I was hired a to take topographic pictures in Danao, Bohol last august 3 for the proposed dam and 5.6MW hydroelectric plant. Danao is known for its famous zip line, maybe the longest in the Philippines, kayaking, extreme caving and bungee jumping. Yet, areas in Danao are rebel-infested. the whole scenery and we have to climb the mountain in the middle. from my point of view is 140m elevation and 80 degrees average inclination (GPS reading).

before reaching the peak across, you have to walk across this kind of ladder and jump among those huge rocks. the whole scenery from the across peak. ![]()

since i don’t have yet a wide angle lens, so i made panoramic views of my riverscape. the rocks are about 8 meters tall (as tall as your two-storey house), especially in the downstream portion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
