But one thing that always remains the same is a pair of themal/EMV/Nightvision goggles. Biography:Not much to say Torque Reikan joined the NSA at the age of 20 and didn't get his 1st field mission till age 25. Torque reikan is a stealth operative who masters in high tech espionage.
