Ignition (Fire) Those that manipulate fire have at their fingertips the power to burn and destroy. They wield not just flames, but also heat, lava and smoke. Fire and lava are vulnerable to water-based attacks, while having a decided advantage against ice. Heat and Cold naturally counter one another. The wind can blow smoke away with ease, but fanning flames in this way only serves to make them bigger and more powerful. Fire can burn down wood, but is very ineffectual against metal and stone. Those with this power also have their bodies naturally emit higher levels of heat, making it impossible to hold conventional firearms for more than a few seconds, as the heat will ignite the gunpowder and blow the firearm to smithereens. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Fireball Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power to the palm of their hand, allowing them to throw it at a target like a baseball. Fireballs are not affected by gravity however, and can fly in a straight line indefinitely if nothing interferes with them. Power Name: Heat Vision Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user charges the pupils of their eyes, firing a pair of hot beams that converge on a single point. This can cause small burns, but is more useful for precision cutting, or for creating an opening on an unsuspecting opponent. Power Name: Smoke Drain Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user inhales deeply, bringing all smoke in the surrounding area into their body. Rather than going into the lungs, this rapidly metabolizes to restore lost energy that can be used for their powers, and can also help them recover from minor injuries. Power Name: Heated Palm Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power to their palm, but directs the energy inward to heat their hands instead of creating a fireball. Contact with the user's hands is similar to touching a hot stovetop. This ability has no long ranged utility, however. Power Name: Lighter Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a small, thin flame over their thumb with a snap. This does not have much combat use, but is useful for quietly and safely starting a fire. Power Name: Warmth Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user emits heat from their body, safely warming the air near their bodies. This has almost no combat use, but is useful in cold or wet areas. Power Name: Oil Jet Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user spits a small amount of oil out of their mouth in a stream, both making the floor slick and providing a flammable surface. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Flame Strike Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of manipulating flame fluidly with melee combat, allowing them to shoot streams of flames with a punch or kick that follow the motion of the limb they come from (So a sweeping motion would create a whip-like stream of flame, for an example). These flames can extend several feet from the user. Power Name: Fire Breath Rank: C Requirements: Fireball Description: Building upon the basic principles of its predecessor, the user can now channel their flames through the mouth, exhaling a wide stream of flames several feet from their mouth. Power Name: Flame Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels energy just outside of their body, causing themselves to burst into flames. They are not completely engulfed however, looking more like their outline is encircled by the flames. While the armor is active, those who physically touch them can get burned, and they become highly resistant to fire attacks. Power Name: Flame Shield Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user waves their hands or feet in a broad sweeping motion, leaving a wide layer of flame behind it that lasts for several seconds. This can be useful as a defense against melee attacks, and the fire is hot enough that it can burn up weaker projectiles. Power Name: Flame Thrusters Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user unleashes a burst of flame from their feet, causing themselves to propel through the sky. This allows them to fly hundreds of feet in the air for several miles. Power Name: Heat Wave Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user strikes the ground, causing a wall of flames to extend out in all directions. The greater the impact, the further the flames spread, and the higher the flames rise, but the more energy the attack consumes as well. Power Name: Napalm Grenade Rank: C Requirements: Fireball Description: The user creates a fireball in their hand, one supercharged with extra power. When they hurl it, it will detonate on impact in a fiery blast. Power Name: Preheat Rank: C Requirements: Fireball Description: Whenever the user is going to perform a fireball-based attack, they may charge additional energy before using the technique. If they charge it one post before using the attack, its power doubles. They can also charge for two rounds prior to triple the attack's power. Power Name: Smoke Chains Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Drain Description: The user emits a cloud of smoke that flows along the ground, and from it they can make chains formed of solidified smoke out to attempt to ensnare a target. These chains are as strong as steel. This technique's energy cost increases with every chain made. Power Name: Smoke Restraint Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Drain Description: The user creates a swirling vortex of smoke over an individual's body. This vortex can hold non-Conduits still on the ground, and can make it difficult to breathe. Conduits can resist the vortex enough to get away from it, though it can be difficult. This ability can be used only at very short range. Power Name: Smoke Form Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Drain Description: The user is capable of temporarily turning their body into pure smoke, allowing them to take flight (Albeit more slowly than using flame thrusters). This can also let them pass through openings a physical body normally could not, such as mesh or small holes. However, despite the fact their body is in a gaseous state, they are still susceptible to attacks. In fact, being struck by an attack disrupts the energy field allowing the user to sustain the smoke form, and causes triple the damage it would have in the user's physical form (Though this will manifest as soreness, pain and bruising, rather than potentially more lethal injuries) Power Name: Smoke Screen Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Drain Description: The user exhales hard, blowing out a cloud of smoke that rapidly encircles them and spreads outward. The longer they breathe out and more energy they expend, the larger an area they can cover. This can be useful for blocking sight and can make it difficult for those without Smoke Drain to breathe. Note that absorbing this smoke does not restore as much energy as it cost to generate it. Power Name: Thermal Vision Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can alter the way their vision works so that they see heat patterns, rather than on the visual spectrum. This can be useful for seeing in environments that have poor visibility, or for finding targets that have somehow masked their presence from normal sight. Power Name: Rebound Burst Rank: C Requirements: Fireball Description: Whenever the user launches a fiery attack at a target, the resulting collision will recreate the attack and launch it towards the nearest target. This may occur three times in a row. The rebound attack is comparable each time to the original. Power Name: Smoke Form - Minor Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Form Description: The user turns a small part of their body into smoke, affording that body part all the risks and benefits associated with the full transformation, while still maintaining their full body. Power Name: Welding Rank: C Requirements: Heated Palm Description: The user places their hand on a metal object, which they then feed heat through. The metal heats up tremendously, and can get hot enough to turn red hot and malleable, though the user can make the metal less hot if they want. Power Name: Hot Weapon Rank: C Requirements: Heated Palm Description: The user channels their power through a weapon, increasing the temperature and potentially the damage the weapon may cause. While this can be used on any weapon, it is most effective on metal ones, as wooden weapons will just catch on fire and may be rendered useless after a few strikes. Power Name: Remote Fireball Rank: C Requirements: Fireball ; Fire nearby Description: The user can channel their power into a nearby fire, and can launch fireballs from the fire instead of from their body, allowing for an unpredictable angle of attack. Power Name: Blast Punch Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power to their fist, then strikes a target. This creates a small blast at the point of impact, but this is more capable of knocking a target back than burning it. Power Name: Smoking Dash Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Form Description: The user enters smoke form and rapidly moves from one spot to another, often through a gap they otherwise couldn't fit through or just another location up to twenty feet away. This movement is much faster than could be accomplished otherwise. All benefits and restrictions of Smoke Form apply while using this ability. If using this ability to fit into a small gap, the user will not reform until the reach an opening large enough for their body to reform without injury. Power Name: Jetfire Kick Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user gathers energy to the sole of their foot and kicks out at a target. Flames burst from the user's foot and continue for a few feet. If they strike a target, the flames will violently explode, knocking the target back. Power Name: Rocket Strikes Rank: C Requirements: None Description: While the user maintains this ability, they may eject flames from their limbs in the opposite intended direction of their strike, increasing the speed and power of the attack. Power Name: Smoke Ring Bindings Rank: C Requirements: Smoke Drain Description: The user creates rings of smoke that constrict once they surround a target, allowing multiple types of binding. They will continue to constrict until they tighten around a solid object, and will solidify and remain solid as long as this ability is maintained. Power Name: Friendly Fire Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user may negate the heat of any fiery technique they use, allowing them to frighten without using potentially lethal force. This does not affect the appearance of any of their techniques, only the heat. Power Name: Extinguish Rank: C Requirements: Good Path ; Smoke Drain Description: The user can decrease the size of nearby flames, eventually extinguishing them entirely. This ability also drains the smoke in the area, rendering it completely safe while providing the user with extra energy. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Hearth Healing Rank: B Requirements: Good Path ; Warmth Description: The user emits a special kind of heat from their hands, capable of soothing pain and speeding the recovery process of any wounds the heat is washed over. Power Name: Heat Drain Rank: B Requirements: Evil Path ; Smoke Drain Description: The user drains the heat from an unconscious body, killing the body while restoring their energy stores. This is almost instant for most, but takes about three posts on a conduit. Power Name: Cluster Napalm Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Napalm Grenade Description: The user channels even more firepower into their grenade, causing it to split into ten Napalm grenades in the air and peppering the targeted area with fiery explosives. Power Name: Meteor Impact Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user thrusts one hand forward in a powerful motion, creating a whirl of flames around their arm before firing forward as a ball of white-hot fire with a burning red tail, which detonates on impact to cause great damage. In addition to the technique's raw power, it also creates a vacuum in its wake by sucking up most of the oxygen, sweeping up small objects as it passes by. Power Name: Molten Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Napalm Grenade Description: The user creates an even more powerful fireball in their hand-this one actually made of molten lava. When they hurl it, it will detonate on impact, spraying lava in every direction. Unlike other fireball abilities, this is affected by gravity. Power Name: Flamethrower Strike Rank: B Requirements: Flame Strike Description: The user is capable of creating and manipulating larger amounts of flame fluidly with melee combat moves, allowing them to shoot larger streams of fire with a punch or a kick that follows the motion of the limb they come from. These flames can extend between fifteen and twenty feet from the user. Power Name: Oil Rain Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power into the sky, creating a dark cloud hanging above them. The cloud will then start raining a flammable liquid, giving the potential for massive amounts of flame across the entire area. Power Name: Phoenix Strike Rank: B Requirements: Blast Punch Description: The user channels intense heat to their fist, then strikes a target. The punch unleashes all of the heat gathered, causing severe burns and a minor explosion, but incinerates the user's hand. The user's hand quickly reforms from the ash caused by the technique, however. Power Name: Phoenix Kick Rank: B Requirements: Blast Punch Description: The user channels intense heat to their leg, then kicks a target. The kick unleashes all of the heat gathered, causing severe burns and an explosion, but incinerates the user's leg. The user's leg quickly reforms from the ash caused by the technique, however. Power Name: Phoenix Blast Rank: B Requirements: Phoenix Strike and/or Phoenix Kick Description: The user gathers intense heat into their body, and unleashes the energy on the next post. This causes a large explosion and incinerates the user's body. The body will quickly reform from the ash created by the blast, however. Power Name: Smoking Assassination Rank: B Requirements: Smoke Form Description: The user channels their power to their hand and covers the victim's mouth with their palm. Smoke is then forced down the victim's throat, causing difficulty breathing and choking. If held long enough, the victim may asphyxiate as a result of this ability. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Infernal Drain Rank: A Requirements: Evil Path ; Heat Drain Description: The user drains the heat from all nearby bodies at once, potentially killing dozens of people while restoring their own energy reserves. It takes three posts to drain the heat from a conduit. Power Name: Fireball Barrage Rank: A Requirements: Fireball Description: The user rapidly channels and releases bursts of energy in the form of fireballs from each hand, as well as the mouth, to pepper a targeted area with fireballs that are more powerful than the basic fireball technique. Individually, these fireballs are only a bit more powerful than the original, but the true strength lies in the overall large number of them. Power Name: Inferno Strike Rank: A Requirements: Flamethrower Strike Description: The user is capable of creating and manipulating great amounts of flame fluidly with melee combat moves, allowing them to shoot massive streams of fire with a punch or a kick that follows the motion of the limb they come from. These flames can be up to fifty feet long and twenty feet wide, allowing for a massive effective range. Power Name: Burning Assassination Rank: A Requirements: Smoking Assassination ; Heated Palm Description: The user places both palms over a victim's ears, then channels their power into and out of their palms. The victim will have heat directly applied to their brain, quickly killing the target. Power Name: Phoenix Form Rank: A Requirements: Any "Phoenix" Ability ; Smoke Form Description: The user channels their power throughout their body, allowing their body to rapidly recover from any injury by reforming from ash. While any injury can be recovered while maintaining this form, the user will feel three times the pain of the injury, and in addition to losing an A-rank amount of energy per post, will lose additional energy for each injury recovered from (A minimum of C, increases with size) Power Name: Cluster Molten Grenade Rank: A Requirements: Molten Grenade Description: The user channels even more firepower into their grenade, causing it to split into ten Molten Grenades in the air and showering the area in molten lava explosives. Power Name: Molten Impact Rank: A Requirements: Meteor Impact Description: The user thrusts one hand forward in a powerful motion, creating a swirling vortex of molten lava around their arm before firing forward as a ball of lava with a lava tail, which detonates on impact to cause great damage and sprays lava in every direction. In addition to the technique's raw power, its tail leaves behind a trail of molten lava, incinerating anything it passes over as well. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Phoenix Fall Rank: S Requirements: Any 2 "Phoenix" Abilities Description: The user must begin this ability from a high location. While falling towards the ground, the user will charge energy into their body, then release energy from behind them to accelerate their fall. Upon colliding with the ground, an explosion large enough to level a city block and hot enough to burn concrete will be unleashed from their body, incinerating their body in the process. After a few moments, their body will reform from the ash created as a result of this technique. |

Aquatic(Water/Ice) Water is the essence of life, and one of the most prevalent elements on the planet. Drawing from its power allows the user not just to manipulate water, but ice, steam and water vapor as well. Water and Electricity react violently with one another, which makes combining the two very effective, while combatting one another is very dangerous. Two contesting attacks from these power sets will feet back along one another, potentially causing serious injury to both of their owners. Fire, similarly, is easily doused by water, but can make short work of ice. Ice can be effective against plants, but is water is generally ineffective against them. Wind can blow away steam and water vapor with ease. Those with this power set have a lower body temperature than normal and their flesh is always a bit moist, which can be a problem if handling electrical devices without sufficient care. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Ice Launch Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a rapidly rising ice platform under their feet that hurls them high into the air, greatly boosting their ability to jump both higher and farther. Power Name: Snowball Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user forms a ball of snow in their hand as dense as a stone, which can be hurled at a target. Power Name: Surf Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of walking on water, as well as sliding rapidly across it as if on a surf board. They likewise can skate on ice without the use of skates. When surfing on water, water will kick up behind them about two feet in the air, as if they are swimming very fast. Power Name: Water Breathing Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of breathing underwater. This ability does not use any energy. Power Name: Water Gun Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user fires a high pressure blast of water from their mouth, which can soak a target and has decent knockback. Power Name: Dry Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user takes control of the water on their body and forces it to run off of their body, allowing them to stay dry in almost any situation. Power Name: Lifewater Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user steps into water, absorbing the water through their skin into their body. The absorbed water replenishes the user’s body, allowing them to restore their energy and recover from small wounds. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Bubble Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user blows out a water bubble, which moves toward the target rapidly. On impact, this bubble explodes with great concussive force, sending the target flying. Power Name: Ice Breath Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user exhales deeply, a cold mist coming from their mouth. Any water they blow on in this way rapidly freezes. Power Name: Ice Chains Rank: C Requirements: None Description: Several chains made of solid ice shoot from nearby water sources, trying to ensnare a target. These chains are as strong as steel, and will only melt when exposed to fire or a similarly high degree of heat. Power Name: Ice Grenade Rank: C Requirements: Snowball Description: The user creates a snowball that will explode on impact, covering everything caught in the blast in a thin layer of ice that can slow or inhibit their movement. Power Name: Ice Slide Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can freeze moisture in the air under their feet while they are in midair, allowing them to create a thin layer of ice they can walk/slide on. This can be used almost to fly, though it is no faster than the user can normally run and does not gain height very quickly. It is much more useful for bridging long gaps. Power Name: Ice Wall Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a wall of solid ice that is as strong as steel. This is useful for blocking attacks. The user can create up to five of these at a time, up to twenty feet away from them, though the cost of each wall can become quite tiring. Power Name: Ice Weapons Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can form weapons made of solid ice in their hands. These weapons have no special effects, but are as strong as steel and can be useful for combat in a pinch. Larger weapons use more energy than smaller ones, obviously. Power Name: Rain Summoning Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a small raincloud that drizzles rain in the general area they are in. They can also choose for this to manifest as snow if they so desire. Power Name: Snow Man Creation Rank: C Requirements: Snowball Description: The user hurls a snowball charged with energy to the ground, causing it to rapidly grow into a full blow snowman. This snowman is capable of freely moving and fighting, though it is only as strong as a normal human, and is vulnerable to melting and smashing. Power Name: Snow Soldier Rank: C Requirements: Snow Man Creation Description: The user's snow men are now much tougher than before, only being vulnerable to melting from fire and extreme heat, but being able to survive normally in temperatures well above freezing. Their bodies also become as dense as rock, making it much more difficult to smash them apart. Power Name: Water Rocket Rank: C Requirements: Water Gun Description: The user focuses their hand or mouth at a target and concentrates a blast of water in the shape of a missile at the target. On impact, this explodes, covering everything caught in the blast in water. Power Name: Water Strike Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of fluidly manipulating nearby water using the motions of their arms and legs, with the water mirroring their motions. This can be useful to use water as a whip, to blast it forward, or a number of other motions. Power Name: Liquid Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user expels water from their pores or covers their body with nearby water. The water is constantly flowing, which can cause attacks to shift and can lessen the impact of the strike. Power Name: Flowing Shield Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user focuses their energy into nearby water or expels it out of their mouth. The water will launch in front of their body and hover there, catching and dispelling the force behind an attack. Power Name: Water State Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of turning their body completely into water, allowing them to rapidly slide across the ground or pass through openings a normal body otherwise wouldn’t be able to, such as mesh or small holes. However, despite their body being in a liquid state, they are still susceptible to attacks, and being struck by attacks from other conduits may force the user out of this state, as well as causing triple the damage the user would have maintained otherwise, though this damage is represented as bruising, pain, and soreness rather than more lethal injuries. Electric attacks cause twice as much damage as any other type of attack. Power Name: Puddle Hiding Rank: C Requirements: Water State Description: The user turns their body into a puddle on the ground, allowing them to hide and be relatively safe. All weaknesses of Water State apply to this technique. Power Name: Fog Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user generates a wide cloud of fog that hangs in the area for about ten minutes. This allows for hidden attacks, as well as assisting in escape. The user can see through the fog slightly better than others, but their range of vision is still reduced. Power Name: Steam Burst Rank: C Requirements: Water Strike Description: The user can superheat the water used by Water Strike, allowing them to control steam instead of water. While packing less of a physical punch, the steam can cause uncomfortable burns, and can be quite painful in large quantities. Power Name: Water Spout Rank: C Requirements: Water beneath the user Description: The user can spin water beneath them rapidly and force it to rise into the air, allowing the user to reach heights that would otherwise be impossible to reach. It becomes harder to control the higher the spout reaches. Power Name: Condensation Rank: C Requirements: Steam/Water Vapor in the air Description: The user can pull water out of the air itself, though in very low quantities. This can provide water for any of the user’s techniques that need it. Power Name: Ripple Binding Rank: C Requirements: Water Description: The user takes control of nearby water and wraps it in a ring around a target. The user can then freeze the water, creating an impromptu binding. Power Name: Waterjet Striking Rank: C Requirements: Water Description: The user takes control of nearby water and surrounds a limb with it. Upon making a striking motion, the water will shoot off of their limb, possibly knocking a target away. Power Name: Partial Water State Rank: C Requirements: Water State Description: The user may transform only some parts of their body into water, allowing them to use some of the benefits of the original technique while maintaining their mostly solid body. They may even affect a part of their body between two solid body parts, or reform distant body parts remotely. Power Name: Freezing Touch Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user places their hand on an object, rapidly freezing said object. This could make that object easier or harder to break, depending upon the object. Power Name: Frozen Restraint Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a layer of ice over a target's torso. While this can normally just slow a target down, if the target is prone, said target will be frozen to the ground, and will be unable to move until the ice is either melted or broken. Power Name: Remote Snowball Rank: C Requirements: Snowball ; Water nearby Description: The user focuses their power into nearby water, allowing them to launch snowballs from the water. This provides them with an unexpected angle of attack. Power Name: Frozen Spike Rank: C Requirements: Water nearby Description: The user rapidly extends and freezes a spike from a nearby body of water. These spikes are sharp enough to pierce a human body. Power Name: Frozen Fist Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user turns their fist into solid ice, making a punch from that fist hurt much more. Once frozen, the user’s fist cannot be unclenched until the technique is canceled. Power Name: Water Healing Rank: C Requirements: Lifewater ; Good Path Description: The user takes control of nearby water and channels their power through it. When this water comes into contact with injuries, it rejuvenates the victim, lessens the pain of the injury, and speeds the recovery. This can be used on both the user and other people. Power Name: Nature’s Bounty Rank: C Requirements: Plants Nearby Description: The user can draw water out of nearby plants and use it for their abilities. Obviously, they can get more water from larger plants and from a greater quantity of plants. Unfortunately, this process immediately kills and shrivels the plants used in the process. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Bubble Beam Rank: B Requirements: Bubble Description: The user rapidly fires a stream of bubbles, each of which explode with the same force as their predecessor. This can make it very difficult for a target to evade as the bubble bursts can create a narrow escape path. Power Name: Cluster Ice Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Ice Grenade Description: The user's Ice grenade splinters into ten ice grenades in midair, covering a larger area. Like its predecessor, this covers everything caught in the blast in a thin layer of ice. Power Name: Flash Freeze Rank: B Requirements: Water Strike Description: The user is capable of causing water being manipulated with Water Strike to freeze almost instantly. This can be useful for quickly encasing a target in ice, or to create crude weapons/projectiles out of ice on the fly. Power Name: Ice Beam Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user concentrates energy into their hand, blasting it forward in what looks like a misty blue laser beam the size of their arm. This has such high pressure that it is capable of rapidly terraforming the ground beneath it, digging a trench that turns into a river bed. However, the impact of the water itself is relatively low given the side surface area of the water itself. Power Name: Snow Army Rank: B Requirements: Snow Soldier Description: When the user hurls the snowball to create their snow soldier, it splinters into ten snowballs, all of which form into a full snow soldier. Power Name: Rain of Life Rank: B Requirements: Water Healing ; Good Path Description: The user channels their power into a cloud above them, and forces the water to come down. The water will ease the pain and speed the recovery rate of anyone the water touches. Alternatively, the user can use this technique to turn a pond-sized body of water into a healing spring that carries the same effect as the rain. Power Name: Detection Rain Rank: B Requirements: Rain Summoning or a cloud Description: The user channels their power into a cloud or into the rain created with Rain Summoning. If the rain strikes a conduit, the user will be able to detect that conduit’s primary power and their location, as well as a rough estimate of how powerful that conduit may be. Power Name: Drowning Assassination Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user places their hand over a victim’s mouth and forces water down their throat. This can cause rapid drowning, reliably killing a victim. However, it takes a few moments to generate and force the water down the throat, and the victim can cough up the water, making this an unattractive choice in direct combat. Power Name: Water Whip Rank: B Requirements: Water Nearby Description: The user takes control of nearby water and forms a long tentacle of water that they may control entirely. The larger a target is, the less effective this is-most human sized targets can only be jerkingly forced to move forward. Conduits are more capable of resisting this, however, and it is usually a struggle just to move a conduit’s limb against their will. Like snow soldiers, this titanic snow man cannot melt naturally. Fire attacks are also half as effective against it as they are snow soldiers. The titanic snow man is capable of lifting very large objects, even as big as city buses. Power Name: Frozen Assassination Rank: A Requirements: Drowning Assassination ; Freezing Touch Description: The user places their hands over both of the victim’s ears and rapidly channels freezing energy into the victim’s head. The victim’s brain will freeze, quickly killing the victim. Power Name: Drowning Prison Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user surrounds a target in a great quantity of water, with the user in complete control of how strong the water flows and in what direction. Victims can drown in this prison. This can also be used on the user as a shield. Power Name: Water God’s Protection Rank: A Requirements: Water nearby Description: As long as this ability is maintained, nearby water will automatically shoot out in front of the user whenever an attack is made against him. The water will then immediately freeze around any object that pierces it, stopping the forward momentum of the attack. Power Name: Rain Bullets Rank: A Requirements: Rain Summoning Description: While the rain is falling, the user takes control of the rain and increases the speed and hardness of the rainfall. While maintaining this ability, the rain falls fast enough and hits hard enough to break the skin. While each individual raindrop isn’t dangerous by itself, the quantity of the rain could easily be lethal to huge groups of people. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Tsunami Rank: S Requirements: Water Strike Description: The user either takes control of nearby water or produces it from their pores themselves. Controlling a massive amount of water, the user will raise hundreds of thousands of gallons above their head, and then will simply let it fall. The falling water can crush cars beneath its immense weight, and as the water flows outward, can drag city buses along behind it. The user can focus all of the water into a smaller strike zone to do even greater damage to a smaller area of attack. Power Name: Death’s Bounty Rank: S Requirements: Nature’s Bounty ; Thicker than Water ; Evil Path Description: The user can forcibly draw water out of a living target, and use that water for other abilities. This draws all of the water out of a being, killing it as soon as the process is complete. In all cases, this is extremely painful, but in most cases, very quick-the exception is against conduits. Ionic (Electric) Electricity runs throughout the city, granting a body of potential to those whom possess this power. They cannot just manipulate electricity, but magnetic fields as well, to achieve a variety of effects. Water and Electricity react violently with one another, which makes combining the two very effective, while combatting one another is very dangerous. Two contesting attacks from these power sets will feet back along one another, potentially causing serious injury to both of their owners. Electricity can be very effective against metal, but is far less effective against wood and stone. Users of this ability cannot use complex electrical devices, because they will short circuit, but fortunately can still use simpler, heavy duty devices commonly used by construction workers, so they can still use things like cellular phones. Extended contact of more than a few seconds from someone with this ability set will cause complex electrical devices to short circuit and require repair, making this power a problem for those that rely on Gadgets. Finally, those with this power emit a low level electrical current, such that any metal object they touch will receive a mild static jolt that is sufficient to ignite gunpowder in most firearms after a few seconds and blow the firearm to smithereens. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Electrical Drain Rank: D Requirements: Nearby source of electricity Description: The user is capable of recharging their energy reserves by pointing their hands towards an electrical power source, such as an electronic device, generator or power lines, and concentrating. They internalize the electricity for later use. This also helps them recover from injuries to a degree. Power Name: Gigawatt Blades Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user enhances their hands with electricity, creating a crude but sharp blade of electricity that extends from each hand like a knife. This affect lasts for three rounds of posting. Power Name: Induction Grind Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of sliding on power lines on their feet, allowing them to move much faster than their normal running speed while doing so. This also lets them touch live wires without getting shocked. While in use, the wire will emit a bright electrical glow just behind the user as they move. Power Name: Magnetism Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of generating a magnetic field, which allows them to lift, pull or push on metal objects. However, this is only enough to allow them to move things that only weigh a few pounds, typically no larger than a toaster. Power Name: Static Bolt Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a ball of electricity in their hand that they can launch at a target to cause a painful shock. This bolt is not affected by gravity, and can fly forward indefinitely. Power Name: Static Cling Rank: D Requirements: Unconscious Target Description: The user is capable of using static electricity to bind a target in place for up to an hour. This is ideal for leaving a subdued opponent to the local authorities, or just as a non-lethal means to keep them out of your way. However, they must be completely unconscious to use this, as any movement while the cling is occurring will prevent the static bond from forming. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Chain Lightning Rank: C Requirements: Static Bolt Description: Whenever the user fires an electrical attack at a target, the electricity will automatically chain out to connect at the nearest available target, up to three targets in a row. This secondary effect does a comparable amount of damage to the original electrical attack. Power Name: Induction Drain Rank: C Requirements: Induction Grind Description: When using induction grind, the user can slowly drain electricity from the line as they move, allowing them to recover energy for future use. Power Name: Kinetic Pulse Rank: C Requirements: Magnetism Description: The user is able to magnetically lift large objects, as big as cars, and can move them around to use as shields, or to launch at a target at high speed. Heavier objects are more draining to lift, however. Power Name: Lightning Speed Rank: C Requirements: None Description: Sending an electrical jolt through their nervous system, the user's speed doubles while this is in effect, though using it for extended periods of time can be draining. A trail of electricity will seem to be left behind them, making their movements more difficult to track (This trail does not have enough voltage to cause anyone harm) Power Name: Magnetic Shockwave Rank: C Requirements: Magnetism Description: The user creates a localized magnetic field that they fire forward from both hands. This has great knockback and can be used to force some distance between the user and anything in front of them, which can be useful against crowds or to clear paths. Power Name: Magnetic Sight Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can alter their eye so that it sees on the electromagnetic spectrum, which then enables them to see the electric fields emitted by objects. This can be useful for seeing in an environment where normal sight is not effective, or against targets whom can conceal themselves from normal sight. Power Name: Magnetic Swordplay Rank: C Requirements: Magnetism Description: The user's skill with magnetism has improved, such that they can now wield melee weapons through the use of magnetism, freeing their hands for other things, or allowing them to wield additional melee weapons, depending on their needs. Power Name: Pincer Bolt Rank: C Requirements: Static Bolt Description: The user fires a static bolt that splinters into three bolts in midair, converging on the target for a lower chance of evasion and higher damage. Power Name: Polarity Wall Rank: C Requirements: Magnetism Description: By manipulating a magnetic field around electricity, the user can extend their hand forward to create a solidified barrier of electricity capable of stopping a variety of attacks, even bullets. However, the shield becomes more strenuous to maintain and becomes weaker the more damage it sustains. Power Name: Pulse Heal Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user extends both hands over a wounded target, emitting a low-voltage bolt of electricity. This will jump-start their nervous and cardiovascular systems, causing the body's natural healing ability to accelerate dramatically for a few moments. This can heal any minor wound and partially heal more serious wounds. If someone is within inches of death, this can bring them back just enough to survive. Power Name: Static Thrust Rank: C Requirements: Magnetism Description: The user generates a small magnetic field from each hand, which can slow their descent in the air, and can also be used to boost themselves in the height of a jump. Power Name: Spark Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user charges a ball of electricity in their hand that they can then lob at a target. This ball will explode on impact in an electrical discharge. Power Name: Static Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power along their skin, creating a blanket of sparks along their skin. Any who come into contact with the user's skin receive a painful shock. Maintaining contact with the user increases the severity of the shock. Power Name: Jolt Strike Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user strikes at a target while channeling their power into their limb. This allows them to strike harder and faster. Upon contact, the victim will be shocked, adding to the pain of the technique. Power Name: Static Binding Rank: C Requirements: Static Cling Description: The user coats a victim with Static Cling, then pushes the target into another individual. Both victims will be stuck together for the next two posts. Power Name: Static Restraint Rank: C Requirements: Static Cling Description: The user creates a more powerful static cling, forcing the victim to be still for an extended period of time. Unlike the previous edition, this does not require the target to be unconscious, as only great strength can resist the cling. However, most Conduits are strong enough to resist the restraints if they are able. Power Name: Remote Bolt Rank: C Requirements: Nearby source of electricity ; Static Bolt Description: Taking control of the electricity within nearby devices, the user can launch Static Bolts originating from those devices instead of his hands. This ability may be used with more powerful bolts as well for the cost of the bolt plus this ability. Power Name: Electrical Strike Rank: C Requirements: Nearby source of electricity ; Electrical Drain Description: Instead of draining the electricity of a nearby source into themselves, the user can instead direct the electricity to strike a nearby target. This does not restore the user's energy, but serves as an appropriately powerful attack instead. Power Name: Jolt Trap Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user touches a metal object and electrifies it. The next individual to touch that object will be painfully shocked. The shock is less powerful when covering a larger area, such as a fence. Power Name: Continuous Bolt Rank: C Requirements: Static Bolt Description: The user releases a constant stream of electricity from their palm, shocking those who are struck by the technique. This technique can be maintained after making contact with a target, and can keep shocking the same target. Power Name: Overload Rank: C Requirements: Nearby electrical device Description: The user feeds a great amount of electricity into a device, overloading it and rendering it useless-some devices may even be burned by the sudden electrical attack. Power Name: Complete Circuit Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user may allow electricity to pass through their body through one side and out another without any harm being done to their body. The user may also use this to direct electricity in whatever direction they desire, as long as the electricity can still reliably be conducted along that direction. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Bio-Leech Rank: B Requirements: Evil Path Description: When a target has been rendered unconscious, the user can sap their life force from them completely, which results in all of their depleted energy being restored and their injuries being fully healed. Of course, the target will die in the process. This can only be used on NPCs. Power Name: Cluster Spark Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Spark Grenade Description: The user channels additional energy into Spark Grenade, causing it to split into ten grenades in mid air, covering a wider area in electrical blasts. Power Name: Gigawatt Hammer Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user thrusts one hand forward in a powerful motion, causing an electrical current to swirl around their arm before firing forward in what looks like a missile made of electricity, which detonates on impact to cause great damage. In addition to this technique's raw power, it also has a magnetic tailwind that sweeps up small metal objects it passes by. Power Name: Group Pulse Heal Rank: B Requirements: Pulse Heal Description: The user's Pulse Heal now creates a small shockwave, healing anyone other than themselves within 15 feet of the epicenter as if the user used pulse heal on them. This costs no more energy than a normal pulse heal does. Power Name: Magnet Lift Rank: B Requirements: Static Thrust Description: The user magnetizes a metal object just large enough to ride on, such as a trash can lid, a shield or a surf board, and rides on top of it, allowing them to fly through the air. This is capable of flying high in the air and traveling for several miles. Power Name: Magnum Bolt Rank: B Requirements: Pincer Bolt Description: The user channels a great deal of energy to their hand, emitting it as what looks like a lightning bolt shot from their hand. This deals substantially more damage than its predecessor, and can even stun smaller targets. Power Name: Pulse Sense Rank: B Requirements: Magnetic Sight Description: The user emits a small electromagnetic burst from their body, which reverberates off of every object in the area and then comes back to them, all in a fraction of a second. This will give them a "map" of the area using electromagnetic fields that the pulse moved over. Despite the level of this technique, the effect uses very little energy. However, the map created in the user's mind fades after just a second so the information is also very fleeting. Power Name: Lightning Blade Rank: B Requirements: Metal blade Description: The user can force electricity down a metal blade, allowing them to electrify an opponent on even a glancing strike. A stab using this technique could easily turn deadly, even if it were not in a dangerous location. Power Name: Ionic Hammer Rank: B Requirements: Heavy metal object Description: The user coats a large metal object in electricity, then slams it into a target. The electricity can burn inanimate objects and make living targets go limp after a strike. Power Name: Paralysis Strike Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user channels their power into the palm of their hand and hits their target on the head. The electricity quickly attacks the nervous system, shutting down and paralyzing the target's body. The target will remain paralyzed for the next two posts. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Bolt Stream Rank: A Requirements: Magnum Bolt Description: The user reverts back to using the weaker static bolt, though more powerful than its initial form. Now, they fire the bolts from their hands at an alarming rate, one that could be described as a constant stream. Individually, these are each weaker than a magnum bolt. However, the high volume of them created in a matter of seconds easily bypasses the Magnum Bolt in overall damage output, and the stream can be more difficult to evade as the user can move it with the movements of their target. Power Name: Precision Rank: A Requirements: Magnum Bolt Description: The user concentrates a burst of electricity into a bolt as thin as a needle and launches it at high velocity over a long distance with greater accuracy than normal. This bolt not only has great electrical power, but great piercing power as well, making it able to punch holes through walls and shields. Power Name: Scythe Bolt Rank: A Requirements: Magnum Bolt Description: The user fires a bolt that is 5 feet wide from their hands, shaped like a half moon. On contact with anything, this will emit an electrical burst that continues moving forward, but arcs out to anything conductive within 15 feet of the point of impact. Anything conductive caught in that blast will trigger the effect again, at half the power. This has the potential to affect a very large area. Power Name: Tripwire Rocket Rank: A Requirements: Gigawatt Hammer Description: The user fires a Gigawatt Hammer from each hand, connected by an electrical tether between the two. If the tether touches anything, both hammers will detonate. This is useful for attacking a wide area, making it difficult for targets to evade. Power Name: Electric Assassination Rank: A Requirements: Paralysis Strike Description: The user channels even more electricity to their hands and cups both hands over the target's ears. Electricity will be poured into the victim's head, frying the brain and killing the victim almost instantly. Power Name: Lightning Storm Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user generates energy within a cloud above them, and then calls the lightning down to strike multiple targets over the course of the next post. The strikes are very fast and powerful, and would kill most normal people. Even other conduits are usually left severely injured by the bolts of lightning. Power Name: Electric Lash Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user creates a massive whip-like construct made of electricity and attempts to wrap it around a target. Should a target be snagged, they will be continually electrocuted while the whip is forced to slam into other targets. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Electric Doomsday Rank: S Requirements: Lightning Storm Description: The user generates even more energy into a cloud over them. This differs from the previous technique, however, in that the energy continues to be generated inside the storm cloud for an entire post. When the charging is complete, the electricity will be unleashed as a single massive bolt of lightning as wide as a skyscraper, powerful enough to flatten a city block and vaporize those caught in the bolt. The area within 100 feet of the bolt will be destroyed as the energy unleashes a massive shockwave. |

Nature(Earth) The power of nature can manipulate earth, plants and metal alike, making it excel in defense more than anything else, especially against other powers. Stone and metal are highly resistant to fire, though wood and plants will burn with ease. Wood and stone are resistant to electricity, though metal will find itself vulnerable. Plants are vulnerable to ice, but are resilient to water. The Wind is also very ineffectual against most nature powers. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Burrowing Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of manipulating the earth to move around them, allowing them to sink under the ground and swim through it, almost like it was water. Of course, it does take some time to do this, so the user can only move at half their normal movement speed. But, this can be useful for accessing areas you might otherwise not have access to, such as bypassing walls and doors, or quickly shifting between different floors of a structure. Power Name: Garden of Eden Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user focuses their energy into a handful of seeds, which they then throw into the surrounding area. By the end of the next round of posting, these seeds will have rapidly sprouted and formed trees, grass, flowers and bushes in the surrounding area, effectively creating a small patch of forest. Power Name: Photosynthesis Rank: D Requirements: Sunlight Description: The user stops and assumes an open stance, basking in the sunlight. As long as they remain completely stationary, they will rapidly recover energy from exposure to sunlight, in much the same way a plant photosynthesizes. This does not work at all in areas where direct light is inaccessible, but fortunately does still work somewhat under moonlight. Power Name: Razor Leaf Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user launches a small leaf that has become stiff and razor sharp on the edges, functioning in much the same way as a throwing star. Power Name: Rock Throw Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user closes their hand into a fist, creating a rock the size of a baseball that they can throw at a target. Power Name: Stone Fist Rank: D Requirements None Description Activating this power the user encases their arms in a thin layer of flexible black rock. The user can now deal a hardened punch against an opponent while offering some extra protection to the arms and hands. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Ambrosia Plant Rank: C Requirements: Garden of Eden Description: If the user has created foliage nearby, they can use this technique to make one of the plants spawn a small piece of fruit which, when eaten, causes the body to rapidly heal for one round of posting. Power Name: Baby Golem Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user placed their hand on the earth, using the soil and rock to create a small creature made of stone that climbs out of the ground. This can be as large as a small dog, and its attributes are considered half that of a normal human. Up to 4 baby golems can be active at one time. Power Name: Flower Turrets Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user throws a flower to the ground, which will root itself by the stem. The flower will then begin to move its head, aiming the head in the direction of the user's target. The head will shoot a slow, steady barrage of splinters at the target, inflicting minor damage. The flower is linked to the user's will, and the user can mentally command the flower to change targets at any time. Only 5 flower turrets may be active at a time. Power Name: Ingrain Rank: C Requirements: Photosynthesis Description: The user merges their feet into the ground just above the ankles, anchoring themselves to the soil. While connected in this way, they are incapable of moving, but they will also constantly (But slowly) recover energy and heal from injuries as long as they are rooted, drawing valuable nutrients from the soil. Unlike its predecessor, the user can actively fight while using this. However, if they use photosynthesis while this is active, both will work more effectively than when used separately. Power Name: Leech Seed Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user fires a seed from their hand toward a target. If the seed makes contact, it will rapidly germinate to form vinelike roots that wrap around the target and sap energy from them. This restores the user's energy by the same amount that is drained. If the victim is unable to remove the seed, it will shrivel and disperse on its own after three rounds of posting. Power Name: Leaf Hurricane Rank: C Requirements: Razor Leaf Description: The user creates a formidable wave of Razor Leaves, which bombard the target and ricochet off of any inanimate object they strike. Power Name: Needle Storm Rank: C Requirements: Nearby trees Description: The user manipulates nearby plant life so that all nearby trees will shoot a barrage of razor sharp pine needles on their targets (note the trees do not actually need to be pine trees for this to work). A tree can fire upwards of one hundred needles in a single round of posting. This is very strenuous to maintain for an extended period of time. Power Name: Mud Pit Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user places their hands on the ground, causing the area in front of them to turn into a circular mudpit that is 15 feet in diameter and 10 feet deep. This can be useful to block an advance, or just to create mud. Power Name: Plant Regeneration Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user sends energy into a nearby plant, causing it to rapidly recover from sustained damage. This can restore a heavily damaged, but still living, plant to a completely healthy state in a short period of time. Power Name: Poison Powder Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user shoots a blast of pollen from their mouth up into the sky, which then rains down on the surrounding area for several rounds of posting. Those who do not have nature as a main power themselves or can protect their breathing supply will find themselves infected with a poison that causes increasing pain for three rounds of posting. Power Name: Rock Slide Rank: C Requirements: Terrakinesis Description: The user makes a sweeping motion with an army or a leg, manipulating the nearby earth. Dozens of rocks will shoot from the earth and fly forward in the general direction of the user's strike at high velocity. Each of these rocks is about the size of a baseball. Power Name: Rose Net Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user launches a rose at the target. On impact, the stem will rapidly grow into a thorned vine that wraps tightly around the object it strikes, constricting it and limiting its range of motion. Power Name: Sleep Powder Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user shoots a blast of pollen from their mouth up into the sky, which then rains down on the surrounding area for several rounds of posting. Those who do not have nature as a main power themselves or can protect their breathing supply will find themselves rapidly becoming sleepy. Normal people will be completely unable to resist the urge to fall asleep, though conduits can typically resist while feeling very sluggish. Power Name: Splinter Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user closes their hand, forming what looks like a pine cone. This is actually a grenade, that will exploding on impact and hit anything caught in the blast radius with hundreds of small, sharp and painful splinters in addition to the explosive power. Power Name: Sprout Soldiers Rank: C Requirements: Garden of Eden Description: Using the principles of Garden of Eden, the user generates a handful of seeds, up to five. Only these will take longer to sprout (3 rounds of posting). Instead of a bed of foliage, each will produce what looks like a small green minion whom has the attributes of a normal human, but is very vulnerable to fire and ice. Up to 5 sprout soldiers may be active at a time. Power Name: Stone Skin Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a thin layer of flexible rock that completely coats their skin. This provides a great deal of protection against melee and ranged attacks, and can significantly reduce damage from lower ranked powers, while providing some protection from more powerful attacks. Power Name: Strength of Earth Rank: C Requirements Stone Skin Description While the user is enamored with Stone Skin or another armor upgraded from it, they can activate this to double their strength. Not only that, but they can temporarily become strong enough to lift and throw cars, though this secondary effect is limited strictly to lifting objects and does not affect other things related to strength. Power Name: Terrakinesis Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of controlling stone with their body remotely. This is done through the use of arm and leg motions, which can be used to move the stones as if the user is performing telekinesis. Power Name: Wooden Dome Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates the earth so that thick roots rise from the ground to form a dome in front of a target. This wall is very sturdy and can be useful for blocking attacks. Power Name: Wooden Weapons Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user sprouts a small twig from their hand, which rapidly grows and reshapes into a basic weapon made of wood. This can be sharp or blunt, and in some cases can be a ranged weapon (Though they'd then need to produce the ammunition as well). The larger the weapon produced, the more it costs. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Avalanche Rank: B Requirements: Rockslide Description: The user makes a rapid upward motion with their arms, or an exaggerated stomping motion with a foot, causing the earth around them to violently erupt into hundreds of stones the size of soccer balls that launch high into the air. These stones then rain down on the targeted area at great speed. Not only do these large stones deal substantial damage on impact, but the wide area of the attack can make it very difficult to avoid. Power Name: Cluster Splinter Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Splinter Grenade Description: The user modifies their splinter grenade so that it splits into 10 grenades in midair, covering a much wider area and dealing more damage. Power Name: Earth Chains Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates the earth, causing chains made of solid stone to come shooting out to try and entangle their targets. These chains are as strong as stone. The more chains created, the more this technique costs. Power Name: Flower Missile Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user will throw what looks like a flower, but will rapidly grow in size to resemble a missile as it moves through the air, increasing in speed as it moves. On impact, this will explode with great force. Power Name: Golem Creation Rank: B Requirements: Baby Golem Description: The user is now capable of producing golems that are the size and power level of normal people, at a higher cost. Only 4 golems can be active at one time. Power Name: Hypo-Pollen Rank: B Requirements: Sleep Powder Description: The user has improved upon the mind-altering affects of sleep powder, now being able to lul victims into a state of obedience. Sadly, this does not work on conduits, but it works wonders on humans. This will not work on the same person multiple times in one day. The user can create up to five mud blasts at a time. Power Name: Rock and Roll Rank: B Requirements: Rockslide Description: The user makes an exaggerated swinging motion with their arm, causing a boulder twenty feet in diameter to rise from the ground and roll forward at an alarming rate toward a target. If the user desires, they can continue manipulating the path of this boulder with appropriate arm motions, allowing them to steer it on a path of destruction. Power Name: Roots of Time Rank: B Requirements: Garden of Eden Description: The user enhances the Garden of Eden, using the seeds to grow large, strong roots from the ground that they can use to create vast, complex structures. They can even have the roots be littered with sharp thorns if they so desire. This can be useful for cutting off an exit route in an area, or for creating a fortified structure. Power Name: Steel Skin Rank: B Requirements: Stone Skin Description: The user can now coat their skin in a flexible layer of metal, providing even greater protection against attacks than before. Power Name: Stone Wall Rank: B Requirements: Wooden Wall Description: The user is now capable of creating walls made from solid stone. These are much stronger than their wooden predecessors, but at a higher cost as well. Power Name: Stone Weapons Rank: B Requirements: Wooden Weapons Description: The user is capable of producing sturdier weapons made of stone now. Naturally, these higher quality weapons come at a greater cost. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Earthquake Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user channels energy into the ground, causing a localized earthquake that violently shakes the ground, causing it to crack wide open in some places and causing damage to nearby buildings. The direct damage to others caused by this is limited, but the collateral damage this causes can be quite impressive. Power Name: Force of Nature Rank: A Requirements: Steel Skin Description: The user further augments the steel skin's effect, drawing from the inherent strength of the earth to not only make the armor stronger, but to triple their natural strength. The user can also enhance his strength even further temporarily to lift objects as large as buses. This extra strength boost only applies when the user is attempting to lift objects. Power Name: Titanic Golem Rank: A Requirements: Golem Creation Description: The user creates the ultimate golem, one that stands up to 30 feet tall and has strength and endurance that are twice that of their own, though all other attributes are half those of the user. Only one titanic Golem can be on the field at one time. Power Name: Treefolk Ally Rank: A Requirements: Nearby Tree Description: The user gives life to a nearby tree, allowing it to use its branches as arms and lift its roots of the ground to use as legs. Knotholes will form in the front of the tree to form a face, which is capable of speech. The tree is twice the user's strength and endurance, but half of their other attributes. This can not be used on small trees. Only one treefolk can be animated at a time. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Solar Beam Rank: S Requirements: Sunlight, Photosynthesis Description: The user channels a great deal of energy from the sun, charging it into a beam that they can fire forward from both hands possessing great destructive power. This normally takes two rounds of posting to charge, but in an area dense with plant life, the user can connect to the plants through the ground and draw energy from them as well, allowing the attack to be fired after a single round of charging. Power Name: Roots of the End Rank: S Requirements: Roots of Time ; Garden of Eden Description: The user even further enhances the Garden of Eden, forcing the seeds to grow even larger roots. These roots are massive-each as thick as a city bus, and they wind and weave against eachother, crushing anything unlucky enough to be caught within. The roots will grow through buildings and concrete without hassle, and can crush vehicles between them. A multitude of plants will then grow from the roots once all movement has ceased. These roots can cover a large area, laying waste Power Name: Earthshatter Rank: S Requirements: Terrakinesis ; Earthquake Description: This is a two part technique. First, the earth will violently tremble as spires of stone will erupt out of the ground, with enough force to pierce vehicles. These spires can rise dozens of feet high, and can be as thin as a human's torso, as thick as a bus, or anywhere in between. Dozens of spires will launch before the technique is finished. The second part of this technique will trigger immediately after the shaking stops-an area underneath the spires as large as a football stadium will collapse into a massive sinkhole a mile deep, leaving behind a massive hole in this technique's wake. |

Wind Air draws its power from free movement, speed and flowing motion, much like the element it manipulates. This is not limited to gusts of wind, as suction and air flow can be manipulated as well. Wind attacks will make fire more powerful while being able to easily dispense of smoke, while suction can reduce the power of flames drastically by depriving them of oxygen. Much like smoke, water vapor and steam can be easily removed from the area by wind, though sadly most nature-based powers are very resistant to wind’s power. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Air Strike Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of manipulating the air around them with their body movements, effectively letting them create powerful gusts of wind with simple punches and kicks that mirror the motions of their limbs. Power Name: Glide Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates the air around their body, allowing them to move horizontally through the air with great control, while also falling very slowly. It is just as it sounds- their body is gliding through the air. While this is not actually flying, this looks and feels remarkably like flying, and can be used to the same effect, albeit at lower speed and without the inherent ability to rise higher. Power Name: Tornado Launch Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user leaps into the air, unleashing a powerful burst of wind from their feet that allows them to leap as high as one hundred feet into the sky. Power Name: Vacuum Drain Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user inhales deeply, sucking in all of the oxygen in the area around him. Those around the user will have difficulty breathing for a few seconds, though this is momentary. However, while the user is inhaling, his energy will be quickly regenerated. This ball is not affected by gravity, and will continue until it strikes something. This wind has two functions; the first is that it can stop small, relatively slow moving projectiles dead in their tracks; the second is that it can stop the user’s motion in any direction. The user can only rise vertically, with very little horizontal movement, but there is no limit to how high the user may rise. That being said, at higher altitudes, this power becomes harder to control. This moves at twice their normal speed, but is not as easy to maneuver and will disperse if it is hit by an attack. By moving the ball through the air, the user can levitate that object in any direction they choose. This crescent can knock large projectiles off course, and can be used offensively as well, with enough force behind it to crack wooden beams. Power Name: Vortex Restraint Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a swirling vortex of wind over an individual's body. This vortex can hold non-Conduits still on the ground, and can make it difficult to breathe. Conduits can resist the vortex enough to get away from it, though it can be difficult. This ability can be used only at very short range. Power Name: Wind Breath Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user exhales powerfully, steadily releasing a large gust of wind that pushes powerfully at all objects in front of the user. This wind is very hard to move against, and can push aside small objects. Power Name: Like the Wind Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can decrease air resistance around their bodies while simultaneously pushing air behind them, allowing them to run much faster than normal. The user can even sprint across or run up vertical surfaces. Moving so fast, however, makes it difficult to stop or change direction. Power Name: Wind Dodge Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can expel a quick burst of wind from their body while in the air, allowing the user to dodge in mid-air. This burst of wind can come from any direction, but can only be used once per post, making this ability ill-suited towards flight. This has very high velocity and can deflect even very large objects such as city buses. Power Name: Wind Shield Rank: B Requirements: Wind Armor, Good Path Description: The user is capable of creating protective spheres of swirling air around others, offering the benefits of Wind Armor to allies. Up to 5 wind shields can be created at a time. Power Name: Vacuum Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Gust Grenade Description: The user modifies the gust grenade so that instead of concussive force, it creates a powerful burst of suction that lasts for a short while, bringing anything not bolted down in the area to the epicenter. This can be useful as a sort of trap, limiting the free movement of targets for a more powerful follow up attack. Power Name: Wind Wheel Rank: B Requirements: Wind Rider Description: The user rapidly spins wind vertically around the user, similar to a wheel. The wheel can be manipulated to move the user rapidly in any direction they choose. As the wheel collides with other objects, they will be knocked aside, offering a defense from the front during the movement. Power Name: Slipstream Dodge Rank: B Requirements: Like the Wind Description: Using the principles of Like the Wind, the user can decrease air resistance around their bodies and can push small bursts of wind from their body as well. This, however, is used to enhance the user’s dodging ability, owing itself to smaller movements rather than a direct enhancement to movement speed. Power Name: Air Blade Rank: B Requirements: Wind Crescent ; Weapon Description: The user slashes with their weapon, focusing their power into a thin crescent of wind. This crescent is capable of cutting through wooden beams and can even leave gashes in solid stone and metal. Power Name: Air Spout Rank: B Requirements: Levitation Description: The user creates a spinning vortex of wind around the lower half of their bodies and uses it to rise vertically into the air. The user may control the vortex to move rapidly through the air in any direction they want, in a wide variety of elevations. Power Name: Vortex Palm Rank: B Requirements: Gale Description: The user rapidly pushes their open palm forward, unleashing a blast of wind twice as powerful as the one released by Gale. While the wind does not do much direct damage to objects that are not bolted down, it can throw them into solid objects with enough force to break stone. Power Name: Sky Cage Rank: B Requirements: Air Ball Description: The user surrounds a target with a sphere of wind and lifts it into the air. This can lift large objects, up to those the size of cars. Power Name: Hurricane Pulse Rank: A Requirements: Vortex Palm Description: The user thrusts his palm forward, unleashing an extremely powerful burst of wind. This wind can tear a building the size of a small house apart, and render it to rubble. Power Name: Squall Stream Rank: A Requirements: Wind Blast Description: The user thrusts both hands forward, unleashing a stream of wind as wide as a car from his hands. This stream of wind is powerful enough to knock vehicles aside, and can be maintained to continually wreak havoc on the target. S Ranked Powers Power Name: To Heaven Rank: S Requirements: Sky Cage Description: The user manipulates the wind in a wide area, the size of a city block. The wind will lift violently upward, raising everything up to the size of city buses not bolted down-and even some smaller objects that used to be bolted down-into the sky. After rising fifty feet, the objects will remain airborne for three posts; once the technique finishes, everything that had been lifted will fall back down to the ground to cause massive damage. Gadgetry Gadgetry is unique compared to many other powers. The user has been blessed mostly with a very powerful mind and technical understanding, as well as the ability to better interface with machines. This means that most of their powers rely on devices that have their own internal batteries, rather than drawing from the user’s own power reserves. Other devices still would have a limited amount of ammunition, making it impossible to recharge in ways other powers can. Water can be a danger to those that rely on gadgets as it has the potential to short circuit their electrical components. By that same token, electricity can cause an overload and fry electrical devices. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Beam Saber Rank: D Requirements: Melee Weapon Description: The user has outfitted their melee weapon so that the hilt is a focusing chamber for a calibrated laser that manifests as the weapon's normal head. This can only be done to the blade of a melee weapon, meaning blunt weapons cannot be created this way. The beam saber has greater cutting power than a normal blade and is quite hot. Power Name: Flash Bomb Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has created a grenade that deals only minor concussive damage, but is more useful for emitting a blinding flash that covers a wide blast radius. Power Name: Hydropack Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has modified either a backpack or their footwear to have underwater functionality, possessing a propulsion system that allows them to move quickly underwater. Power Name: Power Gauntlet Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has modified their handgear such that the palm of their hand is a blaster cannon. By directing their palm at a target, they are capable of firing a burst of energy at a target that has great concussive force. Power Name: Rebreather Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has created a device, often mounted in a helmet or other face wear, which allows them to breathe clean air, even underwater or in hazardous conditions. If the device is not mounted in a helmet or other full-head covering, they cannot speak while it is in use. Power Name: Sensor Array Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has modified some sort of headgear with electronic devices, allowing them to augment their hearing and sight, as well as allowing for a visual interface with any of their computerized devices. Power Name: Smoke Bomb Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has created a grenade that has relatively little concussive force, but emits a large smoke cloud that will obscure sight in the area for two rounds of posting. Power Name: Sonic Probe Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has created a small handheld device that emits and manipulates a high pitched sonic frequency. This miraculous device is capable of a variety of utility functions that even advanced technopathy cannot, as unlike technopathy, it can remotely manipulate manual controls. This can be useful for flipping levers and switches, unlatching locks, pressing buttons and pedals, and adjusting the brightness/volume of light and sound equipment. Power Name: Star Launcher Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has mounted a pair of disc launchers to their wrists capable of launching razor sharp throwing stars at great speed. These are intentionally designed to make shallow cuts, instead ricocheting off of anything they hit to circle around and strike again. Each star can do this up to three times. Power Name: Suit Up Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has developed a method of utilizing full body armor without the cumbersome requirement of carrying it around all of the time. This is done by having key pieces of equipment rapidly transform into their portion of the suit- a glove or watch turning to a gauntlet or eyeglasses into a helmet for example. The protective armor is very durable. The user is also capable of only converting individual pieces to their armored state if the situation warrants it, and can freely turn them back as well. Power Name: Technopathy Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of using their mind to link to computers, allowing them to communicate with them. This allows them to have social interactions with computers and also allows easy access to normally high level computer programming and hacking. Technopathy cannot be used on devices already being manipulated by another technopath without their consent. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Battle Car Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has created for themselves an armored vehicle to help them. This naturally has an on board computer, and is equipped with two lasers of decent power. It is capable of shifting into a flying or water mode as well. If the user so prefers, they can have this in the form of a cycle, but it will not provide as much protection due to the lack of an outer shell. The vehicle is three times as fast as the user, and capable of sustaining twice as much damage. Power Name: Chainsaw Arm Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has added an attachment to their arm (or possibly to an additional cybernetic arm, if they have one available), which unfurls a 3 foot long, one foot wide saw blade, which looks like a chain saw. This has great cutting power and spins with great speed, making it capable of unleashing impressive damage upon a target. Power Name: Charge Cannon Rank: C Requirements: Power Gauntlet Description: The user has made additional modifications to their gauntlet, allowing them to slowly charge up the power cells, rather than unleash it right away. They can, rather than unleashing an energy attack utilizing the gauntlet, pay its energy cost for the round and "charge" the attack within the glove, up to a maximum of three posts, at which time they can release the attack when they like. The attack released is substantially stronger than the original would have been- either two or three times, depending on how long it is charged. Power Name: Command Machine Rank: C Requirements: Technopathy Description: This improvement upon Technopathy grants the user a few benefits. First, they can now manipulate devices controlled by other technopaths who do not have this ability. They can also bypass a feedback loop unharmed. Finally, the user is capable of interfacing with far more secure systems with ease. Power Name: Feedback Loop Rank: C Requirements: Technopathy Description: This ability is actually meant to counter other technopaths. The user can rig an electronic device or computer system so that only those with expressed permission can access it. Anyone who attempts to override the system through technopathy will be knocked back by a powerful electrostatic disturbance in their mind, temporarily stunning them. Power Name: Flamethrower Gauntlet Rank: C Requirements: Power Gauntlet Description: The user has modified their gauntlet to also have a flamethrower setting, allowing them to shoot a stream of flame up to ten feet from their hand. Power Name: Freeze Ray Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has either modified a firearm or their gauntlets to fire a blue energy beam that, on contact, will encase something as big as a person in ice. Anything bigger will only be partially frozen. The layer of ice is not very thick and can be broken, though with some effort. The user can, of course, reinforce it by maintaining the beam on the target, but each layer of ice after the first is only half as strong as the initial layer. Power Name: Mini Turret Capsules Rank: C Requirements: Technopathy Description: These small capsules open up when they land on the ground into a small laser gun mounted to the ground. These will lock onto a target of the user's choice identified through a technopathic link, and will only change targets if the user so commands. Up to five turrets can be active at a time. Each turret has enough charge to fire continuously for four rounds of posting. The attacks from the turrets are not especially strong. Power Name: Personal Shield Rank: C Requirements: Suit Up Description: The user's power armor has been outfitted with a relatively weak personal force field. While this is useful for stopping attacks the armor protects against anyway such as melee and projectiles, its more effective use is against electricity, fire and other energy-based attacks that the armor couldn't handle as well. Power Name: Plasma Net Launcher Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has created a device that lets them launch nets made of pure energy at a target. On contact, these will envelop and constrict the target, administering a painful shock that can subdue weaker enemies completely and will stun stronger enemies. This should allow the net to bind them tightly enough they cannot move. This only has enough charge per net to incapacitate someone for three rounds of posting. Power Name: Rocket Boots (Alt: Jet Pack) Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has modified their footwear with a propulsion system, allowing them to fly hundreds of feet in their air for several miles at a time. Alternatively, this modification can be made to a pack worn on the back to achieve the same effect. Power Name: Shields Rank: C Requirements: Battle Car Description: The user has augmented their vehicle with an energy shield that can further protect it from attacks. Power Name: Sonic Scanner Rank: C Requirements: Sonic Probe, Technopathy Description: The user's sonic probe has been augmented and connected to them via a technopathic link. By directing the sonic frequency at an object, the user is capable of gaining knowledge of an target's physical and chemical properties, such as composition, weight, density, size, age, PH levels, hardness and temperature. This can also compile all of the text written on a surface or an object in a manner of seconds, allowing the user to rapidly commit the text to memory or store it in a personal electronic device (This feature also allows the probe to take pictures) Power Name: Stun Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user hurls a metal ball at a target, which explodes in a burst of energy that temporarily stuns those caught in the blast. Power Name: Technokinesis Rank: C Requirements: Technopathy Description: The user has upgraded their technopathy such that they can now move, disassemble and re-assemble machines with their mind. This can allow them to dismantle several machines in order to use their parts for a more complex machine. This cannot be used against the machinery of other technopaths, melee weapons or ranged weapons controlled by others. Note that no machine created this way is more than the sum of its parts. This has a single laser rifle it can use to execute very basic attacks, and can sustain more damage than robot sentries. Power Name: Chain Gun Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has created a modified ranged weapon that fires not bullets, but instead small, very sharp needles. It takes a moment to get to full speed, but then can fire the needles at an alarming rate, with high penetrative power. Power Name: Cellular Regenerator Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has created a device that shines a healing light onto a target. This is actually a beam that rapidly accelerates the body's natural healing process, causing injuries to heal more rapidly. This can heal minor wounds very quickly, and more impressively, can turn fatal wounds into serious injuries within one round of posting, provided the target is still alive. Serious wounds take several rounds of continuous maintenance to restore, however. Power Name: Force Field Generator Rank: B Requirements: Personal Shield Description: Each of the hands in the user's Power armor has been augmented with a projector capable of reinforcing and extending their personal shield into a stronger force field that they can wrap around a target for a protective effect. Unlike the personal shield, maintaining this shield for an extended period of time can be very draining. Power Name: Sonic Blast Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has created a device that allows them to create a loud, high pitched sonic attack that causes pain to everyone that hears it. It is recommended that they have some sort of protective gear for themselves when using this, such as earmuffs. Power Name: Thermal Goggles Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has modified a set of eye wear such that they can use it to see on the thermal spectrum, seeing the world in terms of heat waves rather than visual light. This can be useful for tracking someone concealing their appearance, or for seeing in an area where vision is otherwise obscured. As an added bonus, this modification also allows the wearer to use a zoom feature up to ten times through the eyewear, even when the thermal setting is not in use. Power Name: Torpedoes Rank: B Requirements: Battle Car Description: The user has augmented the weaponry of their battle vehicle, giving it an arsenal of explosive missiles it can fire at targets with great explosive power. Power Name: Upgrade Rank: B Requirements: Command Machine, Technokinesis Description: The user is capable of using technopathy to modify the basic functionality of a machine, improving it well beyond its normal functional limits. In essence, they are overclocking the device. This can manifest as an increase in processing power, memory, offensive power (Or for shields, defensive power), energy efficiency (Half Cost or Double Post duration), speed or range. Only one upgrade can be created per post. Upgrades to offensive power, speed, energy efficiency or range only last three rounds of posting, and cannot be reapplied in the same thread once they have expired. Power Name: Wrist Rockets Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has configured a glove, gauntlet or similar hand/wrist based accessory to fire rockets from it, which fly through the air at great speed and explode with great force on impact. These rockets will lock onto and follow a target. We respectfully disagree: The best weapon is one you only have to fire ONCE. The user has created a wrist rocket unlike all others, which they fire into the sky. It opens up into a hundred much smaller rockets, that then rain on the targeted area. Each rocket has double the blast power and radius of the predecessor, with their combined blast power covering a huge area. Beast The DNA of someone with this power set is infused with the essence of the animal kingdom, being able to draw from the natural abilities of a variety of animals, as well as call animals to their aid. Sometimes, people with Beast powers develop mutations that make them more strongly resemble their animal companions, as well. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Devour Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user can convert food eaten into energy to be channeled into power usage, and may also heal from minor wounds. Ordinarily, it takes a massive amount of food to make a difference, but eating raw foods can lessen the requirement slightly. Power Name: Beast Senses Rank: D Requirements: None Description: Tapping into their inner beast, the user has heightened senses, specifically eyesight, hearing and smell. This can make tracking much easier, and also gives them greater combat awareness. However, these senses are much more sensitive and are vulnerable to sensory attacks. Power Name: Beast Speech Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of verbally communicating with animals, which can be useful for gathering information or cooperating with them. To that end, this also allows them to take one animal as a permanent companion. The user's permanent animal companions can utilize any of their beastial powers, provided the powers do not prohibit them from doing so. The attributes of animal companions are considered to be half that of the user. The user's animal companions must be animals typically domesticated as pets (Ex: Cats, dogs, birds... No giant pets) Power Name: Blades of the Beast Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's teeth are razor sharp, and they have comparably sharp claws on their toes and fingertips. A scratch or bite from the user is like being slashed or stabbed with a knife. These claws and teeth are as strong as steel and can even make shallow impressions in stone and wood, making them useful for climbing. Power Name: Call of the Jungle Rank: D Requirements: Beast Speech Description: The user unleashes a beastly cry, beckoning animals nearby to come to their aid. This specifically mimics the cry of a unique breed of animal, meaning the user can only call the same type of animal over and over again. Fortunately, they can learn this ability multiple times. The user can only summon up to 5 animals of a given species at a time. Please note that this should only be used on animals that would be commonly around urban areas (No summoning a deadly African snake, etc). This can only be used to summon small animals, such as rats and birds. Animal companions cannot use this ability. Power Name: Fish Scales Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user channels their inner beast in order to breath underwater indefinitely, as if they had gills. This also lets them swim a bit faster. Power Name: Mythic Bird Form Rank: D Requirements: None Description: Channeling their inner beast, the user rapidly shapeshifts into the form of a small bird. Somehow, their personal belongings, including clothing, are wrapped into the transofmration, and will reappear when they return to human form. They are much weaker in this form, but are capable of flight, allowing them to move more quickly and in areas they cannot in their human form. Animal companions cannot use this ability. Power Name: Mythic Rat Form Rank: D Requirements: None Description: Channeling their inner beast, the user rapidly shapeshifts, taking on the form of a rat. Somehow, their personal belongings, including clothing, are wrapped into the transformation, and will reappear when they return to human form. They are much weaker in this form, but are capable of slipping into small spaces that normal people could not. Animal Companions cannot use this ability Power Name: Piercing Fang Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user leaps toward a target, spinning in the air and accelerating to a great velocity. Ideally with claws, they lash out at high speed to cause havoc to their target. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Beast Scales Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's skin has mutated to a more leathery flesh, making it more resistant to cutting, slashing and piercing attacks. This is always active at no cost, but the protection it grants is also fairly minimal. Animal Companions cannot use this ability. Power Name: Call of the Wild Rank: C Requirements: Call of the Jungle Description: The user has developed the crying technique such that they can summon larger animals, as big as dogs. Like its predecessor, this can only summon 5 of the same animal at once, is limited to animals found in urban areas, and can be taken multiple times to allow the user to summon a variety of species. Animal Companions cannot use this ability. Power: Cat-Like Reflexes Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their inner beast to greatly increase their agility, making them more capable of dodging attacks and performing impressive acrobatics. They are even capable of leaping great distances, even compared to those they could normally leap with the enhanced attribute. Power Name: Command Beast Rank: C Requirements: Beast Speech Description: The user can exert their will on that of an animal they do not control (But not that of an animal another commands), forcing the beast to listen to their commands for the remainder of the thread. This can be useful for commanding a creature that the user cannot summon to their aid in another fashion, such as a rare animal of some sort. Power Name: Frog Leap Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their inner beast to perform great leaps, allowing them to jump as high as 100 feet into the air in a single bound. Power Name: Lizard Regeneration Rank: C Requirements: None Description: Drawing from the regenerative powers of lizards, the user can make their body rapidly heal, even regrowing lost limbs in just a few days. However, this requires them to be very inactive, meaning they must sit still and let themselves regenerate. Sitting idle for a single round of posting will allow one or two minor injuries to recover, as a frame of reference. Power Name: Mythic Bear Form Rank: C Requirements: Mythic Rat Form and/or Mythic Bird Form Description: Building upon the shapeshifting principles they have previously utilized, the user can now take on a more formidable transformation into that of a large bear. In this form, their strength and endurance are doubled, though their agility halves. Animal companions cannot use this ability. Power Name: Mythic Cat Form Rank: C Requirements: Mythic Rat Form and/or Mythic Bird Form Description: The user shapeshifts into a large jungle cat, doubling their speed and agility while their strength and endurance are halved. Animal Companions cannot use this ability Power Name: Mythic Crocodile Form Rank: C Requirements: Mythic Rat Form and/or Mythic Bird Form Description: the user transforms into the form of a crocodile. In this form, their strength and endurance are doubled, but agility is half. When underwater, their speed is also double. Animal companions cannot use this ability. Power: Speed of the Rabbit Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their inner beast to greatly bolster their speed attribute, tripling it while this effect is active. They will seem to leave a blur behind them as they run, which can make their movements a bit harder to track, though they are still only moving as fast as the tripled attribute would normally allow. This is very draining to use for extended periods of time. Power: Strength of the Ox Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their inner beast to greatly bolster their strength, tripling the attribute. While this effect is active, the user is capable of lifting unusually large and heavy objects they might not normally be able to lift with that strength level, as large as a small car, and can even throw them moderate distances. This effect cannot be utilized by animal companions, and is very draining to use for extended periods of time. Power Name: Tasmanian Tornado Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user spins on their heels at high speed and barrels through the area like a small tornado. With melee weapons or sharp claws, this can be devastating as they can mow down enemies in their path with great ease. Power Name: Chameleon Skin Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of changing their skin color to blend in with their background. This ability mimics the texture behind them, allowing a user to blend in with almost any background. The user’s clothes also change, though not as completely. Additionally, it takes some time for the user’s body to change, making this not very useful during movement. Power Name: Wall Climbing Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user’s skin has mutated to develop millions of tiny hairs so microscopically small that they can sink into almost any material in the world-this allows the user to cling to vertical surfaces, and even to hang upside down from these surfaces. This is always active at no cost. Animal Companions cannot use this ability. Power Name: Invertebrate Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is able to turn their bones, muscle, and all other body tissue into a sponge-like consistency, allowing their bodies to bend and mold. The user can even fit his body through a space no larger than a quarter. Power Name: Stink Spray Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can spray a foul-smelling liquid from their mouth. The scent is incredibly potent, and can drive animals away from the user. Those with advanced senses are particularly vulnerable, and may even feel pain associated with the scent. Power Name: Perfect Landing Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of twisting their bodies around so that their feet and legs are always the first body part to touch a surface they are either falling towards or being thrown to. Their legs then absorb the force of the impact, allowing the user to negate the damage they may receive by being thrown. Power Name: Air Tasting Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user sticks out their tongue and tastes the air. This sense is much stronger than the user’s sense of smell, and can be used as another effective locating sense. Power Name: Venom Spray Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can spray a highly acidic venom from their throat. This spray can temporarily blind those who are unfortunate enough to get it in their eyes. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Lion's Claw Rank: B Requirements: Blades of the Beast Description: The user enhances the claws on their hands, slashing with great cutting power. This can cut up to an inch through solid stone. Power Name: Moonlight Madness Rank: B Requirements: When fighting under the light of a full moon, the user will have all of their attributes doubled, but they will also be completely submerged in their beastly instincts, seeing anything other than their animal companions as prey and being unable to listen to reason. They are a danger to anyone and everything else they encounter. Description: Power Name: Wolf's Howl Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user unleashes a loud, high pitched howl similar to that of a wolf. Not only is this painful for those in the surrounding area to hear, but the actual burst of air coming from their mouth has great knockback, allowing them to blow back some projectiles or to use this as an improvised wind attack against a target. Power Name: Constriction Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of squeezing a target so tightly that he can break almost any bone-in fact, even steel would bend when constricted by this technique. While it is not required, this ability works better if the user is capable of bending in abnormal ways. Power Name: Stink Cloud Rank: B Requirements: Stink Spray Description: The user is capable of expelling a cloud of gas with a similar smell as that of the Stink Spray. The primary difference here is the area covered-a Stink Cloud can easily cover a space the size of a small house, and with a breeze blowing, the collateral damage could be devastating. Power Name: Echolocation Rank: B Requirements: Beast Senses Description: The user releases a high pitched sound which bounces off of objects in the user’s vicinity. When the sound waves make it back to the user, the user is then capable of mentally picturing their surroundings, even if they are currently blinded. This may also be used to locate those attempting to hide themselves in some way. Power Name: Wings Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of generating wings from their shoulder blades. These wings are typically large, but may be of any sort-insect, bird, or bat-like. These wings are usually not mathematically capable of flight-but this power defies physics as well, allowing the user to fly properly with these wings. Power Name: Venomous Bite Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user can bite an opponent and inject a venom into their bodies. The venom causes extreme pain, ultimately leading to death for normal humans. The bodies of conduits resist the venom more efficiently, however, and only feel the pain before the venom wears off. In both situations, the pain lasts for three posts before either death or resistance begins. Power Name: Rhino Charge Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user's skin hardens, and their weight increases tremendously. The user then charges forward. While using this ability, the user can run right through a brick wall with only a minor hit to their forward momentum. Power Name: Cheetah Sprint Rank: B Requirements: Speed of the Rabbit Description: The user channels their inner beast to even further bolster their speed for short bursts. The user's speed is multiplied by a factor of six while using this ability, and they will appear to leave afterimages behind, making their movements harder to track. They are still only moving at the speed afforded to them by their multiplied attribute, however. Power Name: Antivenom Rank: B Requirements: Any ability utilizing venom Description: The user can produce a chemical in their body to neutralize the effects of a venom in another person. This is administered via a bite, but can work on nearly any type of venom or poison. Power Name: Partial Transformation Rank: B Requirements: Any "Mythic Animal Form" Ability Description: The user can partially transform any part of his body into a corresponding body part owned by any of his Mythic Animal Forms. The user may ONLY use body parts of forms he or she has access to. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Mythic Ape Form Rank: A Requirements: Mythic Bear Form Description: The user transforms into a giant gorilla, standing as high as 50 feet tall. In this form, their strength and endurance are both triple, and they are capable of lifting and throwing very large objects, as big as a city bus. Their agility is reduced to one third of its original value, however. Animal companions cannot use this technique. Power Name: Friend of Nature Rank: A Requirements: Command Beast Description: The user can exert their will over any and all animals not controlled by other conduits in their vicinity, forcing them to fight for the user for the remainder of the thread. Power Name: Fiend of Nature Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user channels his or her power into a nearby animal, increasing the size, ferocity, strength, and speed of the animal in question, while also driving said creature into a frenzy. The user will not be targeted by the animal during the frenzy. Power Name: Mythic Transformation Rank: A Requirements: At least 2 "Mythic Animal Form" abilities Description: The user can touch any animal, and using their power, transform into an exact copy of that animal. The user's attributes change to match the animal in question. Forms acquired using this ability are temporary-when the form is left, the animal in question must be touched again to regain the form. This ability even extends to humans, though in this case, the user's abilities and attributes make no change at all. Animal companions cannot use this technique. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Mythic Dragon Form Rank: S Requirements: Mythic Ape Form Description: The user transforms into a 100-foot long, 75-foot tall reptilian creature, with two legs and two wings that function as arms, and a very long tail. While in this form, the user is capable of both breathing fire and flight. Speed, Agility, Strength, and Endurance all triple while in this state. Animal companions cannot use this technique. Vampiric Blood is the source of power for those afflicted with Vampirism. To say they are afflicted, as opposed to gifted, comes from the curse that comes with their great power- they can no longer gain sustenance from food and drink, and must instead draw it from drinking blood. Garlic, in particular, will make them sick to their stomachs. Their power is so great, however, that several of their powers come with the weaknesses for which vampires are so well known- vulnerability to sunlight and fire, for instance. They will also find themselves overwhelmed by a savage hunger they must consciously focus to suppress, which becomes easier to do over time. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Bat Form Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user transforms into a small bat, gaining the ability to fly. In this form, they have little in terms of physical power, but can fly rather quickly. This form is also does not carry the weaknesses granted by other vampire abilities, making the user able to use it to travel in sunlight, among other things. Power Name: Blood Drain Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of drinking the blood of others to restore energy and heal wounds. Those who have this power cannot recover energy or recover from injuries in any other way. The user is also capable of shifting their face so that their teeth are all razor sharp and their face takes on a demonic appearance. This allows them to bite through the flesh to gain access to blood. Power Name: Blood Sense Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of tracking a target by scent from great distances, utilizing a strong sense of smell attuned specifically to blood. This is always active and does not have a cost. Power Name: Vampiric Speed Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's speed attribute is considered to be twice its actual value. This effect is always active. However, those whom have this ability are susceptible to sunlight, and will burst into flames if they're in the sun for more than a few seconds at a time. Power Name: Vampiric Strength Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's strength attribute is considered to be twice its actual value, and they are capable of lifting very heavy objects. This effect is always active. However, it is worth note that those who possess this ability also gain the vampire's weakness to fire, and will find exposure to even weak fire attacks very devastating. Power Name: Vampiric Claw Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user can use their power to lengthen one or more of their nails to about an inch long, which will also be sharpened to points. Once lengthened, the user's nail becomes considerably stronger and sharper than normal. Power Name: Vampiric Fangs Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user can extend their fangs without displaying more of their vampiric abilities. This allows them to bite without using their other abilities, in case the situation does not call for those. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Bat Creation Rank: C Requirements: Bat Form Description: The user is capable of channeling energy into their back, causing a large pore to grow and burst into a bat. This bat is capable of flight and weak attacks, and will obey the user's will. Up to five bats can be on the field at a time. Power Name: Blood Rage Rank: C Requirements: Blood Drain Description: Whenever the user feasts on fresh blood, their strength and speed will increase for three rounds of posting by a factor of 1.5 (50% increase) Power Name: Echolocation Rank: C Requirements: Bat Form Description: The user is capable of utilizing a bat's natural ability to release a high pitched shriek and gain a sensory map of the surrounding area. They must have their eyes closed to do this. They can use this even when not in Bat form. The shriek itself is only annoying to others and cannot cause them any pain beyond a minor sting at best. Power Name: Necromancy Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of manipulating the dead, allowing them to animate up to 5 cadavers in range that will rise to fight by their side. These cadavers only have the strength of normal humans, however. Up to five of these undead minions can be utilized at a time. Power Name: Sire Rank: C Requirements: Blood Drain, Evil Path Description: The user is capable of, after draining a victim's blood entirely, resurrecting them as a minion. On normal humans, this will basically create normal humans with the same vampire weaknesses as the user. On other conduits, this will make the victim (Whom is now considered dead) lose their previous conduit abilities and develop those of a vampire, effectively making their powers a clean slate. Humans resurrected this way find themselves physically compelled to follow the orders of the user. Power Name: Vampire Telepathy Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of hearing surface thoughts of others, as well as transmitting their own thoughts at others. They are only capable of hearing surface thoughts, as well as those thoughts directed at them. More impressively, the vampire's mind becomes highly resistant to influence of other mental powers, leaving them only vulnerable to the most powerful of mental attacks and mental opponents. Power Name: Bleed Rank: C Requirements: Blood Drain or Vampiric Fangs Description: While biting a victim, the user can use his power to force his fangs to violently rattle while growing additional spikes. This ensures that the victim bleeds more than otherwise, even if the user is taken from the victim before the victim dies. Power Name: Blood Control Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can take control of nearby blood, as long as it is outside of a body. The user can move it through the air, force it to take on any form they wish, and even encourage open wounds to bleed more. Power Name: Predatorial Attraction Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user will appear far more attractive to the opposite sex, and intimidating to their own. Having this ability also increases the potency of any of the user's mental abilities, while simultaneously damaging the victim's willingness to fight. This ability is always active, but it also makes the user appear invisible in mirrors or in cameras, possibly giving the user away. Power Name: Empathic Vampirism Rank: C Requirements: Blood Drain ; Vampire Empathy Description: The user can feed off of negative emotions given off by those around him. Using this ability grants all the benefits the user might gain through direct feeding while simultaneously exhausting those he feeds off of. There is no visible indication that the user is using this ability. While any negative emotion is compatible, the best effect comes from hate or fear. Power Name: Apex Predator Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can intimidate animals around him. Animals not controlled by others will cower in fear, or possibly run away. Even animals controlled by other people may be very hesitant about attacking or approaching the user while this ability is active. Power Name: Mediumship Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can force recently deceased bodies back to life temporarily, and may speak to these corpses. When a question is asked of a corpse while using this ability, the question must be answered truthfully, even if the corpse would have wanted the secret kept when they were alive. Power Name: Dead Flesh Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's body cannot be poisoned, nor do they need to breathe, eat, or drink (with the exception being, of course, blood). Additionally, their body does not give off heat, nor does it smell like a living body, which may throw certain tracking abilities off. This ability is always active, but the user will find after obtaining this ability that they are incapable of entering homes of other people without express permission. Power Name: Wallcrawling Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can crawl on walls and upside down, completely resisting the effects of gravity. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Sonic Shriek Rank: B Requirements: Echolocation Description: The user emits a loud, high pitched shriek from their mouth that causes immense pain to those in the surrounding area, which can disrupt their concentration and be very disorienting. Power Name: Vampire Empathy Rank: B Requirements: Vampire Telepathy Description: The user is capable of experiencing the emotions of others and, more impressively, using a telepathic link to cause targets to experience the emotions they so desire. Power Name: Vampiric Mind Trick Rank: B Requirements: Vampire Telepathy Description: The user is capable of telepathically influencing a target with great subtlety, causing the target to believe whatever the user says, provided they do not say anything very obviously false or painfully unlikely (Claiming to be the target's father, for instance, might not be the best lie to tell). The user may pull additional blood out of open wounds to use in this manner. Power Name: Blood Weapons Rank: B Requirements: Blood Control Description: The user can shape blood into the form of weapons, and then rapidly freeze it. These weapons will not melt, and will more easily cut an individual whose blood contributed to the creation of the weapon. Only blood outside of a body may be controlled in this way. Power Name: Ripping Jaws Rank: B Requirements: Bleed Description: While biting a victim, the user may force all of their teeth to become elongated, sharped, and serrated. The effect is a much more dangerous bite, one that is almost always fatal. Power Name: Hypnotic Bite Rank: B Requirements: Vampire Telepathy ; Blood Drain Description: The user may channel their power into a victim during a bite. The victim will not fight back, and may even experience a mild high from being bitten. This also will keep the victim from screaming from the pain, and will encourage the victim to hide the wound, even weeks after the bite. Power Name: Hypnosis Rank: B Requirements: Vampire Telepathy Description: The user may force a target to sleep. This only works if the victim has been recently bitten by the user. Power Name: Enthrallment Rank: B Requirements: Blood Drain Description: The user creates a special kind of venom in their fangs that produces an extreme high in a victim when bitten by the user. Those bitten will develop an addiction for the venom, and will often follow or serve the user in hopes of being bitten once again. Power Name: Vampiric Thralls Rank: B Requirements: Necromancy Description: The user is capable of bringing nearby corpses back to life. These corpses have no memory of their lives before being resurrected, and follow their master's every command. There is no limit to how many thralls may be created. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Vampire Lord Form Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of transforming into a Vampire Lord, a form characterized by a demonic bat-like face, grey skin, claws, always extended fangs, and a pair of ragged wings that enable flight despite their damaged appearance. While in this state, all negative effects of a vampire's various passive abilities are negated, and all positive passive effects are doubled in potency. Additionally, the vampire's jaw strength is tremendously enhanced, and is capable of biting through kevlar. Power Name: Lord of Death Rank: A Requirements: Vampiric Thralls Description: After creating a thrall, the user can impart some of his own strength onto it. The thrall will be capable of everything the user is capable of, and will even be capable of changing its appearance to resemble the user. Only one thrall may carry this effect at once, and the user will be stripped of all of his abilities until the thrall is forced to give up the power or dies. Power Name: Gift Rank: A Requirements: Blood Drain Description: After biting a target, the user may pass on their passive abilities to the target, without the negative side effects. This effect is only temporary, and will only last until the next sunset. Power Name: Blood Puppet Rank: A Requirements: Blood Striking Description: The user can now control even the blood inside of a living (or dead) target, forcing the target to move according to the user's will. Living conduits can resist this ability to only experience jerky movements one limb at a time, but for all other targets, resistance is not possible. Power Name: Vampiric Venom Rank: A Requirements: Blood Drain Description: The user creates a venom within their fangs that, once injected into the bloodstream, causes a tremendous amount of pain, eventually culminating in death after three posts. The pain can be negated if the user is also using the Hypnotic Bite ability. Conduits will not die as a result of the venom, but will instead experience lingering pain for three additional posts. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Blood Festival Rank: S Requirements: Blood Puppet Description: The user can rip the blood of a victim from their body, even without making a wound first, almost immediately killing the victim. Against Conduits, this takes three posts to complete. Power Name: Daywalker Rank: S Requirements: None Description: The user no longer experiences negative side-effects of any of their passive abilities, with the exception of this ability. This ability permanently lowers the user's maximum energy by an S-ranked amount, but is always active. Power Name: Lichdom Rank: S Requirements: Lord of Death Description: The user places their blood into a container called a phylactery, and uses their power to establish a connection to that phylactery. As long as the phylactery remains safe, the user's body, while appearing undead, cannot be permanently killed, but will instead heal upon every sunset if the body was injured to a point that would otherwise be considered fatal. Psychic (Mental) A mind is a terrible thing to waste, especially when endowed with psychic power. The will of these individuals is so great that they can hear and send thoughts, manipulate the minds of others and give their thoughts physical form, either through telekinetically pushing and pulling on the environment, or by manifesting their thought energy into solid psionic energy. Just having this power set has the added benefit of granting the user high resistance to effects that affect the mind. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Dream Eater Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user focuses their mental energy on someone who is unconscious, feasting on their psychic energy. This is only capable of siphoning off a bit, enough that the unconscious person will be unable to dream for several hours. The user can recover energy and heal somewhat utilizing this effect. Power Name: Glamour Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a mental illusion around themselves, making their physical appearance seem to change. In actuality, others are just seeing a different appearance, as the user does not actually transform. This affect also lets the user change their voice. Power Name: Innate Capability Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of learning new skills (Not powers) very easily. In fact, they can develop average skill in most things by merely studying them. However, they can only master skills through repeated use, as anyone else would. While this cannot be used to learn other people's powers, it can be useful for picking up any skill ordinary people can learn. Power Name: Psionic Blades Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of creating glowing knives of psychic energy to be used as weapons. These manifest as crude looking 8 inch long blades formed on top of the wrists, which are razor sharp. The user can also fling them a target like an actual knife as well, though it will then disperse in the next post. Power Name: Psychic Scripture Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user can use their mind to mentally imprint text onto a surface, either temporarily or permanently. This can only be done temporarily to others without their consent, and does not hurt to do so. Power Name: Telekinesis Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of exerting force on an object with their mind. This has the same strength that they do, and is more effective when the user directly gestures their hand toward the object in question, though this is not necessary unless the object would require their complete strength to lift anyway. This is not very useful against people and animals- at best this can be used to push or pull on them, but it has far less effect and very little control. Power Name: Telepathy Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of transmitting their thoughts to others. However, this is limited only to sound. They can also hear the surface thoughts of others, as well as any thoughts directed at them specifically. However, without help from another ability, they cannot turn this off, which makes crowds especially annoying. Power Name: Third Eye Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of closing their eyes and focusing their mental energy to observe the surrounding area from an overhead view. Essentially, they are switching their point of view from first person to third person. This can be useful for observing a wider area of the battlefield, particularly to see what is happening outside of the user's peripheral vision. This perception shift does not affect their motor skills. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Empathy Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user is capable of feeling the emotions of others, allowing them to better understand their thoughts and reactions. Further, the user can focus their mind to cause someone to experience a specific emotion, which can be useful to create a distraction or as a tool of deception. Power Name: Psychic Strangle Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user closes their hand as if choking someone while focusing telekinetic power on the target. This does precisely what it sounds like- lets the user choke a target directly. Not only is this limited to the user's physical strength, but even after that it is only about half as effective on other conduits. Power Name: Mental Push Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user is now capable of lifting, pulling and pushing objects as if they have twice their normal strength, though this is still far less effective used directly on people and animals. They can also now lift more objects at once, and even have precise enough skill with telekinesis that they can use it to wield weapons hands free, even while using other weapons. Power Name: Hallucination Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user establishes a telepathic link that they can use to trick the target's senses, allowing the user to influence sight and sound. This can be used to create a single illusionary object, of which the user. Sadly, this object cannot physically interact with the environment, and the user cannot create the illusion it is. The hallucination can be anything that has a physical form, including people and animals. However, the grander the illusion, the more draining it is to maintain. This can only affect one target at a time. Power Name: Mind Meld Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user is now capable of digging deeper into a target's mind, allowing them to extract information not on the surface. However, this does not work on things the target explicitly wants to keep secret or does not themselves remember. If the user attempts to access memories of this nature, they will experience a great pain in their head as the mental link is broken. One whom is skilled enough with telepathy to use this technique can now limit their telepathic awareness in crowds to maintain their focus, being able to switch it on and off. Power Name: Mind Trick Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user is capable of telepathically influencing a target with great subtlety, causing the target to believe whatever the user says, provided they do not say anything very obviously false or painfully unlikely (Claiming to be the target's father, for instance, might not be the best lie to tell). This can also be used to generally come across as more charismatic to others. Power Name: Psi-beam Rank: C Requirements: Psionic Blades Description: The user focuses psychic energy into a glowing energy beam that emits great heat. This does a substantial amount of damage and packs great concussive force. Power Name: Psionic Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user concentrates psionic energy into a supercharged sphere in their hand they can hurl at a target. This will explode on impact, dealing great damage. Power Name: Psionic Shield Rank: C Requirements: Psionic Blades Description: The user focuses psychic energy to create a glowing protective bubble around a target that can shield from a variety of attacks. However, this shield is tied to the user's focus, so the more damage it takes, the more difficult it is for them to concentrate without it breaking. If the shield is forcibly broken, the user will be knocked back as if they were struck by an attack. Power Name: Psionic Restraint Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a swirling vortex of psionic energy over an individual's body. This vortex can hold non-Conduits still on the ground, and can make it difficult to breathe. Conduits can resist the vortex enough to get away from it, though it can be difficult. This ability can be used only at very short range. Power Name: Psychic Flight Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user is capable of making a telekinetic field around themselves that is just strong enough to sustain flight hundreds of feet in the air for an extended period of time. While using this effect, the user can choose to produce an aura of ambient around their body. Power Name: Rewind Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user is capable of mentally linking with someone who is dead or unconscious, and pulling up their memories for up to the last 24 hours. This can be useful for gathering valuable information without the use of more strenuous telepathic techniques, though it may prove difficult to get the target into such a vulnerable position. Power Name: Will Power Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user has honed their mental skills to the point where their mind is more difficult to manipulate. Though mental powers do not typically work against others with mental powers, this can make the user highly resistant to any mental effects they are not inherently immune to. Further, they can use this effect to resist negative status effects inflicted upon them by others, such as being stunned, paralyzed or dazed (This is in essence, mind over matter). This also lets them function more effectively while experiencing great pain, though they cannot ignore the pain completely and it will still inhibit their physical performance. Power Name: All Eyes Open Rank: C Requirements: Third Eye Description: The user is capable of focusing their mental energy to observe the surrounding area from a varying viewpoint, to be controlled at their will. The user may view their surroundings from any angle, can shift the angle, and can switch to a completely different viewpoint, all at will. The user can view an area from any angle within 50 feet of their body, even if they're not in the same room. The user does not need to close their eyes, unlike the previous version of this ability, but they are still incapable of seeing out of them while this ability is active. Power Name: Telekinetic Force Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user's ability has increased in telekinesis-specifically, the user is now capable of mentally lifting objects as large as cars off the ground and throwing them with their mind alone. Objects on the larger end of the scale require corresponding hand motions to be moved. This ability still is not as powerful against living targets-this upgrade only allows the user's full physical strength to be applied to a living target telekinetically. Used alone, however, this ability has only power, and very little finesse. Power Name: Telekinetic Focus Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user's ability has increased in telekinesis-specifically, the user is now capable of far more precise actions, such as typing or writing telekinetically. More precise movements require additional hand motions. The user can also use this ability to affect minor motions on a living target, such as forcing a target to pull a trigger or push a button. Used alone, this ability only has finesse, and very little power. Power Name: All Ears Open Rank: C Requirements: All Eyes Open Description: While using the All Eyes Open ability, the user can focus additional energy to hear the area that their point of view is now originating from. While using this ability, the user's own ears are deafened. This ability naturally has the same range as All Eyes Open. Power Name: Force Field Rank: C Requirements: Telekinesis Description: The user is capable of creating a shield of telekinetic energy directly in front of their body. This shield is large enough for the user to hide behind, and can deflect many different types of attacks, but is not as powerful as the Psionic Shield, and does not surround the user from all sides. Power Name: Psi-Sword Rank: C Requirements: Psionic Blades Description: The user creates a glowing sword out of psychic energy to be used as a weapon. This can manifest as any specific type of sword the user prefers, but always with a three foot razor sharp blade. If the sword leaves the user's grip, it will immediately disperse. Power Name: Mental Assault Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: The user establishes a telepathic link with a target. Using that link, the user can send a pulse of psychic energy to the victim's mind, causing severe, but temporary pain. This creates only a moderate pain to other conduits, and a minor pain to those who have abilities that resist mental abilities. Power Name: Psychic Drain Rank: C Requirements: Dreameater Description: The user is able to drain psychic energy from nearby targets even when the targets are awake. This has little to no effect on the victim, other than keeping them from dreaming for a single night-for the user, however, it provides extra energy and minor healing. Power Name: Clairvoyance Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of focusing on a person, object, or location that they are familiar with. The user will then see that target's surroundings, and will be able to change the view with which they look at the target. There is no range limit on this ability. Power Name: Photographic Memory Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can focus their psychic energy to perfectly capture a few seconds of an event that can be remembered with perfect clarity at any point in the future. Power Name: Psychic Translation Rank: C Requirements: Telepathy Description: When employing telepathy, should the user come across a language that is unfamiliar to them, their mind will convert the words into universal ideas instead-essentially, any language becomes understandable when hearing the thoughts. This works backwards too, so anyone could understand the user's thoughts, regardless of language. Power Name: Psionic Boxing Rank: C Requirements: Psionic Blades Description: The user can generate two large, glowing hands, one on either side of his body. The hands will then move in accordance with the user's hands. These hands are three times stronger than the user. The user can control every aspect of these hands' physical appearance, from color of the glow to appearance of the hands themselves, even number of fingers. Power Name: Psychometry Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of touching an object and gaining memories of the last month of that object's history, as if the user had been constantly watching said object the entire time. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Cluster Psionic Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Psionic Grenade Description: The user hurls a psionic grenade that splinters in midair, forming ten grenades each as powerful as a normal psionic grenade to cover a wider area. Power Name: Dream World Rank: B Requirements: Hallucination Description: The user is capable of creating a more detailed illusion on a single target, in which they enter a reality where the user has complete control over everything, except for their target. Of course, the bodies of both parties are immobile during this time, and the user cannot use any powers to gain sensory information about the real world. The user can free both of them from the dream world at any time, but it will automatically dissolve after four rounds of posting. It cannot be used on the same target multiple times in the same thread. Power Name: Hypnosis Rank: B Requirements: Mind Trick Description: The user is capable of using mental influence to issue a single command to a target that they will then obey. However, this command will not make them cause harm to themselves or someone they genuinely care about. The same target cannot be given multiple commands in the same day. Power Name: Mass Hallucination Rank: B Requirements: Hallucination Description: The user can now affect as many people in the surrounding area with a hallucination as they so desire, at an increased energy cost per target. They can also create up to five illusionary objects, which they can even give a scent to at no additional energy cost. Power Name: Mind Wipe Rank: B Requirements: Mind Meld Description: The user is capable of erasing memories from a target, though this is very seldom successful on other conduits. The more treasured or old a memory is, the longer it takes to erase. This cannot be used to make someone forget basic life functions like walking, breathing, brushing their teeth, etc. Power Name: Mind Crush Rank: B Requirements: Mind Meld Description: The user can dig even deeper into a target's mind, allowing them to gain access to secure information, including memories that the target cannot even recall. The user is now capable of sending and receiving visual thoughts with their normal telepathy as well. Power Name: Psionic Missile Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user concentrates a powerful burst of psionic energy at a target in what looks like a glowing rocket of energy flying at high speed. On impact, this will detonate for substantial damage. Power Name: Mental Slam Rank: B Requirements: Mental Push Description: The user can now unleash more telekinetic power in the form of a short push. Though this push has a short range, only about 5 feet, it hits a target as hard as a car. This requires a corresponding hand motion on the part of the user, and can only be used once per post, due to the focus necessary. Power Name: Psi-Wave Rank: B Requirements: Psi-Beam Description: The user unleashes a wave of glowing psychic energy that emits great heat. This does a substantial amount of damage and packs great concussive force. This wave spreads in every direction from the user for 15 feet. Power Name: Psychic Crush Rank: B Requirements: Psychic Strangle Description: The user pushes in many different directions at once on an object, exerting the full force upon that object that they'd normally be capable of with their telekinesis in each direction they choose. Power Name: Telekinetic Mastery Rank: B Requirements: Telekinetic Force Description: The user is capable of lifting and throwing much heavier objects, up to and including buses. This ability also allows the user to exert enough force to lift an unwilling target into the air for a single post. Willing targets have no limitations. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Overshadow Rank: A Requirements: Mind Crush Description: The user's telepathic might has increased to the point where they can completely control the mind of another, though they must leave their own body in the form of an astral projection to do so. This is quite risky as it leaves the body unprotected, and those with strong wills (Non-Consenting RPCs and NPCs with mental powers) can eject them with relative ease, causing them great pain. Power Name: Rewrite Rank: A Requirements: Mind Wipe Description: After wiping out a target's memory, the user can now implant memories of their own creation, which can be used with enough time and effort to even recreate a person entirely. Power Name: Telekinetic Razor Rank: A Requirements: Telekinetic Focus Description: The user is capable of focusing a massive amount of telekinetic energy into an extremely sharp, invisible blade around the user's extended first two fingers. This blade is sharp enough to cut through bone with ease. The user can control which portion of the blade actually cuts-it is possible to only have the furthest tip cut, in order to cut on the inside of an object without cutting the outside. Power Name: Psionic Skull Rank: A Requirements: Psionic Shield or Psionic Boxing (Both are optional) Description: The user creates a massive skull of psionic energy around his body, large enough to completely envelop the user. This skull can defend against a wide variety of attacks. If the user is capable of using the Psionic Shield ability, the Skull will be wearing a helmet, which in turn increases the durability of the skull itself. If the user is capable of using the Psionic Boxing ability, the fists created with Psionic Boxing will appear next to the skull for no additional cost, and will be able to be controlled in the same fashion. The user controls the aesthetics of the ability. Power Name: Psychic Torture Rank: A Requirements: Mental Assault Description: The user sends a massive amount of psychic energy into another individual's head. Against a normal human, this psychic energy creates enough pain to cause unconsciousness nearly instantly. Against other conduits, however, this is merely excruciatingly painful-even conduits with resistance to mental effects will still be subject to severe pain, though not on the scale of others. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Lobotomize Rank: S Requirements: Rewrite Description: The user can take away everything about a target- their memories, thoughts, feelings and personality. They effectively leave the target an empty shell capable of only basic life functions. This does not take away the victim's skills or powers, and it takes a very long time to perform, making it impractical in combat. Power Name: Rend Rank: S Requirements: Psychic Crush Description: The user telekinetically pulls on an object in many different directions at once, quickly ripping it apart. This is less effective on conduits, only making large cuts instead of completely ripping them apart. Power Name: Psionic Guardian Rank: S Requirements: Psionic Skull Description: The user creates the psionic torso of a massive warrior around his body. The torso, unlike previous editions of this ability, can move independently of the user's movements. This torso is thirty feet tall, and its arms are strong enough to throw buses aside like ragdolls. This torso can also defend against a wide variety of attacks, only allowing the most powerful offenses to pass through. The user controls the aesthetics of the ability. |

Light Light is one of the most versatile forces you can have at your disposal. Not only can it be used to wipe away darkness, but it can create solid constructs and illusions as well! As you can imagine, light is especially affective against shadow, though the opposite is also true. The two are the yin and yang of the universe- an offense from one will always beat a comparable defense from the other, and two similar offenses colliding will always tie. There cannot be light without darkness, after all. Those who possess this power tend to become more virtuous as a result. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Flash Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user concentrates energy into their body, causing it to emit a bright burst of light that can blind those in the surrounding area. Power Name: Light Bolt Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a ball of solid light in their hand that they may launch at a target as a blunt projectile attack. This flies as fast and hits as hard as a baseball, but is not affected by gravity. Power Name: Guiding Light Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a floating ball of light that they can manipulate to move around freely. This functions merely as a light source to illuminate dark areas, but it can travel far distances from the user and is capable of homing back to their location, making it useful to signal others from a distance and lead them to the user. Power Name: Holo-Guise Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user bends light around their body to give off a different physical appearance, which can be useful as a disguise to conceal their identity or blend into a crowd. Power Name: Light Drain Rank: D Requirements: Nearby Light Source Description: The user can channel energy from any object emitting light, causing it to go dark for several minutes. This will allow them to recover lost energy and also heal any injuries a bit. Note that this light source has to be nearby- they cannot draw from sun or moonlight. Power Name: Light Fists Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates constructs of light in the shape of fists, which have a solid form and float nearby. These hands have the same strength as one of the user's arms, though they can fly up to fifteen feet away from the user. The user can create up to six fists at a time, and can launch them further if they wish to use them as a projectile, though they will quickly disperse once they are too far away. The user can also form these around their fists to increase damage from melee attacks, and can choose to make feet, rather than hands, if they so desire. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Healing Light Rank: C Requirements: Good Path Description: The user extends their hand over an injury, focusing light from their hand onto it. This light is infused with energy that has a healing effect, causing injuries to recover very quickly. Minor injuries will heal right away, while more severe injuries take some time. However, this can heal enough to pull someone on death's door back to the point where they will just be seriously injured. Power Name: Holograms Rank: C Requirements: Holo-Guise Description: The user is now capable of creating structures of light away from their body. These can take on the forms of virtually any object, animal or person the user so desires. However, they have no tangible form and anything they would touch passes right through them. Draining light from these holograms does not yield as much energy as they cost. Power Name: Light Burst Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user quickly flicks both arms in an exaggerated motion, creating a flash of light that moves forward with great concussive force and can send victims flying. This can be useful for creating some space in close combat or against crowds. Power Name: Light Flight Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user emits an aura of light around themselves that can lift them in the air and propel them at great speed hundreds of feet above the ground. This can be used to travel great distances. Power Name: Light Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a sphere of light they can then hurl like a grenade. It will detonate on impact, emitting a bright flash and causing great damage. Power Name: Light Speed Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user will become engulfed in bright light as they suddenly move forward very quickly, able to clear distances of 20 meters in the blink of an eye. This cannot be used in rapid succession, requiring at least 2 rounds of posting to pass before it can be used again. The user is also only capable of executing basic melee attacks while using this, due to the physical strain and the lack of precision control that coincides with utilizing such a high degree of speed. Power Name: Light Wall Rank: C Requirements: Good Path Description: The user manipulates light to form a solid wall anywhere within twenty feet of them. This can be useful for blocking attacks of sealing off an area, and is as strong as steel. Power Name: Light Weapons Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can create a construct of solidified light that looks like a weapon. This can be in the form of either a melee or ranged weapon. It will have no special effects, but can be used as if it were a normal weapon of that type. Rather than ammunition, ranged weapons will draw from the user's pool of energy to create light projectiles when fired, draining a relatively small amount per shot. Power Name: Personal Shield Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user emits an aura of light around their body that can protect against damage, but is not especially strong. It mostly functions to reduce damage, though it will stop attacks that would have barely harmed the user anyway entirely. Power Name: Shimmer Rank: C Requirements: Holo-Guise Description: Becoming more skilled in the art of bending light around their person, the user can now bend the light into creating the illusion they are not there at all. This makes them almost invisible, though any movement will create a shimmer effect, similar to a wave of heat rising from the pavement on a hot day. Still, this reduction in visibility can make them harder to detect, especially if they remain still until the time is right. Power Name: Solid Holograms Rank: C Requirements: Holograms Description: The user is capable of making the light of the holograms reinforced with a forcefield, giving them physical form. They can now interact with the environment, attack, and take damage. The larger the hologram, the stronger and more durable it is, but the slower and less agile it is. The opposite is true for smaller holograms. Cost increases with size, as well. The user can only have up to 5 solid holograms active at a time. Power Name: False Farse Rank: C Requirements: Holo-Guise Description: The user creates an unnatural shimmer on any object, manifesting as a light from nowhere or as the object flickering out of existence. This can be used to trick others into believing that the object is in fact a poorly constructed illusion, when in reality, the object is still quite real. Power Name: Rapid Fire Light Bolt Rank: C Requirements: Light Bolt Description: The user can create a volley of Light Bolts by continuing to pump their arms forward. The bolts fired by this ability function in exactly the same way as before. Every five light bolts consumes an additional C-rank amount of energy. Power Name: Illuminated Bandages Rank: C Requirements: Healing Light; Good Path Description: The user may wrap a wound in light. The light will continually heal the wound for the next three posts, as if the user was actively using Healing Light on the wound in question. Power Name: Halo Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a halo over their head out of light. This halo often serves to inspire those around the user, but it serves a more practical purpose as well-the user may grasp the ring of light to no ill effect, though the ring is as sharp as a knife to all others, allowing the user to use the halo as an effective weapon. Power Name: Illuminate Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user feeds their power into nearby sources of light, causing those sources to glow more brightly. While this has the obvious effect of providing more light, it also has a secondary effect, which weakens opposing Shadow powers while empowering the user's Light powers. Power Name: Glow Rank: C Requirements: Flash Description: The user maintains the light their body produced while performing the Flash technique, forcing an opponent to fight the user while the user is illuminated. While in close range, such a light is incredibly useful, at a distance, this will likely only make the user more obvious. Power Name: Radiation Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user emits a light that, while not being particularly bright, can easily cause sunburn-like injuries on those too close to the technique. Continued exposure increases the severity of the burn. The user is immune to this effect. Power Name: Halo Bindings Rank: C Requirements: Halo Description: The user can make their halo blunted instead, but can instead control the size of said halo. This allows the user to constrict the halos around an individual, making them useful as restraints. Once affected by this power, the halo cannot be made sharp again. Power Name: Rainbow Road Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a construct of light large enough to walk on. This construct can rise into the air with very little support, and may support several people at once. The user can deactivate the road whenever he wishes. The road will shimmer in the various colors of the rainbow. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Cluster Light Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Light Grenade Description: The user's light grenade splinters in midair, turning into ten grenades that cover a wider area and have as much power as the first. Power Name: Force Bubble Rank: B Requirements: Light Wall, Good Path Description: The user manipulates light into a sphere around the target that has the strength of a light wall, but can move to protect them. This can be maintained indefinitely, but drains the user to do so and can still be broken with enough damage. Power Name: Invisibility Rank: B Requirements: Shimmer Description: The user has become even more skilled in bending light around themselves, such that they can now prevent the shimmering effect from occurring while they are invisible. This makes them undetectable by normal sight. Unfortunately, this is mentally exhausting to maintain, and as such can only be utilized for three rounds of posting before the user needs to rest. They can use the technique again after another three rounds of posting. Power Name: Light Blast Rank: B Requirements: Light Beam Description: The user puts both hands together, with open palms, and thrusts them forward to emit a burst of light as wide around as a basket ball. This has even greater penetrative and concussive power and moves much faster than its predecessor. Power Name: Light Rocket Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user creates what looks like a missile of light that shoots forward at high speed and detonates on impact to cause impressive damage. Power Name: Remote Light Bolt Rank: B Requirements: Light Bolt Description: The user may fire any ability using Light Bolt as a requisite (as well as Light Bolt itself) from a source of light within view. The sun and/or moon are not acceptable light sources for this ability. Power Name: Wings of Light Rank: B Requirements: Light Flight Description: The user creates massive wings from their shoulder blades, entirely out of light. These wings, despite being made from light, and therefore weightless, are very durable, and can be used as an impromptu shield as a single wing can cover the entire body. While the user flies, however, the wings allow the user far greater maneuverability. Power Name: Exorcise Rank: B Requirements: Glow Description: The user sends a flash of light from their body, temporarily blinding and stunning those who see it. This is not a normal flash of light, however-those maintaining mental-type abilities will forcibly be stopped, and those in possession of Shadow abilities will experience intense pain. Power Name: Laser Rank: B Requirements: Light Beam Description: The user points their finger at a target, firing a high power laser from its tip. This laser is much smaller, but also stronger than the prerequisite, allowing for greater precision than most attacks. This laser is strong enough to ignite flammable objects, and can break a person's skin. Continued application of the laser can cut deeper into an individual's body. Power Name: Light Barrage Rank: B Requirements: Light Bolt Description: The user gathers dozens of balls of light into the air, which then fire at a target all at once. Individually, these bolts are not very powerful, but as each one also chases its target, this technique could be very potentially dangerous. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Holo'd Ground Rank: A Requirements: Holo-Field Description: The user can extend their illusory powers over a wide space, disguising or hiding an area the size of a city block. The user has absolute control over the illusion, and can even create illusions like people, beasts, or vehicles within the space. Power Name: Solar Powered Rank: A Requirements: Light Drain Description: The user stands still, gathering energy from the sun itself. This ability is obviously more useful during the day, and when the weather permits. The user also must be in direct sunlight for the ability to take effect. This replenishes the user's energy stores and heals the user much more efficiently than Light Drain. Additionally, the user's light abilities will be more powerful, and will be considered Sunlight for when it applies to other techniques or weaknesses for an equal amount of time that the user maintained this ability. Power Name: Luminous Assault Rank: A Requirements: Light Burst Description: The user thrusts one arm forward, unleashing a blast of light capable of cracking stone and sending opponents flying. This ability can only be used once per post, per arm. Power Name: Glowing Fist Rank: A Requirements: Light Drain Description: The user draws their arm back and drains the light from all surrounding light sources. Instead of using the energy to replenish theirself, however, the light will be used to surround the user's fist with light, empowering the attack. This attack can punch through solid stone. If the user can use the Solar Powered ability, they can draw energy from the sun as well, even further strengthening their punch. S Ranked Powers Power Name: Hallowed Ground Rank: S Requirements: Exorcize Description: The user lets loose a massive burst of light from their body. This light will illuminate everything within the space of a city block, with the user at the epicenter. Those hit by this light will be injured relative to whether or not they are allied with the user-their allies will receive no damage at all, while their enemies will be severely injured. Those with Shadow Powers are injured even if they are allies, and are immediately knocked unconscious if they are enemies. Power Name: Solar Flare Rank: S Requirements: Solar Powered Description: The user activates Solar Powered, but instead of the usual effects, uses the energy gathered to power a massive sphere of light energy. The user may throw the attack whenever they wish. At minimum, the blast can level a space the size of a city block. The longer the user charges this ability, the stronger it may become, with each post increasing the diameter of the blast by 200 meters. |

Shadow The user can not just manipulate shadow, but darkness itself. This can allow them to manipulate shadows to form constructs, or to blend into the shadows, or to take the light from an area. As you can imagine, shadow is especially affective against light, though the opposite is also true. The two are the yin and yang of the universe- an offense from one will always beat a comparable defense from the other, and two similar offenses colliding will always tie. There cannot be darkness without light, after all. Those who possess this power tend to become more sinister as a result. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Darkness Form Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user emits a purple or blue glow as their skin becomes pail and cracked, their eyes becoming completely black as if the pupil has overtaken the entire eye. their teeth all lengthen and sharpen to be as sharp as knives, and their fingernails extend into razor sharp claws half an inch long each and as strong as steel. Power Name: Shadow Drain Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user draws in darkness from the area nearby to replenish their energy and slightly heal their injuries. This does not completely remove shadow or darkness, but instead lightens it, even when the user has drawn in all that they can from a shadow source. Power Name: Shadow Extension Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates darkness to wrap around their body, specifically the arms and legs. They are then capable of, when executing a melee attack with hands and feet, extending the shadow up to ten feet from their limb to extend the range of the blow. Likewise, they can condense this shadow around the limb to make closer blows have greater impact. Power Name: Shadow Bolt Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a ball of darkness in their hand, which looks like an inky, black substance, that they may launch at a target as a blunt projectile attack. This flies as fast and hits as hard as a baseball, but is not affected by gravity. Power Name: Deluminate Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user can dim nearby lights at will, creating more darkness in the area for them to use for their attacks. Power Name: Blackout Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user creates a ball of darkness, similar to the one created with Shadow Bolt. However, this ability does not harm living creatures, but rather completely envelops a small source of light, preventing it from being used. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Darkness Grenade Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a ball of darkness in their hand that glows an ambient blue or purple from its black center, which they then hurl toward a target. This is charged with darkness energy and will detonate on impact to cause great damage. Power Name: Darkness Shield Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates nearby shadows to form a wall of darkness that is solid and can block incoming attacks. They can create such a wall anywhere within twenty feet of themselves, and can create up to five walls at a time. Power Name: Inner Darkness Rank: C Requirements: Darkness Form Description: While Darkness Form is active, the user can channel their darkness to augment their speed and strength to twice their normal values. They are also capable of lifting very heavy objects, such as cars, despite the fact they lack sufficient strength to do so (Note this only affects their ability to lift and throw objects, not the strength of their physical attacks). Not only is this very physically draining to maintain, but all light-based attacks deal twice their normal damage to the user while they are channeling their Inner Darkness. Power Name: Shadow Chains Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels darkness energy into nearby shadows, causing them to launch chains made of solid darkness at a target. These chains are fastened to their original shadows, and are as strong as steel. The more chains are generated, the higher this technique's cost. Power Name: Shadow Soldier Rank: C Requirements: Nearby Shadows Description: The user is capable of causing shadows of other people in the area to come to life, physically separating from the bodies and obeying their command. These shadows are half the strength of their owners and have no unique abilities, though they do possess shadow versions of the owner's weaponry. Up to five shadows can be animated this way at a time. Power Name: Shadow Meld Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can submerge themselves into a mass of shadow, seeming to disappear completely. They are not truly present, but are instead inside of the shadow within which they submerged, and methods of detection will not be able to find them. Sadly, they cannot attack in this form, and exiting the Shadow meld takes some time, making it ill-suited for surprise attacks. They can only execute basic melee and ranged attacks until fully exited from the meld. Power Name: Shroud of Darkness Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user causes a massive fog of shadow to form over the surrounding area, obscuring sight. They are capable of seeing through this darkness much more than others, though even they can only see a few feet away from themselves. Absorbing this shadow does not yield as much energy as creating it in the first place cost. Power Name: Dark Flight Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's body is surrounded by a billowing cloud made of shadow. While enveloped, the user can fly through the air at great speeds, leaving a black billowing trail behind them. Power Name: Blindfold Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user creates a clump of darkness in their hand that they can then throw at a target. When the darkness strikes a living being, it will crawl along their body until it reaches their eyes, at which point, it will stick to the victim, effectively rendering them blind. Power Name: Dark Weapons Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user reaches into a shadow and withdraws a weapon of their choice. It has no special abilities, but can be used as a weapon of that type. Ranged weapons will draw from the user's energy to fire projectiles of darkness when shot. Power Name: Shade Whip Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can force a whip made out of darkness to emerge from a shadow. This whip will strike at any targets who approach that particular shadow. Power Name: Corruption Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user places their hand on a target's and feeds their Shadow power into the target. The target will temporarily become more sinister, cruel, and violent. This effect lasts for three posts. Those under the power of this technique will appear to have their eyes blacked out, as if their pupil covered the entire eye. Power Name: Shadow Spike Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can launch short spikes of shadow from any point on their body. These spikes are about as strong as knives, and may be up to six inches in length. Power Name: Dark Thoughts Rank: C Requirements: Deluminate Description: The user can further dim nearby light sources by simultaneously producing additional shadows. Those touched by these shadows will begin to feel depressed and upset. This effect continues the longer an individual is in contact with the shadows. Power Name: Shadow Crown Rank: C Requirements: Darkness Form Description: While using Darkness Form, the user can create a ring of black darkness over their head. While this crown is worn, the user's Shadow powers become more powerful, including Darkness Form itself. Power Name: Shadow State Rank: C Requirements: Shadow Meld Description: The user flattens to the ground and becomes a shadow. While in this state, the user can move much faster and far more safely than before, but cannot use any other abilities until becoming solid again. Power Name: Afraid of the Dark Rank: C Requirements: Shroud of Darkness Description: The user may create additional shapes out of shadow while using Shroud of Darkness. These shapes will change depending on who is looking at them-specifically, the shapes will change into something that will frighten whoever it is looking at it. If the user is also capable of using the Dark Thoughts ability, the fear will be enhanced. Power Name: Shadow Tail Rank: C Requirements: Shadow Extension Description: The user is capable of creating a fifth limb out of darkness, extending from their tailbone. This tail is far longer than the user's arms or legs, and may extend even further to a maximum of twenty feet. The tail is also prehensile, and is strong enough to lift a person off the ground by itself. The user controls the shape of the tail themselves. Power Name: From the Shadows Rank: C Requirements: Shadow Extension Description: The user can launch shadowy arms from nearby shadows, allowing the user to utilize a different angle of attack. These arms are identical to the extensions provided with the Shadow Extension ability. Power Name: Multi-Shadow Bolt Rank: C Requirements: Shadow Bolt Description: The user fires five Shadow Bolts at once. These are just as strong as the original, but will veer to hit their target should it move. These bolts cannot completely turn around, however, and are not capable of making sharp turns. Power Name: Phantom Palms Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can create black floating hands within a remote section of darkness. These hands will mimic the user's movements, but are only half as strong as the user. Power Name: Shadow Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user binds nearby shadows to their body, affording the user a greater degree of protection. The shadows cover the user completely, from head to toe, and is as strong as thick leather. Power Name: Eyes of Night Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can see perfectly in the dark, even in a pitch black environment. At all times, the user's eyesight adjusts itself to make the darkest of areas look bright as day, though the user is still quite capable of detecting shadows. This ability is always active, and requires no additional energy. Power Name: Nocturnal Rank: C Requirements: Shadow Drain Description: As long as the user is in darkness, their Shadow powers are more powerful than normal. Additionally, the user's energy sources will constantly recover, though at a slower rate when compared to Shadow Drain. This ability is always active. Taking this ability carries a side effect; the user's abilities are also weaker when they are immersed in light. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Cluster Darkness Grenade Rank: B Requirements: Darkness Grenade Description: The user creates a grenade that splinters in midair, forming ten grenades that each have the power of the first. Power Name: Darkness Strike Rank: B Requirements: Inner Darkness Description: While utilizing Inner Darkness, the user strikes the ground to emit an outward explosion of darkness energy that has great impact and can send anything caught in the blast flying. Power Name: Shadow Blast Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user creates a missile out of solid shadow that flies toward a target at high speed and explodes on impact with great force. Power Name: Shadow Guardian Rank: B Requirements: Shadow Soldier Description: The user is capable of animating their own shadow, which unlike this technique's predecessor, is the full strength of the user. The shadow is also capable of independent movement and free thought, as well as using the user's powers as if they were their own. The shadow draws from the user's natural energy supply. This does not require any energy to maintain, however. The Shadow can wander great distances from its owner once this is activated. Power Name: Shadow Port Rank: B Requirements: Shadow Meld Description: The user is capable of, while melded with a shadow, moving within the mass of shadow. They are even capable of crossing to shadows in contact with the one they are inside of, allowing them to cover great distances over a very short period of time in the right circumstances. They can also emerge from the Shadow meld much more quickly than normal, but they can still only perform basic melee and ranged attacks until fully exited from the meld. Power Name: Shadow Steal Rank: B Requirements: Evil Path, Shadow Drain Description: The user is capable of ripping the shadow completely from a living target, though this takes some time to achieve so the target has to be unconscious or recently deceased. Completion of this technique will kill the target, but completely restore the user's energy and heal all of their injuries completely. This takes even longer to use on conduits than it does on normal humans. Power Name: Remote Shadow Bolt Rank: B Requirements: Shadow Bolt Description: The user may fire Shadow Bolts and any techniques using Shadow Bolt as a requisite ability from a nearby source of shadow, allowing the user to attack from multiple angles at once. Power Name: Black Wings Rank: B Requirements: Dark Flight Description: The user creates a pair of inky black wings, similar to bat wings, from their shoulder blades. These wings can be used as an impromptu shield, as they are large enough to completely cover the user. When using Dark Flight, however, the user becomes much more maneuverable in the air, as well as faster. Power Name: Light Banishing Rank: B Requirements: Blackout Description: The user creates dozens of the blobs of darkness created with Blackout. These blobs will seek out any source of light (including windows, if light is coming from them), and stretch to cover them completely, removing the light from the area. Power Name: Shadow Blades Rank: B Requirements: Shade Whip Description: The user's whips become razor sharp, capable of cutting through bone. In all other regards, however, this technique is identical to Shade Whip, other than cost, obviously. Power Name: Domain of Darkness Rank: B Requirements: Shroud of Darkness Description: While using the Shroud of Darkness, the user may feed more power into the technique, darkening the area and weakening the powers of Light users in the area. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Shadow Collosus Rank: A Requirements: Shadow Soldier Description: The user is capable of combining various shadows from inanimate objects around the area into a large mass of darkness, which takes on the form of a thirty foot tall hulk of great strength and endurance (Three times that of the user). While it has only half of the user's other attributes, it's sheer size and power make it formidable for opponents to contend with. Power Name: Shadow Split Rank: A Requirements: Shadow Guardian Description: The user can use this ability to, when turning their shadow into a guardian, split it into up to five shadows, evenly dividing their physical abilities in the process. Power Name: Living Shade Rank: A Requirements: Darkness Form Description: The user forces nearby shadow to envelop their body, changing their form to that of a hulking monster. The user controls the exact aesthetics of this technique, but horns, an elongated muzzle, and a tail are usually standard. While maintaining this form, the user's eyes will be entirely black, as if the pupil enveloped the entire eye. The user becomes much stronger and far more durable while maintaining this state. Power Name: Infernal Bolt Rank: A Requirements: Shadow Bolt Description: The user creates a ball of darkness, visualized as a deep red orb with a black center. This orb can be thrown at a target, and upon striking, causes immense destruction to a localized area. Power Name: Dread Darkness Rank: A Requirements: Dark Thoughts Description: The user may create a cloud of darkness so complete it almost seems palpable. Those caught within the darkness will fear tremendous fear. This is even more effective on those who use Light abilities, who could potentially be frozen with fear while within the cloud. Power Name: Demonic Possession Rank: A Requirements: Corruption Description: The user turns their body into shadow and force their way down a victim's throat. While inside a victim, the user can use that individual's body as efficiently as if it were their own, though the actual stats of the body do not change. Normal people cannot resist this ability, but conduits can only be possessed for a single post. All damage suffered during a possession is reflected upon the user. S Ranked Powers Power Name: To Hell Rank: S Requirements: Shade Whip Description: The user extends his shadow over a massive space, the size of a football field. From within that space, massive tendrils of shadow will burst from the ground and will wrap around and constrict every object within the shadow. The tendrils will continue to pull and crush the objects in the area of effect until the entire space is flattened. Power Name: Black as Sin Rank: S Requirements: None Description: All shadows in the surrounding area turn pitch black. The user can force the shadows to spread, creating a dome of pitch black nothingness. This dome is the size of a large stadium. The user can extend the range of the dome by charging it every post-each post extends the diameter by 200 meters. When the user is finished charging, an intensely powerful explosion will detonate within the orb, destroying anything unfortunate enough to be inside. |

Task Master The Task Master is not like most powers- their body and skill are their weapons and the source of their power. They have been blessed with an innate understanding of martial arts and weapons, allowing them to quickly develop skill in any fighting style very quickly, and almost instinctively know how to use any melee or ranged weapon they pick up. They are also very technically skilled in modification to what might otherwise be basic melee and ranged weapons- trick arrows and bombs are right up a task master’s alley. This power set is unique in that the user utilizes their body’s physical energy for a variety of attacks, but several of them are limited to the ammunition they have available. What good is skill in archery without arrows after all? D Ranked Powers Power Name: Boomerang Rank: D Requirements: Thrown Weaponry Description: Utilizing throwing weapons, the user puts a great backspin on their throw, causing the weapon to return to them if it does not hit their mark. This can be useful for a secondary surprise attack, or simply to retrieve a weapon if your attack misses. Power Name: Curved Shot Rank: D Requirements: Ranged Weaponry Description: The user is skilled enough in ranged attack that they actually know how to fire ranged weaponry around corners at a tight angle, allowing for surprise attacks and enabling them to bypass some forms of cover. Power Name: Knee of Justice Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user leaps into the air, extending their knee with great speed and power. This is capable of sending a target flying upon impact, as the attack has great force. Power Name: Ricochet Rank: D Requirements: Ranged Weaponry Description: The user is skilled in the use of ranged weaponry, such that the angle of their shots will continually allow the attacks to ricochet off of inanimate objects in the area and continue moving for up to two rounds of posting. Power Name: Shield Bash Rank: D Requirements: Shield Description: With their shield firmly in hand, the user performs a powerful side swipe, using the flat of the shield as a blunt weapon. This has great impact and can send targets flying, in addition to making them see stars. Power Name: Swing Shot Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has outfitted themselves with a pair of grappling hooks (Either in the gauntlets, or in the form of a grappling gun, depending on their preference). These grappling wires can extend up to twenty feet and clear the distance at a very great rate, allowing them to swing across the city or zipline across gaps. These can also be used to grapple with opponents, which can be useful for pulling them closer or disarming them. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Adhesive Arrow Rank: C Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The user has modified this arrow so that it explodes in a powerful, slimy adhesive that can slow those caught in the blast. Power Name: Cannon Arm Rank: C Requirements: Thrown Weapon Description: The user is capable of throwing weapons with great force, allowing them to fly faster and deal more damage. Power Name: Corrosive Arrow Rank: C Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The next arrow fired from the user's bow has been configured with a small pouch of corrosive acid that will burst and splatter on impact, covering everything within a 5 foot radius of the arrow's impact in the acid, which can burn flesh and clothing. Power Name: Cleave Rank: C Requirements: Bladed Weapon Description: The user slashes their blade with greater force than normal, such that the sharp end digs much more deeply into the target. The sheer force of this technique can let a sword pierce up to an inch through solid stone. Power Name: Crushing Fist Rank: C Requirements: None Description: This is a simple punch, one with greater impact than normal that is capable of sending targets flying at great speed. Power Name: Drill Rank: C Requirements: Bladed Weapon Description: The user performs a stabbing attack with their weapon, the point having greater impact than normal. In fact, the point is capable of piercing through strong armors, even being able to penetrate three inches into solid stone. Power Name: Exploding Arrow Rank: C Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The user has rigged their bow such that the next arrow fired will be laced with an explosive charge. The charge will go off on impact. Power Name: Flex Suit Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user has modified their outer most layer of clothing to be a sleek, form fitting suit that is as flexible as normal clothing, but as durable as heavy armor. This can greatly reduce the impact of several types of attacks. Power Name: Flurry Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user utilizes a series of rapid melee attacks to keep their target on the ropes. These attacks deal less damage than standard melee attacks, but are in such rapid succession that they are more difficult to evade, and their overall damage can still rack up very quickly. Power Name: Rapid Fire Rank: C Requirements: Ranged Weaponry Description: The user fires a rapid barrage of ranged attacks in close succession. This constant stream of ranged attacks forces the target to stay on their toes, and can also rack up damage very quickly in the right situation. More notably, it can be useful to cover a wide area very quickly, limiting the target's evasive options. Power Name: Scattershot Rank: C Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The user fires an arrow, but not just any arrow. This arrow has been configured to split into five arrows in midair, spreading apart to make it cover a wider area. This can make it more difficult to evade, or simply deal more damage to a big enough target. Power Name: Sky Uppercut Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user performs a powerful uppercut capable of knocking their target high into the air. This can create a great opening if the user has the right follow up attack. Power Name: Snipe Rank: C Requirements: Ranged Weaponry Description: The user fires a ranged attack of great precision capable of traveling twice the distance it normally could. Power Name: Sonic Arrow Rank: C Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The next arrow fired from the user's bow has been configured with a sonic bomb in the tip which will emit a painfully loud, high pitched "bang" on impact to disorient and distract those caught in the radius. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Deflection Rank: B Requirements: Melee Weapon Description: With great speed and precision, the user is capable of deflecting unenhanced projectile attacks using their preferred melee weapon. These projectiles will veer harmlessly off to the side.. Power Name: Parry Rank: B Requirements: Melee Weapon Description: A technique meant to give the edge against others in melee combat, this allows the user to perform a powerful, quick circular motion with their melee weapon when it would collide with that of an opponent, knocking the opponent's weapon to the side and creating an opening for a follow up attack. Of course, those who know this technique will not fall prey to it as they are skilled in the art of defending against it, as well. Power Name: Rainstorm Rank: B Requirements: Rapid Shot Description: While the user is in midair, they rapidly unleash a chain of projectiles even more quickly than with Rapid Shot, this time in a 360 degree radius as their body rapidly spins. This can be particularly useful when surrounded. Power Name: Thermal Goggles Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user has modified their eyewear such that it can be used to see on the thermal spectrum, allowing the user to see the world based on heat rather than typical eyesight. This can be useful for tracking concealed opponents, or seeing in an area where sight is otherwise obscured. As an added bonus, this modification also allows the user to have a "zoom" feature on their goggles, allowing an up to ten times zoom on an area without needing the thermal feature active. Power Name: Warp Arrow Rank: B Requirements: Bow and Arrow Description: The user's bow has been configured to use especially high tension with the next shot from it, sending the arrow flying at unusually high velocity for greater damage on top of its impressive speed. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Hell's Sparrow Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The user executes a powerful melee attack directly at the ground, causing it to violently shake and crack apart, as if the area were affected by a small, localized earthquake. While this does not deal much damage directly to opponents, the collateral damage it can cause is capable of creating some true chaos. Insectoid Whereas many powers draw from the strength of the user, the power of insects relies on the strength of the swarm. This, more than any other power, only truly lends most of its power to the user through grotesque physical mutations. However, they are also capable of easily controlling and creating insects that can be used for a variety of purposes. Sadly, it is difficult for these individuals to hide in a crowd since the more they embrace their powers, the more bug-like their appearance becomes. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Hive Mind Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has the ability to mentally link with insects, allowing them to issue commands. Insects linked in this way recognize the user as their leader as if they were the "queen" of their swarm. This cannot be used to command insects commanded by others. Possessing this ability gives the user command of one colony of one hundred bees. Power Name: Web Slinging Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of shooting long lengths of sticky, wirelike web from their mouth and wrists. These each have the tensile strength of reinforced steel cables, allowing them to hold great weights and making them difficult to break, though they are not difficult to cut. This can be useful for tying up enemies, zip-lining around an area, or firing it in large balls of adhesive goo like a bomb to trap targets. Power Name: Scorpion Claws Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's hands have mutated to be more like those of a scorpion. They have retractable pincers in the wrists that can extend up to a foot and have enough power to snap through an iron rod. Note that these are positioned at the top of the wrist, protecting the hand from being crushed within them. Power Name: Scorpion Tail Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's body has mutated such that their spine extends beyond that of a normal human into an elongated tail resembling that of a scorpion. The tail has a one, razor sharp length of bone at the end that can be used to slash or stab things. The tail itself moves very fast. The tip and sharp edge of the blade also secrete a poison that causes the speed and strength attributes of those infected to become lowered very slightly (-1) for three rounds of posting. The poison's effect cannot stack with itself, nor can its duration. Power Name: Stink Bugs Rank: D Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user has command of a breed of bug whose only natural defense is emitting a very foul smell when killed. This smell is more foul than it would be naturally, causing eyes to water and airways to experience a painful burning sensation. Power Name: Wall Crawling Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user has gained the unique insect ability to adhere to walls, allowing them to climb surfaces and hang from ceilings without the need for specialized equipment. This ability does not require any energy to utilize. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Boom Butterflies Rank: C Requirements: Hive mind Description: The user has gained command of 25 butterlfies, which they have modified to act as explosive devices. Each butterfly is capable of sacrificing its own life to detonate with the power of a grenade, causing great damage to those caught in the blast. Power Name: Carapace Armor Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's skin has become a dense outer shell, resmebling that of a cockroach. This thicker skin acts as armor, protecting them against basic melee and projectile attacks greatly, while somewhat reducing their vulnerability to damage from conduit powers. This effect is always active. Power Name: Carapace Wings Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's body has mutated to become more insect-like, with massive bug wings emerging from their back. The precise insect these wings most resemble can vary among users. Regardless their appearance, these allow the user to fly hundreds of feet above the ground for an extended period of time. Power Name: Compound Eyes Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user's eyes have mutated to become more buglike, allowing them to perceive the world differently through their sense of sight. Effects that obscure vision or would inflict temporary blindness will no longer be effective on the user. This effect is always active. Power Name: Engorge (Giant...) Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user emits pheromones from their body that act as a stimulant to their insect minions, causing their bodies to rapidly grow. After one round of posting, the insects will increase in size to that of a small dog (If the insect was already small) or that of a human (If the insect was already large). The insect's strength and endurance increase proportionately. Insects can only be grown in this way once. Power Name: Exoskeleton (Armored...) Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user emits pheronones from their body that act as a stimulant to their insect minions, causing their bodies to rapidly mutate. The bodies of these insects will develop a hard exoskeleton that makes them ten times more resistant to damage than they were before. Insects can only be modified in this way once. Power Name: Fire Ants Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user now commands a colonie of 100 red ants. These have been mutated so that their bites actually cause minor burns. While an individual bite is not that bad, higher numbers can cause some serious burn damage. These bites can also be useful in igniting flammable objects, though the flames will not spread very quickly. Power Name: Lightning Bugs Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user has gained command of 100 small insects they augmented with their own power. These insects naturally give off a small amount of ambient light that can be useful for lighting a dark area. Now, they are also capable of emitting very weak electrical shocks to nearby targets, which can sting. In great numbers, these electrical shocks can be quite painful. Power Name: Mantis Blades Rank: C Requirements: Scorpion Claws Description: The user has developed another insect blade they can extend from their body, this time a three foot long mantis blade from the bottom of their wrist. This blade is as strong as steel and razor sharp, basically making the user's arm function as a sword. Power Name: Proportional Strength Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user channels their insectoid power, which allows them to easily lift things several times larger than their normal size, up to that of a small car. Their strength attribute also triples. Using this ability for an extended period of time can be quite draining. Power Name: Spider Army Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind, Web Slinging Description: The user has gained command of 100 spiders, whose natural abilities are augmented by those of the users. These spiders are capable of spinning web as strong as steel, and at a great speed. Power Name: Spider Sense Rank: C Requirements: Web Slinging Description: Furthering the spider-like mutation they first developed with Web Slinging, the user now has a spider's keen reflexes, having the ability to sense a dangerous attack a fraction of a second before it would hit them. Without sufficient agility, they may not be able to evade, but they can still move to block or take the attack in a more preferable angle. Power Name: Swarm (Ferocious...) Rank: C Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user emits pheromones from their body that stimulate the insects, making them move faster and with greater fury. This effectively doubles the speed of insect minions affected. Insects stimulates in this way can only be affected once. Power Name: Web Wall Rank: C Requirements: Web Slinging Description: The user directs both hands forward and emits a converged burst of web that forms into a wall in front of them. This can be useful for rapidly sealing off an area, or for blocking an attack. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Acid Spit Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user's saliva is highly acidic and, with their concentration, they can make it even more corrosive so that it will painfully burn anything it comes in contact with after it has been expectorated. Power Name: Swarm Host Rank: B Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user's body is mutated such that they can grow small cocoons on their flesh, in which insects form. These can be any type of insect the user commands, and the cocoons themselves take 2 posts after forming to hatch. Each cocoon can produce 25 small insects or one large insect, if the user has command of large insects. Only one cocoon can be generated per post. Power Name: Termites of Terror Rank: B Requirements: Hive Mind Description: The user has gained command of 100 genetically modified termites, whom can gnaw away at more than just wood. Stone and metal are vulnerable to this as well now, and the termites are capable of breaking these materials down much more quickly, with the full colony being able to reduce a car to a pile of shavings in as few as five rounds of posting. A Ranked Powers Power Name: Brood Mother Rank: A Requirements: Swarm Host, Hive Mind Description: The user has gained command of a large bug resembling a queen ant, but the size of a small dog. This insect has the unique ability where it is capable of using Swarm Host and has access to Hive mind as well, allowing it to command insects independently of the user. Brood Mothers can only be produced by Swarm Host when no other Brood Mothers are active, as their natural pheramones will drive them to kill one another. Matter Manipulation Matter manipulation is regarded, among many conduits, to be the most god-like of the known powers in Empire City. The world is their canvas as they can use their powers to re-write matter itself. Elemental transmutation, animation of inanimate objects and even creating holes in space are among its wide variety of uses. Sadly, few of their powers can be used directly on others, but it there is something to be said for what you can do by changing the environment around you. This is also often referred to as the artist’s power, as it can be particularly dangerous in the hands of those with a creative imagination. D Ranked Powers Power Name: Elasticity Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user's body has become more like rubber than flesh and bone, being very flexible and capable of extending. They can extend their limbs or neck up to twenty feet from their body, though the strength of these ligaments decreases as they get longer. The rubbery composition of their body also makes them resilient against basic melee and ranged attacks, but very vulnerable to ice attacks as they make the body brittle and inflexible. This power is always active. Power Name: Particle Absorption Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of siphoning off small portions of an object's mass into themselves and converting it into usable energy, which can also heal them a bit. This can only take a small portion of mass from a given object, which prevents it being used to harm others. Power Name: Phasing Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of passing through solid objects by making the particles in their body temporarily intangible. However, they cannot attack or utilize other non-phasing powers in this state, and any attack that strikes them will deal twice the normal damage as it disrupts the particle manipulation in progress. This can be useful for passing through solid barriers like walls and fences, as well as avoiding serious injuries in exchange for higher levels of damage and pain from attacks. Power Name: Shape Shift Rank: D Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates the particles of their body to change their physical appearance. They must still look humanoid in appearance, but any of their physical appearance traits can be changed. Power Name: Spring Attack Rank: D Requirements: Elasticity Description: The user reshapes the lower half of their body to be like a coiled spring, allowing them to launch themselves high into the air, and at great velocity. Power Name: Wire Manipulation Rank: D Requirements: None Description: By making physical contact with wire, ribbon, string, or any other thread-like material, the user can make it move at a speed comparable to their own. These wires do not possess great strength of their own, in fact possessing the lowest strength value possible. However, using multiples together can still achieve substantive feats of strength, especially if used the right way. Up to ten wires can be manipulated at a time. This cannot be used on wire being manipulated by others. C Ranked Powers Power Name: Animate Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user can make an inanimate object move freely. However, it is limited to moving the way it is designed to move, making it really only useful for things with legs, wheels or other movable parts. Note that it simply has to be a part that looks as if it can move- a statue is more than capable of moving its stone legs as if they were flesh and blood. Up to five objects can be animated at a time. Power Name: Enlarge Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of greatly increasing an object's size or mass, to ten times their normal values. They can use this on a living thing if they have its permission to do so. Strength and Durability increase proportionately when this is used, while agility decreases proportionately. Power Name: Ghosting Rank: C Requirements: Phasing Description: While phasing, the user can use a ranged attack, which will also be capable of phasing. This must only be a standard ranged attack without any further augmentation. They can then exit phasing themselves to make the ranged attack solid again. This can be useful for launching attacks past a barrier too strong to otherwise. Power Name: Hammer Fists Rank: C Requirements: Elasticity Description: The user has become more skilled in manipulating their elastic form, such that they do not lose strength as their limbs extend further from their body. They can now also reshape the ends of these limbs into crude geometric shapes, allowing them to be used as weapons. Sadly, these shapes cannot be sharp, making the skill useful for making blunt weapons such as hammers from their hands. These shapes can be as comically large, up to those of the user's body, though their actual weight is no different than before. Power Name: Flatten Rank: C Requirements: Elasticity Description: The user is capable of flattening an outstretched limb so it can fit inside of narrow spaces, such as the crack under a door. They can even flatten their entire body if they so desire, allowing them to glide through the air like a kite. Power Name: Hard Wire Rank: C Requirements: Wire Manipulation Description: The user's wires have twice the strength they had before, and the user can manipulate up to twenty wires at a time now. Power Name: Harden Rank: C Requirements: None Description: By making physical contact with an object, the user can greatly increase its durability so that it can withstand attacks of great power. The cost of doing so is less for small objects and more for large objects. Power Name: Particle Acceleration Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user makes contact with an object, accelerating the kinetic energy of the particles in the object. This makes it highly volatile, such that it will detonate on impact. This is best used on an object the user plans to throw at a target, though other uses are certainly possible. Power Name: Rollout Rank: C Requirements: Elasticity Description: The user compresses their body into a ball shape, which then proceeds to roll toward a target at high speed. The user has complete control over their motion in this form, letting them steer themselves like a car. They can even bounce their body in this form as a sort of "jump" if the situation demands it. Power Name: Shrink Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user condenses the particles in their body, shrinking down as small as a bug. This can let them get into very small spaces with ease, and their agility is doubled. Their strength and endurance are each reduced to half their normal values in this form. Power Name: Transmute Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user is capable of directing their hand at an object and firing a burst of energy that will completely transform it into a different material. The object will be made entirely out of that material. Note that this must be a real world material and cannot be used on people or objects. Power Name: Wire Shield Rank: C Requirements: Wire Manipulation Description: The user manipulates wire to rapidly weave itself into a shield, which can be used to block attacks. This is limited to the durability of the wire, of course, but the combined physical strength of the wire can be used to countermand this greatly, reducing the impact of an attack if nothing else. Power Name: Wormhole Creation Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user manipulates particles in the air to open a portal through space and time, creating another portal that is connected to the first. These portals take some time to appear, especially if the user wants to create a larger one. They remain opened for one full round of posting after creation. The user can create the first portal anywhere within twenty feet of themselves, and they must know where the second portal is going to appear. Up to five portals can be opened at a time. B Ranked Powers Power Name: Pinball Attack Rank: B Requirements: Rollout Description: In their ball form, the user bounces against surfaces in the area, gathering more speed with each impact. They can intentionally influence the trajectory of each bounce to aim in a specific direction, turning themselves into a wrecking ball that can mow down enemies with ease. The longer this ability is utilized, the more powerful it becomes, but the more costly it is to maintain. Power Name: Regeneration Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user can remotely manipulate an object so that it will regenerate damage dealt to it by replicating the particles remaining, allowing it to fully reform. This is a relatively slow process, but it can fully restore something that is half destroyed completely after three rounds of posting, provided nothing is adding to the damage.
