This is a recent item I have found, very elusive as there were only 5000 labels printed.

Over a 17 year period with probably the most of them used during the first 6 to 9 months
of the Second World War. Because I only collected from 1937 to 1954 in the early days
of DLO collecting I do not recall seeing any from the early period.

Another interesting item on this cover is the District Director of Postal Services, NOV 16 1939
TORONTO, ONT. circle handstamp with m/s initials. This could possibly be DLO handstamp without
the DLO in it or just similar to the DLO handstamp.

Will try to post a cover every few days, if anyone else has an item with description we have had
positive responses from others items.
