Now... what will MILESTONES be? Well, if you read the subtitle, it gives you a vague idea.  It'll basically be very similar to a yearbook. The only difference is instead of basing it on school memories, this will be made focused on the highlighted Celine moments (events), as well as, fan experiences and memories of the Taking Chances World Tour. And so, why start a thread? I'm hoping to get some of the wonderful people here to be part of this book.  The book will be printed high quality, with full-colour pages (approximately 80-100 pages), finished with a hardcover (casewrap) and will be 6x9 in size (the size of a regular novel). I'm looking for somewhere around 50 fans to contribute to the book in order to get it up and running, otherwise there'll be nothing to put into the book. The project itself will take several months to complete. After collecting all of the fan stuff, I'll still need to make each individual page, as well as, completing the other Celine pages. After completing all of the pages, I'll need to send an order into the printing company to get it printed and then have the orders sent to me, which can take up to 30 business days, apparently.  The MILESTONES book will be distributed throughout Canada and the United States. All pre-orders must be submitted before March 2009. Each copy will be shipped to the buyers during the summer months (June-August 2009). The book itself will cost around $35 - $40 (shipping not included) for those who wish to purchase a copy.  Despite product distribution in the selected areas, all fans who contribute to the book will be given the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book, regardless of location. (Note: You do not have to purchase the book to be part of the project.)If you're interested in contributing to the book, please send me a PM or an e-mail to milestones2008@celinedioncanada.com with the following information. 01. Photo of your city/town (or country - Please try to make it high resolution, at least 800x600 if possible). 04. Location (City, Country) 05. Age (Optional) 06. Favourite Celine song, and why. (Must be no longer than 3-4 sentences. Keep it short, simple, and to-the-point.) 07. What drew you to Celine, and how. (Must be no longer than 3-4 sentences. Keep it short, simple, and to-the-point.) 08. Your (Taking Chances) World Tour experience/memory. (Must be at least a paragraph, 5-6 sentences in length.) 09. Date and country of which you saw Celine. 10. Your favourite Celine photos (around 3-5 photos). To give you all an idea of what each fan page will look like, I've made a sample template to show everyone. It is not yet complete, but it is the most complete one so far.
