also, tkers and nubs often ruin the game, which can be a real let down after waiting half an hour for the players to arrive

the only reasen the game is like this is HUMAN ERROR, no humans work together, i dont work with other infe members very well, im a lone wolf and someone following me around is a hinderance, when im cerebrate i do my best, the only main reasen i die is because humans MANAGE to think staright and team up (u guys), i am the best cerebrate here in my opinion, i do EVERYTHING to help, i hide my true identity, i draw suspicion from cere, if i was ur spawn, ur chances of winniing would be increased |

Firstly: yeah, human errror is the big probelm. But meh! Secondly: you really like wolves, dontcha? o.O Thirdly: when you said 'the best cerebrate' did you mean cerb, or did you mean spawn? Because later you say that you draw suspicion from cere Anyways, yeah, if humans worked together the game would be REALLY hard for para lol |
