(I'm taking a gamble on this being the right place to post this - mods, feel free to move it if I'm wrong) Cor, how good was that? Very, I would say. I'd forgotten that Stephen Graham was in it - for some reason, I thought I'd never seen him prior to his amazing turn in Shane Meadows's This Is England - but there he was, and he was excellent. I also listened to the commentary for the first time and was pleased to hear that Chris was on throughout, as opposed to the 'drop-in' I'd assumed. Chris's descriptions of working with the disabled actors gave me a real warm glow and it was nice to hear a mention of Celebrity Pig in there too. Minor point - I seem to remember that the song over the end credits was 'Sit Down' by James when this was broadcast, but on the DVD it's been changed to something that sounds less expensive. Am I right? |

Yes, you're right - it's to do with performance royalties they would have to pay to the artist . That kind of thing happens all the time on DVDs. I was really quite peeved when I realised that on the DVD they'd replaced the thumping bit of Interpol on the end credits of Primeval with the rather generic title tune. That kind of thing can ruin my entire day :ermm: |
