Of course! It is related to a game company (Paradox Interactive), which logo is that one. Originally, as explained by Tom Hagen in an article, the party was founded by players coming from a forum related to the company, they created this party to know they were coming from there. As the party became more serious, its goals are now of course Canada-broad, and centered about paradoxia, the one of French/English, of Old/Young, etc. The party attempted once to change its name in order to change the origin of that, but I think you know what happened then.

Oh, I think that each party has its reason to boast about :)! Be it the noblety of their purposes, the people that compose the party, the base of the party, its creation, etc.

I'm proud to be CPP (even if that's not because of the game company I chose it, in fact I didn't even knew there was a game company related when I decided to join :P!), but I'm even more proud to see the beautiful parties (as are the CSD and DAL, to name only these) that compose eCanada. And to see that we all work for the benefits of our country :)!
