Grosjean to beat Blake - Balke has never beaten Sen in 3 or 4 matches, and Seb seems to be doign ok. Blake usually screws up abotu now so it's a cert! :ok: And I love Girjean so please win! Hewitt v Baghi - love em both but I just have a feeling that Hewitt is due a good run and it's his home turf. Baghi might have abad day and with all the controversy abotu hi anti Turkish comments, there could be trouble and thsi will put him off  It's a tough call but I'm going with an instinct. Possible - Now - Cilic v Gonzalez - I really rate thsi Cilic, I am 50 - 50 on this cos I am not surewhat form Gonzo is in and they have nver met. Havign seen none o ftheir macthes I can't wrk out hwo their games will match up. My feeling is that Gonzo's experince will be telling but it will eb a close match. Ferrero v Nalby - well Ferrero won thei rlast 2 meetings, maybe .... Womens Have thsi feeling abotu Makarova v Petrova  Radwanska v Kuzzy - will be 3 sets but tough to call. I think Kuzzy though but worth a punt. This Lichsi ? girl v Wozniacki - she came through all those qualies and knocked Safina out, but has she run out of gas? In the prediction comp I did nto go for these upsets except Hewitt and Gorsjean as you have to play soem percentages!

now for today's picks:
some great looking matches today:
1) youzhny to beat davydonkey. good chance imo.
2) makarova to beat petrova. (carried over from yesterday)
3) tsonga to beat gasquet. not confident on this as richard plays his best stuff against fellow frenchmen but there's not doubting that jo-wilfried's star in rising.
now for the mad punts:
4) mathieu to beat nadal. i'm not convinced that rafa is fully fit and in form. mathieu is the kind of player who could expose that.
5) dellacqua to beat jj. win or lose it's been casey's tournament. who knows what she's capable of in front of a baying home crowd?
6) spadea to beat ferrer. old vince can play and david does throw in a few. probably won't happen but it keeps drawing my eye.

Out of your picks Flame there is one I feel which is never going to happen: Spadea beating Ferrer! That would surprise me quite a bit to say the least.
I also expect Davydenko to beat Youshny....if he hasn't bet against himself! But Youshny has certainly a good chance in that match!

If he hasn't bet against himself!
I agree on both.
The upset I am calling most likely is Tsonga to beat Gasquet .
I haven't a clue what will happen, but Tsonga is buildign confidence and has beaten Gasquet before. Gasquet can fold. It's hard as I haven't sen Gasquet play yet to judge his form. I won't see him tomorrow either as the BBC is showing Nadal again - whoopie- do!
There is a possibility of Youzhny beatign Davy but he has never done it before and Davy seems to be coasting along without drama so far. I liek Youzhny's form and chances though, but Davy hasn't shown any signs of beign out fo form yet adn he is among the most consistent men on the tour.
I don't see an upset on the women's really except if Serena has a slow start and Vaidisova takes advantage. She is still onyl 18 I think and will get better, but will ti happen tomorrow?
I think Jankovic will in in 2 but I coudl be wrong.

fair play to hewitt surviving an awful choke. i thought some of john lloyd's commentary (to the effect that baggy's behaviour should cost him the respect of the locker room) was bang out of order and completely inappropriate.
but what a miracle match, esp the 4th set. 1-5 to 7-6. amazing.

I think it's all going to be about the men's upsets tomorrow, i cant se the top women being upsurped. I mean if JJ has another shaky match, things could get tight, but she's too deep in the tourney now to play a bad match against the huge underdog. Could still be a good match though if Casey digs deep, but she wont get the game mental gifts that she got off Mauresmo that's for sure.
Even if Serena isnt at her best at Slam level, she'll still be able to out-compete Vaidisova and lets face it Serena is mentally poles apart from the Czech. It'll be a tight two-setter but no upset IMO.
Youznhy must feel pretty confident going into the Dabydenko matchup, but despite his superlative play of late, can he sustain his game long enough to beat Davydenko? I can hardly see him winning in straights and if it goes into a long fourth of fith set, i'll always favour the consistency and unflappable nature of the Russian in those long matches. Will be intresting though no doubt.
Tsonga vs Gasquet looks like the most likely upset IMO, but to be fair Gasquet has played awfullly well to reach the last 16, not trouble at all. It's the battle of the shot-makers. I feel Tsonga has the heavier ball and serve to expose Gasquet's slightly defensive game, but then again Gasquet has heaps more experience at this level, and did win their last GS match at Wimby last year. Gasquet in four me thinks.
One match i'm intrested is Henin vs Hsieh of Taiwan. She's a total unknown, a qualifier but has had some great scalps already going into this match-up. Beat zapokolova, Bammer( 6-2 6-0 ) and Rezai. I saw a little of her match against Rezai and she was hitting the ball very cleanly and had a wonderful forehand. This match will probably come to nothing but you never know
