Requirements Summoning level 1
Description this is an alternative to the standard summoning level two. The user is able to summon weapons from an alternate dimension. The weapons have varying abilities, comparable to powers, though less versatile. Each weapon beyond the first requires the use of its own power slot. This power can be used in place of Summoning level 2 for the requirement to learn summoning level 3.

Level: 1
Requirements: None
Description: A popular myth is that the human mind puts the greatest of computers to shame. The multi-core processing is a power that turns the myth, into reality. Given the tendency of watchers to be heavily reliant on mental powers, it increases the capacity of the user's mind. At this level, the user is as if they had two minds, and are able to split all thought processes between the two without causing any overlap in thoughts. As an extra benefit, all mental attacks are targeted against only one of the user's "minds".

Requirements: Multi-Core Processing Level 1
Description: At this stage, the user is able to function as if they had four minds. Further more, each "mind" is able to rest while the others are working, allowing them to never grow mentally exhausted so long as they rotate between the "minds".

Requirements: Multi-Core Processing Level 2
Description: The user has now eight "minds" amongst which to split tasks. Furthermore, they are able to "shut down" any of the minds and "restart it", making it even more difficult for mental attacks to succeed against them.

Level: 2
Requirements: Empathy level 2
Description: A less versatile, but more powerful version of empathy, like its name implies, this causes fear in others. The user is able to cause the fear a single target feels to increase significantly. Furthermore, if someone fears the user sufficiently, they will no longer be able to see the user. This counts as a mental attack, and as such anyone with an equivalent level of fear, empathy, or means to resist mental attacks (ex: calm mind) is immune to it.

Requirements: Fear level 2
Description: At this stage, the user releases an "aura" of fear around them that covers a range of 30 feet. Anyone within that aura will fear a massive amount of fear. At this stage, anyone caught in the "fear" will be unable to sense the user's existence in any manner, so long as the user displays no hostile intent towards them.

Requirements: Fear level 3
Description: The range of the aura is increased now to 100 feet. Anyone caught in the aura will no longer even be aware of the fact that they are afraid. Furthermore, their defense against any other mental powers the user may use against them will decrease by one level, even if they are able to defend against this aura.

Class Summary: This class does not focus on fighting. Rather, it focuses on running away from fights, and having others fight for them... from a distance. The ideal watcher is one who is able to make others do their crimes/missions for them, without the "others" even knowing about the watcher.
