Ascension is moving right along, with Episode Four having been posted a couple minutes ago. Episode Four was in on time, but had to wait to actually be posted until it could be properly reviewed. I hope everyone's enjoying Ascension's Revision, since it kicks so much more ass this time around. Your comments are greatly appreciated! Also, for those that haven't noticed, there should be two more skins available in the Skin Selector. The Ascension team is working hard to make each episode as good as it can be, so we are having weekly meetings and a brand-new revision process so you get the best ideas combined into one, wholly awesome product. You'll like it. And if you are thinking that "Aw man, now we have to wait another year for the story to progress!" well, you'd be wrong! Zenethus is implementing an update schedule to keep us on track. Every three days, then, there will be a brand-new, revised episode of Ascension. Usually I don’t even get that far, so it was an improvement I suppose heh. Second, well, I was awakened about 20 minutes ago by my mother who apparently had even more bad news. Apparently earlier today my father was killed in a car wreck by someone who decided to run a stop sign. Now, it should first be noted that I loathed the son of a bitch. However, I was surprised by the mixed emotions that seemed to rush over me upon being told this. All the exact details and stuff still have yet to be determined, and I really don't feel like talking about it right now… For those that don’t know, for the past year or so I’ve been seeing the number 444 on a regular basis. I always liked to think of it as a good sign, because I’ve always known that it’s not just my imagination, that it actually means something. Now, the past week or so, I started seeing 444 much more frequently, and I just knew something was gonna happen, but I had no idea what. Low and behold guess what happens today? Heh, you know what even funnier, my birthday is tomorrow, which is on October 4th. I know this is more than just “coincidence” regardless of whatever else anyone tells me and/or believes. As much as I really dislike doing this to you guys again, I feel like I should take a couple days of leave again. No, I’m not gonna be gone for a month again, just a few days. So I’d appreciate if we could bump up the Ascension Schedule by about 2-3 days here. Hopefully everyone can understand here, because honestly, I’m really not sure I do. I really don’t understand why this wave of utter bullshit seems to be crashing over me of late. It just seems to be more bad news after bad news, and I’m getting fucking sick of it. Hell, I planned to be god damn moved out and everything by last summer, but every time I try to get things moving, shit like this keeps happening. You know what, I really should just go before I really piss myself off, so I’ll cya in a few days… I really do hope you guys can understand here, and can give me a few days. Uh... we aren't exactly going to bump up the Ascension schedule, but you don't need to submit your writing of Episode 1 in on Sunday. I'll take care of that one, and we'll go from there. We had our meeting and we posted up the notes for you to read (sorry about its randomness, I'll organize the sequence of notes better next time) whenever you get back. I would say "take as long as you want", but if you could get back Sunday/Monday, that would be great. I know your situation sucks and all, but we'd really like you to come back the moment you are ready. But, of course, your birthday is a perfect day to have off Hope to see you back soon, man.
