Thanks for the reminder about Counterpart. I had seen the promos and wanted to catch it but forgot.

My pet peeve (not related to the show itself) is that it is still a sausage fest. You have two significant female characters in the first episode, one of whom is unconscious and on a ventilator. The other is simply a male character being portrayed by a woman (the assassin). I may be wrong but honestly, I am beyond tired of shows where the cast is all male except for some token female or 'female' characters. I use the quotes for characters that I strongly suspect are cast with a woman but the role is essentially a male or a male acting role. A quick check of the Wiki entry about the show identifies 4 female characters out of 14.

That said, the first episode was interesting enough that I plan to continue watching. It's an interesting concept. And J.K Simmons is a favorite of mine. I think the show--and Simmons-- handle the dual roles well, with respect to shooting, actually being two separate characters.

9-1-1 after three... I will watch the rest of the season. It's fun, but strains credibility in all of the 'unusual' incidents our firefighters see with great regularity... they do not live in a mundane world of standard calls... no, every call they respond to is Really Weird.

The "Flying Bounce house" was scary, awesome!!

911, pretty lame..may watch some later but a lot of new shows coming.

Watched one of the Versace murder show, better than I expected.

One Alienist, I will wait do not care for shows from that period of time but it seems OK.

Flying bounce house... yeah, any opening scene - or any scene containing strangers... it’s like a Six Feet Under opening scene - what’s going to happen? Who’s going to (almost) die and how?... watching closely for clues like the set-up in a Final Destination scenario...

Mosaic on HBO is good. It's cool to see Jennifer Ferrin all these years later, as she was one of my favorites on As the World Turns. And they're calling it a mini-series, so you don't have to wait for weeks to find out who-dun-it.

The previews for Counterpart caught my attention but I don't have that channel.

I enjoyed the first episode of The Alienist. I'll watch more of that one.

Recording Mosaic... sounds great. Kinda snuck up on me... knew it was coming, but not that it was this week, until reading something on Monday and going ‘oh’.

I liked Ferrin on ATWT a lot, too.
