I liked this show a lot, like the cast. Though Selleck looks like he has shoe polish in his hair, they need to let it be a bit grayer. I like the Walhberg character a lot, you could have a show just about him and it would be plenty. I think this is the best of the new shows, though I want to give the Event a few more weeks.

I liked it too Krystal. Enough to give it a couple more epi's. That Tom....he's aged really well ... more gray would only make him look better :)

It was OK. Nothing to write home about, I thought.

well this last episode sorta bored me. Found myself FFing through some it. Could have been the mood I was in but I hope the next one is better. Felt like I was watching one of the many cop shows that are on.

We are watching and have enjoyed most of the shows. I was glad that Tom kicked that reporter bitch to the curb. I tried to warn him in the first show, but he couldn't hear me over her boobs. :bunny:

I like it a lot now :)
I'm actually bored with it so that's good news for you Shelle because it shouldn't fall subject to the Gatekeeper curse.

I like the main cop a lot, Danny (?).

I like the idea of whoel family being the police or law. I couldn't stand the reporter with Magnum, so I'm happy now. I'm an eppy behind so I hope they won't get back together anytime soon.

Also, I agree that TS needs his hair grayer. He can pull the gray hair.

I like the cases and I like the family dynamics, not too keen on the secret society plot.

TO sum it up, a decent show. Not the best I've ever seen but I prefer it to Nikita, for example.

I like the detective son the best too, and the family dynamics are good. The secret society does not do it for me either.

Decent show, but I'm not liking it as much as I thought I might. I have considered letting it go, but haven't quite gotten there...

We watched a number of these last week as the kids had not seen them and it was hard to find a show we could all agree on. It is fine, not great. I like the etective son's sl the best. Selleck is really kind of ho hum in this one, and I don't care for the daughter who is the atty much.
And what's with her wird kid that looks like a boy?

The show is just 'eh' for me. I watch it in blocks when I have time for it but I wouldn't be devastated if I never saw it again. I like the brother detective and his partner the best.

Me too, but at least everyone agreed to watch. I thought the fall line up looked good but really ended up just liking the Event and Walking Dead to really keep.

I don't know who you mean by this... the lady attorney doesn't have kids...

This show is just okay (after what looked to be a promising start). I'm still watching it, and will probably stick with it through Season 1, but I highly doubt I'll watch a second season...

The daughter who works for the prosectors (or defense) office is supposedly divorced and has this kid who is about 14 or 16 maybe, she looks like a boy. Dark short hair.

Oh, right. Now I know who you mean.

Yeah, she does look boy-ish.

(Not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that...)

She cut her hair few eppys back, I don't remember why.

I think the deal is supposed to be that they had a terrible divorce and the kid is in between, sort of. Loving them both, maybe not knowing that Dad is a jerk. Also, she has announced recently she wanted to be a cop.

I really like the show (aka Danny) a lot. Seeing and hearing (I adore her voice) Jennifer Esposito doesn't hurt either. The crime plots themselves are good, maybe not too original, but I get easily hooked on them. Like the family together, not a fan of the secret society crap.

Yea, I get that she is troubled. The mom is kind of wooden, not very interesting. Selleck's role is not really wonderful either. For sure, Danny makes the show.

A few familiar faces on the most recent (15th) episode... two from Oz - Otto Sanchez (Guerra) as the guy that was killed before he could talk, and Mark Margolis (Nappa) as the dying old bad guy that ordered the hit... and two from Guiding Light - E.J. Bonilla (Rafe) as the kid running away from the garage and (going way back to '94, but hey) Margolis (he was a guy Alan was in jail with... tried to blow up Alan-Michael, kidnapped Tangie...).

Margolis was recently totally terrifying as Tio on Breaking Bad (Ding! Ding!).

Do you think they are finished with the Templars now?

Yeah, that's all done. Simmered on the back burner (or only in 2-3 minute Jamie scenes) all season, brought up in the second-to-last as if almost an afterthought, resolved in the lackluster finale (Selleck was pretty cool when confronting the bad guys, but the dialogue was very silly).

It's so silly. CBS is demanding that this be 'MORE procedural', but it's SO procedural now... http://www.deadline.com/2011/04/more-turmoil-blue-bloods-creators-exit/

I'm not going to watch Season 2. I like the cast and thought the early episodes showed a lot of promise, but it's too by-the-numbers for me. It's nice to see a multi-generational family get together for dinners (and work in different divisions of law enforcement), but there's nothing here that I need to see more of.

Glad, the Templars are over.

I'm on the fence.

I really liek Danny, super like. I like Jackie, too. But I'm not into it as much as I was at the beginning.

It has been one of those, watch if nothing else available shows for me, so I may watch Season 2 or not depending on what else starts up next year. Danny is the only one I like.
