Administrator Posts: 117 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Mar 28, 2008	OK my favorite pastime activity is chess. It is fun and challenging, and is great with friends. My friends and I play everyday at our school club that we started, except it is too small to be considered an official club =P. We usually play bughouse (tag team chess) or have tutoring sessions. I usually give tutoring sessions for weaker players to improve (I am not that good myself lol). Anyone else here play chess? If so, post and let's play sometime. You can't simply memorize things and there is no formulas that will help. After all, there are 10 to the 120 power possible ways a chess game can turn out. Too many calculations for most humans.

I'm too impulsive and I move before I think about the consequence. I admire you for your patience...when it comes to chess

I'm in choir and I can manage to be still but if there's a performance that's just amazing, then I will start clapping (we're not allowed to clap until the end).

When I was little there was a board games club at my school, and me and three other kids would go there all the time to play. I haven't played in a really long time, though, since I can rarely find an opponent. I sometimes play against my mom's MAC, but it kicks my butt every time. I guess I'm not as patient as I used to be.

Especially with a clock... every second passing you know you are one second closer to losing the game... doesn't help writing notation is a pain... anyways I am currently playing a lot of turn based chess, where you have up to three days to make a move on chess.com. Since I signed up as a greeter, I am playing about 90 tutoring games to new members >_<.
