Nike Free and Me I"m not a runner. I hate running. Running sucks. but Manboobs suck more nike air max 1 . And so I run. I started running because I had to and I wasn't prepared to lose sight of my genitals due to a bulging and sagging tummy. As such, I put on my extremely well cushioned pair of running shoes and went pavement pounding. And pound I did. From a very painful initial 1.5km nike air max dames to 10km runs, i grinned and grunted through every painful panting step.I hated every moment of it and even with my iPod plugged in blaring motivational music, I hated every moment of it. So, in an attempt to motivate myself, I went shoe shopping. I had been reading up on barefoot running and decided it was worth a try if it would take away the pain of running. And boy did I have pain. Everytime nike air max 90 camo, I had backaches. My knees locked frequently and I got sharp pain in them. My ankles were constantly sore and I never seemed to improve in running or at least lessen the pain. So after many months of enduring the pain, i decided to transit to barefoot running via Nike Free running shoes. I was skeptical at first but I had nothing to lose (except weight). This transition also required me to change my running gait to a forefoot running style. And so I did. I consciously watched my footfall and reduced my nike air max 90 essential running distance to 2km. The first time I ran in them, my ankles and calves hurt like hell. This went on for the first few runs. |
