Lemme see if I can figure this freakin News Box thingy out. Okay! Ascension is moving right along, with Episode Four having been posted a couple minutes ago. Episode Four was in on time, but had to wait to actually be posted until it could be properly reviewed. I hope everyone's enjoying Ascension's Revision, since it kicks so much more ass this time around. Your comments are greatly appreciated!

Also, for those that haven't noticed, there should be two more skins available in the Skin Selector. We weren't fully able to get the Blue one to entirely work, but have fun with that nonetheless.

Ascension will now be rewritten for consistency and overall quality. The Ascension team is working hard to make each episode as good as it can be, so we are having weekly meetings and a brand-new revision process so you get the best ideas combined into one, wholly awesome product. You'll like it. And if you are thinking that "Aw man, now we have to wait another year for the story to progress!" well, you'd be wrong! Zenethus is implementing an update schedule to keep us on track. Every three days, then, there will be a brand-new, revised episode of Ascension. We hope you'll like it.

Lord Awesome Posts: 148 Group: Administrators Member #1 Joined: Feb 9, 2008 Gender Male	All right, all right, for all you people who read SSQ (which should be everyone because it's so awesome!), you can clearly see that this fight in Episodes 19 and 20 are totally climactic. I mean, Episode 20 was called "Clash of Gods". What's more climactic than that? Is it the end? Of course not, but this marks almost the end of this first story arc in SSQ. First out of... at least seven, but the counts vary wildly from 7, 8, 9, and somehow... 12. In any case, that just means you have much more awesomeness to go through before it's over (and even then, that's just season one) I've been meaning to post a news topic saying this: I will be writing Episodes 21, 22, and 23 to finish the current story arc and set the next one in motion. And clearly, it's pretty belated news considering I just finished them all today. Which means tommorow (or late tonight, when Suke finishes reading 21), you will get the SSQ update for the century, because I'm going to post all three of them simultaneously! That means that--in total--you get 22,000 words to read. For comparative purposes, the first five chapters of my book--all of its current draft, essentially--is only 20,000 words, so this SSQ update is nothing short of epic. Either that, or it is physically impossible for me to write a short episode any longer. In other solidly epic news, SSQ... is no longer called SSQ. We decided that "Soul Stone Quest" doesn't scream awesomeness. So, that's why SSQ will now be known as Ascension. You know, because everyone wants to find the Soul Stones and ascend into godhood. Hence the title, Ascension. Tonight I'm going to start the process of switching names, so pretty soon you'll get to see that name change in its full glory. Don't worry, then, when you can no longer find SSQ on the board and instead find this "Ascension" thing, lol. One last thing: now that I've essentially written Ascension episodes that surpass the entire length of my book, I'm taking two weeks off (at least) to continue work on Zelia, which I haven't done since early June. After watching The Dark Knight, it totally put me in the mood for writing it, so I'm going to focus on that for a while. Besides, you get three episodes in a row. I deserve a vacation for a bit. Of course, by the time said vacation is finished, I will need to be packing up my stuff to leave for college on August 27th. This may involve the packing up of my computer a week beforehand because I need to move the desk it is sitting on into my storage unit all before I leave (including... uh, every other belonging I have. I have a lot to do before I leave). Luckily for you, when I'm college... I will be free from Shiro for all eternity. Dialup, you will rot in the eternal hells with your favored demon, Shiro. May you never come back! (Plus, Zen, that will mean I would be on Ventrilo all the time.) EDIT: I forgot one key change brought to Ascension by Zen (notice how I am saying Ascension and not SSQ. If you say it enough times, it becomes far more cool). The element names and the Soul Essences have changed. Go click on my Master Magic List, which has all the updated magics, or Zen's natural magic list to find the new names. Tonight I will also edit all of my episodes to correspond with this change.
