Anyone watching this brilliant show?

I swear it's the funniest thing on TV now.

I admit, I don't watch too many sitcoms, just HIMYM and Big Bang, if you don't count Glee, but still. I doubt anything can be better than Ted.

I love it (haven't seen either of last night's shows yet).

Perfect cast, good stories, lots of funny stuff...

Very glad we got 26 episodes of this, and while I'd have been happy with more (it won't happen), I'm good with this being one of those little shows that very few saw, but... those of us who did will be recommending it to people in the years to come - the dvds WILL have a fair after-life success, I think...

If you liked this, try to pick up the dvds of Andy Richter Controls The Universe, from the same creator (and also with Jonathan Slavin, who is Phil on Ted...). I liked that show when it aired, but I'm pretty sure I didn't see all of it (and/or they left the air with a balance of unaired episodes...).

Dax, is it official?

The end of this awesome series? :(

It's breaking my heart. I need to see much more of Veronica and Ted. Veronica is the best character on sitcome ever - for me.

BTW I also watch Cougar town, so now I can say that my opinion is super valuable and unbiased :)

It's not official, no, but you'd be very unwise to hold your breath for a third season. It is really very low-rated, and the quickie burn-off is not a good sign of health (though it's great for us, two-a-night is totally fun). I'd love to see ABC slide it in their Wednesday line-up and try to turn it into a success, but... I don't see it happening. Scrubs and Ted are only around to fill space between DWTS seasons.

Cougar Town got its order bumped up by 2 to 24 this year... they like it. I didn't, but I'll watch last night's to see the Kudrow/Cox reunion.

Meanwhile, I'm nervous about the possibility of an Obama State of the Union address on 2/2, bumping the Lost premiere.

As much as I like CC, I'd rather have another season of Ted than Cougar aTown. CT is good, but Ted is brilliant. I like CT and I enjoy each eppy, but I can live without it. I don't feel like I can make it without Ted - not fair.

They robbed me off Pushing Daisies, Veronica Mars and who knows what else I don't remember anymore.

I'd love for this package to be on the dvd, but I doubt it will. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh7Nz4bIwss

OR, a re-edited episode WITH a lot of the filthy stuff incorporated...

Too bad it didn't make it.

The unaired two episodes have aired in Australia now, so they're probably findable somewhere out there...

And they're legally viewable via either itunes or if you get streaming netflix...

I'll wait for a dvd (unless one never comes along, which would make me very sad...).

I know! I wanted to post about it.

I've got them, but the first is not in a good quality, so I'm waiting for another one. THough I admit I peeked a bit. A lot.

I can't believe they've cnacleed the show. I miss it so much.
