Defying Boundaries at Mantayupan, Campangga
The 3 day vacation, as I’ve said in my fb, is going to be insane! We decided to tour the whole Southern Cebu and first on our list is the Mantayupan Falls. It is situated in Baranggay Campangga, Barili and is considered as one of the TALLEST water falls in Cebu. Only a few have discovered the beauty of Mantayupan as it remains very natural and well-preserved. Around 70km away from the city and the road going there has a lot of nice places to shoot (st catherine of alexandria, carcar museums shamrock hehe etc) so be sure to stop on each site. Entrance at Mantayupan is just 10bucks, you can bring food go fishing and chill at the area. :D

pardon for the 1st pic since i want to share the rock formation in its full grandeur. cheers and thanks for looking!

@wedge thanks sir ^_^

(long before.. the water in mantayupan flows through these rocks, its amazing how time changed that..)

(if you notice the rock formation at the right part there are small stairs carved going up to small caves. Its said that minute humans were living there, creepy. In real life the walls are already grainy its the true texture..)

Stunning Sunset Awaits at Moalboal

The second stop of our tour is located at Basdako,Moalboal. Defined as the Diving Paradise of Cebu it is bounded on the North of the Municipality of Alcantara, roughly around 135km away from the city. We went there to relax, enjoy the sand and see the grand sunset it is also famous of. “Lingaw kaayo” means so much fun” and the group definitely had a blast along with the good food and swabe drinks!

“Legend states that a Spaniard was walking around the place and met a town folk near a bubbling underground spring. The Spaniard asked the folk in Spanish as to the name of the place. The folk unable to perceive the Spanish language answered “bocal bocal” for he discerned that the Spaniard was asking about the bubbling spring. Bocal-bocal was a tongue twister to the Spaniard hence Moalboal.”

Costa de Leticia, hidden Paradise of Malabuyoc,Alegria
The third stop of our “Lingaw Trip” is at Malabuyoc, Alegria. It is situated 126 kms southwest of Cebu City and another 30-40mins drive away from Moalboal. After hitting the beach at Basdako we went straight to Costa de Leticia Resort. Now, I never have thought there’s a beautiful resort at that place because all we can see are old houses, old churches and it really is a province already.

Well I didn’t have a chance to take snaps that night since we spent most of the evening/morning downing punyeta again niyahaha. The group enjoyed the “chat” in a small hut beside an eternity pool which you’ll see in the pictures. I woke up early despite of the serious hangover to take morning snaps of this resort. Before the sun rises behind the mountains it was a site I won’t forget. I highly recommend Costa de Leticia Resort if ever you go to Malabuyoc, truly a hidden paradise in the south.

COSTA de LETICIA

Just before the sun rises, at the upper left corner of the pic, behind those mountains. The "chat" hut at the right and the pristine eternity pool. Luckily no one fell during the session niyahaha

"Walk with Me" series focuses on the fine bamboo flooring from the house going to the eternity pool. I really like the way it was curved and layed out so i took snaps of it. Somewhat Zenish and draws my eyes to look from start to the end..
