How Fit Do You Think You Are?

Have you ever been running, or playing sport, and thought how unfit you felt? I know I have. It may just have been an off day, but we all think we know how fit you are. My question is simple: according to you, without any professional help, how fit do you think you are and why? Give yourself a rating of 1-10, with reasons.

Personally, I'd give myself a 6. I can keep going for a while and can run for quite a distance without giving up. I don't regularly train or anything (though I am often active). I couldn't run for a very long time, but I think I am moderately fit.

I think I rate about a 7, I play soccer and run a lot. I do not have a lot of arm muscle but I do have a lot of leg muscle. I can run for along time I just can't lift a lot weight.

Good luck with that. :)

Personally, I do not really care how fit I am. Of course, I don't want to be overweight and I want to be of an average fitness, but I don't spend time working on it.

I think they only way to stay fit is to work at it. I need to get stronger arm muscles for bowling.

Yes, if you don't work at it, you won't get fitter. However, I think that just leading an active lifestyle will maintain an adequate level of fitness.

I'm not willing to rate myself, however, I think I'm pretty healthy. I'm active, and I maintain a good diet.
