STORY: This story is completley invalidated because Sub couldn't read at the time and forgot everything related to Yoshidot and made his own thing with Top that nobody cared about so when we tried to redo the YBs everyone had to read a dictionary to understand what the hell was going on so nobody actually RPed. Chapter I: The NEW War. (I'm not actually going to put NEW in every other sentence so just pretend I did) Once, in a remote land, there was a war. On one side, there were yoshis, and on the other, there were humans. The humans envied the happiness the yoshis had in their everyday life, and they believed the happiness came from the land the yoshis owned. So the humans declared war on the yoshis, for the sought to conquer the "happy land" the yoshis lived in. The yoshis, though jolly and cute, were not going to let their land fall to the humans, so they fought back. The leader of the yoshi settlement called YoshiVille, was Asmodeus Yoshiler. Asmodeus Yoshiler, or Az Yoshi., for short, was a fierce leader. He had some wayoshi in his blood, so he was very aggresive. He had two sons. He named the oldest one after himself, and the youngest one was named Octavious. The war raged, but never stopped. Az's sons had grown older. Asmodeus Jr. had grown to be 16 years old, and Octavious was 12. Asmodeus Jr. was old enough to be able to fight, and so he did. On his 16th birthday, Az Jr. didn't celebrate. He got his armor, and went to train. Asmodeus' wife, and mother of Az Jr. and Octavious, was kidnapped and killed by the humans. Asmodeus was enraged. He and his yoshi army invaded the humans at dawn in a surprise attack. The humans, taken by surprise, were destroyed. The human leader fled. Years had passed, and the yoshis were back in their happy, peaceful lives. Well, with the exception of the ones who fought. The yoshis who had fought the war were psycologically scarred for life. They couldn't return to their normal, happy lives. Specially the Yoshiler family. Asmodeus, the father, was obsessed in taking revenge of the human leader. He had killed his wife, after all... Chapter II: The Ambush. It was a bright summer day, and the Yoshilers were going to visit their relatives, the Yoshi family. Asmodeus' step brother, Yoshi Yoshi, had had a son, and he had named him Yoshi, just like himself. The Yoshilers and the Yoshis were having a family reunion, when the unthinkable happened. The human leader had returned, and he wasn't alone. He had brought an army with him. And they were thirsty for blood. Asmodeus, Asmodeus Jr., Yoshi, and young Octavious were outnumbered. Yoshi's wife and newborn son were in danger. Az, Az Jr., Yoshi, and Octavious tried to fight, but it was hopeless. The males were all shot and killed, with the exception of Az Jr. who was left alone, and had to protect his aunt and newborn cousin. He took his cousin and aunt, and started running, for fighting was hopeless. But the human leader wanted them dead. He threw a spear at young Az, but it missed him, and it hit his aunt, Mrs. Yoshi. Mrs. Yoshi fell to the ground, her death was instant. Az Jr. kept running, crying for his lost family, with baby Yoshi on his arms. Asmodeus Yoshiler Jr and his newborn step cousin, Yoshi Yoshi were the only ones to survive that deadly ambush. Asmodeus Jr. was 18 when that happened, so he could live on his own. His step cousin, on the other hand, was sent to Yoshi's Island, an island that belonged to Yoshi Jr.'s father. The island was filled with young orphan yoshis, and it was paradise for them. Asmodeus finished growing up alone, and his rage was enormous. All he could think of was revenge. Sweet sweet revenge. And eventually, he got what he wanted. Chapter III: Revenge. Two years had passed since Asmodeus had lost his family, and he had thought of revenge every day. He had planned this day for years, and now it was the time to take what was his. Asmodeus Yoshiler, also known as Yoshi. in his later years, lead an army to a human village. It was rumored that this village was the place where the human leader and his family lived. And the rumors were true. Yoshi. and his army attacked the village, killing everyone, and burning everything. The human leader's name was Varfudor Borken. Yoshi. personally killed the Borken family. And it was no beautiful sight. Yoshi.'s rage was great, and so was his revenge. No details will be mentioned for the young ones' sake. The Borken family had been so brutally killed, that a curse was layed on them. Varfudor Borken had been named after the demon that he worshiped, Varfudor. A demon known for taking revenge and laying curses on it's followers. Varfudor Borken was brought back from the dead, and so were his men. He was the leader of the army now known as "Varfudorians", or "Demon followers". And from that day on, they seek revenge on Asmodeus Yoshi., and the demon Varfudor couldn't be more pleased. Chapter IV: The Demons fight back. The followers wanted revenge from the yoshis. They declared war on Asmodeus' YoshiVille. But these demons were not going to be killed easily. In order to kill them, the yoshis needed a special kind of metal. They needed special swords, and special armor. Yoshi. had heard of the legend of Varfudor, and how yoshis had fought many of it's followers in ancient times. The legend said that ever since the yoshis existed, the followers of Varfudor had seeked revenge. Anyways, Yoshi. had heard that these special armors and swords were hidden under the Shrine to the Gods, located in YoshiVille. And the legend was right. The YoshiVillagers fought the Varfudorians with these armors, and they won. Barely, but they won. But Yoshi. wondered, why had this demon targeted the yoshis as their enemies for eternity? And then he found out... Chapter V: Varfudor's story. Varfudor, the demon, was a human once. He used to be an evil wizard, one of the very first ones to ever walk on this planet. He killed thousands of people and then brought them back to life with evil spells, and the undead were under his command. He almost ruled the whole world, until... Varfudor worshipped the Titan of Fire, and he was fighting for him. He was to rule the world, under the Fire Titan's command. And he was very close. He was about to take over the last temple on the planet, a temple that was made to worship three gods. These gods were innocent-looking. They were dino-shaped. They had big noses, long tongues, and wore red shoes. When Varfudor was about to destroy this last temple, the three golden gods descended from the heavens and used their holy powers. The light shone bright, and Varfudor and his followers were gone. There was no one left on the world, so the Three Gods fixed it. They created several races, one shaped after themselves. They called that particular race "yoshis". These were destined to be the happiest creatures on the planet, the blessed ones. The Titan of Fire made Varfudor a demon, his right hand. Since then, Varfudor has seeked revenge from the Yoshis, and still dreams to rule the world. Chapter VI: The YBs... Asmodeus Yoshiler, or Yoshi., had grown to be a good fighter, and was respected by all YoshiVillagers. But he wasn't proud of himself. The years had passed, and Yoshi. had grown to know what he had done. And of course, life always has a way to make people pay. Yoshiler lost his wife, she died trying to give birth. Yoshiler's wife and his unborn son died. Yoshi. had grown up with his wife, so her death devastated him. His step cousin, Yoshi Yoshi, on the other hand, had grown happy, having no memory of that horrible family reunion. And, of course, many envied the yoshis that lived in Yoshi's Island. Young Yoshi Island owner Yoshi Yoshi's happiness was and is envied. Many tried to attack him, and his cousin, Yoshi., defended him. He didn't want to lose the only family he had left. But he knew he couldn't keep doing it by himself, because his young cousin was getting famous, and his enemies were increasing. So he created an organization to defend his cousin, and called it "The Yoshi Bodyguards", or YBs in short. And the rest is history... Updated Story Part I: Origins Origins of the Universe During the time before time, when everything was nothing, and when the universe on The Turtle's back was still young, there were two creatures... One was a bright, white bird-like creature, which layed gigantic eggs, which were the early stages of the present day planets. This creature was called the Architect of the Worlds. But every once in a while, an egg would be defective, and so the other creature would take care of it. This other creature was an obscene and repulsive octopus, called the Eater of the Worlds. This creature ate the defective planets that the Architect layed. Both of these creatures were bigger than any galaxy, and they each had a sphere on their forehead, and each sphere had a unique symbol. After the Architect finished laying It's eggs, it was time to create the gods. The Architect created the Yoshi Gods in Star World, Rayquaza in the Pokemon World, etc, etc. The Eater created Groudon & Kyogre in the Pokemon World, the Elemental Titans in Star World, and other gods. The Architect created good, and the Eater created evil, so everything would be balanced. After the creatures finished creating the universe, and the giving each planet it's own gods, they were sent to sleep by The Turtle. But the symbols on their foreheads keep shining. They are believed to be stars by the Star World folk. The Eater's symbol was entitled "Shadow Star" since it gave purplish glow, brighter than any other star. And the Architect's symbol was called the "Millenium Star", since it was first seen a thousand years ago, and it gives a white, soothing glow. It also shines brighter than any normal star would. The tales of these two creatures went down as myths over the centuries... Star World: The Crusades In the beginning of Star World, after the Yoshi Gods had created the creatures, and the Titans the environment, the Titans wanted to take over the planet. They tried to kill the Yoshi Gods, and fully take over Star World. The Yoshi Gods defeated the Titans, and locked them up under the earth, were they were supposed to stay for eternity. The Titans were sealed behind a gate, which was then buried. The only thinking creatures in the planet were humans, which dominated the planet. These creatures were easily influenced, and the Titans took advantage of this. They lured a large group of humans, and they made them settle on the grounds above the gates, where the Titans could influence the humans with no problem. The first human to be born on that settlement was the illegitimate child of the head priest of the church, and a nun. And the priest, being the head of the church, was also the head of the village. The villagers were followers of the Titan of Fire, whom they called Asmodeus. And so, the child was named Vincent Asmodeus Rastafar Yoshiler. They named the child "Asmodeus" to honor the Titan, and "Yoshiler" to honor the Yoshi Gods, so that they would forgive them for their sins. But of course, this wasn't the case. This child grew up to be a really disturbed man, since he had nightmares every single night, and was afflicted by horrifying visions of the Titan of Fire. When Vincent reached the age of 20, he snapped. He made a pact with the Titan. If the Titan would stop sending him these visions, he would help It accomplish It's dream of ruling the world and killing the Yoshi Gods. And if Vincent failed him, he promised It that he would serve It for eternity. The deal was made, and Vincent was given extraordinary powers. But to prove his loyalty to the Titan, he first had to accomplish a very difficult task. He had to assassinate the head priest, the head nun, and their other illegitimate child, Vincent's brother, Octavious Rastafar Yoshiler. Vincent hated his little brother, since he never suffered from visions, so he did look forward to killing him. But he had nothing against his parents, so killing them was a hard task. It was a brutal sight. Vincent sliced and diced his parents, under the Titan's commands. But his brother managed to escape, and he didn't see him for years. When Vincent reached the age of 50, he was known across the planet as Varfudor the Curse One, for his evil deeds. Vincent, now known as Varfudor, had managed to conquer all but one settlement. This settlement was called YoshiVille, and their head church worshipped the Yoshi Gods. Varfudor's troops won the first battle, but after the Yoshi Gods aided the village, the tables turned. Varfudor got cocky, and only sent half of his troops to their second battle. It was a huge mistake, since the YoshiVillagers had the aid of the gods, and outnumbered them by thousands. Varfudor noticed this, and yet he didn't call retreat. His troops were killed, and he fled. Twenty years passed, and Varfudor, now an old and aged wizard, had finished gathering his new army. The Titan was running out of patience, but Varfudor was confident that he wouldn't fail this time around. And he didn't. He attacked at night, and killed nearly half the village before the sun rose. A whole day had passed, and they had destroyed every building in the village, except for the main church. Varfudor was saving the best for last. The catapults, rams, and soldiers were ready to bring the church down. But before they could throw the first rock, the main priest walked out of the church. Varfudor recognized him. He had seen him somewhere. And he was right. The main priest was Varfudor's kid brother, Octavious. Octavious told Varfudor to leave before it was too late, but of course, he didn't. Varfudor noticed that his brother was wearing his father's medallion, which had the family emblem. The tradition was to give the family emblem medallion to the first born. Varfudor was the righteous owner of that medallion, and so his rage increased. Varfudor and Octavious engaged in battle. The battle was everything but one sided, since they were both formidable oponents. Nightfall came, and the brothers were still in fierce battle. The Yoshi Gods aided Octavious when he got tired, and the Titans aided Varfudor when he grew tired. Just when the battle seemed it would never end, it would. Octavious dodged a spear-swing by his brother, crouched, and stabbed him in the chest with his dagger. Varfudor put one hand on Octavious' shoulder, and with the other one, he stabbed his kid brother in the back with his spear. The two Yoshiler brothers had fatally wounded each other. Octavious fell on his knees, and then on his face. Varfudor fell on his back. They both died. Then, both of their bodies dissapeared. The soldiers were awestruck, since they had lost their leaders. The soldier went berserk and created chaos. They attacked and brutally killed each other. There were piles of corpses and rubble, all results of the war. Star World was destroyed. The towns were burned, and most men had died. It was like the depths of the earth had risen and taken over. Star World: A New Beggining The Yoshi Gods, who saw all this destruction, descended from the skies and shone their bright light on Star World. Everything and everyone in Star World was destroyed... Then, they set to create the planet's environment once again, and this time, it would be more balanced. Instead of creating one single thinking creature to reign them all, they created many. Koopas, Goombas, Lakitus, Humans, Toads, Fuzzies, and many other creatures were given the gift of thought. They were all spread throughout the planet. And of course, they also created other, non-thinking, creatures. And then, after all the creatures were done, they decided to create a creature that resembled them. The creature they made was big-nosed, long-toungued, and good natured. It was created in a variety of colors. These creatures would eat fruits all day, and have the happiest lives of them all. The Yoshiler Curses Octavious Rastafar Yoshiler was rewarded for his courageous deeds in his life, and for standing up for the Yoshi God church. They made him a yoshi. But before they did, they made a yoshi from one of his ribs. This yoshi was, actually, the first yoshi ever made. This "rib" yoshi was the only yoshi the gods themselves named. They named this first yoshi "Octavious Asmodeus Yoshiler", after the Yoshiler brothers. They also gave this new yoshi the Yoshiler Family Emblem Medallion, the emblem that Octavious wore in his last fight. Octavious Rastafar Yoshiler was given ominouous knowledge of Star World, and rewarded with immortality. He was to be a special creature, and a mythical guardian of the Yoshiler family. He was also given other special powers. Vincent Asmodeus Rastafar, or Varfudor, wasn't as lucky as his kid brother. He was made a demon, and cursed to lurk at the darkest places of the universe. He wasn't allowed to step foot on Star World, not unless someone summoned him. This made Varfudor search for a follower who would summon him to Star World, and allow him to conquer Star World, and get his revenge. Ever since, he's been after his brother, later known as KIAY (Know-It-All-Yoshi), and after his descendants (his last known descendants are the late Asmodeus Yoshiler Jr., and the young Asmodeus Yoshiler the third). - |
