I had to laugh at the "in joke" since Christopher did play the King of Denmark long before David did!

IMDb has him down in an April 27th, 2009 episode??? Anyone know anything about this? I miss seeing him on screen.

I presume it's a back story of Claude entitled "The Invisible Thread" - that's what I hope it is (fingers and everything crossed!)

The best way to find out is to watch it, at the worst I waste an hour of life watching Sylar. :rof:

Move over, undine. And pass the crisps. Let's suffer and waste an hour watching Sylar together. Oh the things we go through for Chris. :rof:

Sci Fi News is also claiming Chris will be back on Heroes for the season finale:

"According to the cast list for this season’s finale of Heroes, Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who / 28 Days Later) will be returning to reprise his role as Claude the Invisible Man.

42 episodes have passed since he last appeared in the series in 2007.

I haven’t seen an official announcement confirming this, although I don’t think we need one - the title of the episode says it all: ’An Invisible Thread‘.

The finale airs 27 April 2009."

I really hope it's true and that he might be back for more episodes next season (assuming the show gets picked up for another season).

Yes. It's on shaky ground right now, so maybe bringing him back is a way to bring closure. I hope they do renew it. Sigh... they don't renew this show, but we get... more Gossip Girl? NOooooooooooooo... vapid crap.

Still, if not, they may as well go out on a high note...

I hate the way Heroes has plummeted from pretty good to feckin' ridiculous. I honestly don't know why I'm still watching it. If Chris was going to come back to it he should have done it whilst it was still any good. ^o)

I have to agree. And I'm agreeing sadly because the alternatives out there are... pathetic... except for maybe Life on Mars... I never got to see it with John Simms yet.. though they're starting to air that, but the American version is pretty good and, OMG, I almost fell off my chair seeing Michael Imperioli in full blown 70's "Three Dog Night" personna. He was the character I liked most on The Sopranos and he has transformed to fit into this series so flawlessly... he has earned even more respect for his acting now. And I do like Harvey Keitel.

They're dropping Life on Mars USA aren't they? I heard it had been cancelled and wasn't getting a second series. Ashes to Ashes series 2 is coming out soon :D I do love Gene Hunt!!

Yes... LIfe on Mars is gone. Why do they keep crappy shows like Gossip Bimbo and Desperate Housesluts and Dancing with the Hasbeens? Life on Mars was truly innovative and interesting and... ah... I guess that was the problem, was it? Sheesh... I give up.

Jon Simm's version is amazing! I hope you enjoy it! It's one of my favourites along side Dr Who!

How long did the series run over there? I take it the British TV bigwigs were smarter than those in the US? I don't understand how CRAP TV stays on and on and on and the good stuff almost always gets canned. It's... mind boggling. I will give them credit for keeping The Big Bang Theory on the air. Phew... at least there's that.

There was two series in the end but then at the end of the third Jon Simm decided to leave, so they wrote Ashes to Ashes. It's set in the 80s and stars Keeley Hawes (matthew macfadyen's wife). Hopefully the second series will be good!!

Awwww.... I love The Big Bang Theory! :rof: Those nerds are hilarious.

Never caught Life on Mars, but maybe that's a good thing since it has been canceled. I hate getting hooked on a show only to have it get canceled before the storylines get wrapped up properly (Gilmore Girls, Pushing Daisies, Veronica Mars, etc.) ^o)
