One post per personing.

Marl’nt: Marl’nt is a bit of a scatterbrained goof, somewhat overly-excitable, and is filled with interest for all manner of things. He spends most of his time studying whatever he can get his hands on and coming up with wacky ideas to set into motion. He did get tired of treatment in the Secranea Kingdom, though, which is what made him decide to join the Atlas Guardians in the neutral area. He’s not a fighter, though, nor is he a scientist, so literally his only ability is to be there for moral support and distraction. Also maybe research since he does like research. He’s a green chameleon with orange zigzag stripes on his sides.

Lin’mp: Lin’mp is Marl’nt’s niece. She’s sarcastic and a bit of a know-it-all. She doesn’t take kindly to silliness like that of her uncle’s, but over time has learned to put up with it. She tries to keep him in check when she’s around, which is part of why she decided to live with him after she finished school. She cared less about the treatment given to chameleons by spiders, but went with him anyway. She’s a bit more willing to rough it up than Marl’nt, but still not really a fighter. She’s a red chameleon with yellow wavy stripes on her sides.

Captain Turkey: A former captain in the Federation, Captain Turkey is actually not a turkey, but an anthropomorphic falcon. He was a good fighter with a few notable successes, with high stamina and a strong spirit, but eventually learned some of the more distasteful things the Federation had done and quit. After this he became a race pilot, learned about the Atlas Guardians on Atlas and decided to join them for some reason. He’s a good talker, rather open, and a self-described ladies’ man. He likes to enjoy life, is often cheery, but doesn’t let people get in his way. He also has a Shiv Class Gunship he uses to fly around in space with. The vehicle he has raced in is designed slightly like a turkey, slightly bulky with red and brown feather-like protrusions in the back, with the front being designed like a turkey’s head. Both his ship and race vehicle are stored in the Atlas Guardians HQ’s hangar.

Characters non-affiliated with Atlas Guardians

Queen Lacidia: The 25th queen in a long line of queens, Queen Lacidia is the first queen coronated since the Federation arrived. She has shown to be shrewd but open, allowing many to come and go as they please. She accepts the Federation, but avoids dealings with them, allowing royal officials to deal with them instead. On the other hand she is willing to have more direct dealings with the Atlas Guardians, even gracing them with her presence. Her personal sharl attendant is magenta-shelled and is allowed to speak more freely than most sharls. She tends to show contempt for the Phoenix Kingdom and sometimes shows such for Wharfgrade too. She wears a crystal crown embedded with rubies, a purple gown, and sometimes carries a scepter with a sapphire in it.

Princess Anaya: Anaya is the daughter of Queen Lacidia, who tends to wear violet-red and a crystal tiara. She rarely speaks, and when she does it is described as “pleasant but dull small talk” that almost seems a little forced. Her personal sharl attendant is magenta-shelled and speaks even less than she does.

King Indratius: Indratius is a giant phial much different from the others. While his colors and appearance and eyes look similar to phials, he is much larger with a longer neck, wider wingspan, and more majestic feathers. Overall he is shaped slightly like a large eagle, with bigger talons and a less humanoid shape. Unlike other phials he can breathe fire and also fly. He used his size and powers to take over the Phoenix Kingdom years ago. He despises the Secranea Kingdom, the Federation, Wharfgrade, the Krace, the Skykeepers, the Atlas Guardians, Beacon, and his own kingdom’s natives. He enjoys seeing war, but will plan out his actions shrewdly without being too rash. He can be quick to anger, though, which can lead him to doing things without thinking through the consequences.

Cronky: A crogg whose suit makes it look like a big, spiky, muscular, stone phial, Cronky is King Indratius’ champion. It has killed many in combat, and it is one of the few croggs with spikes on its head. As such it has spikes fitted across its suit, along with other upgrades as a prize with each victory, making it more of a terror with each win.

OKAY TIME TO CHARACTER WOO

Name: Pichup
Gender: Male
Species: Pikachu
Age: 27
Appearance: TA-DA (yes I know it's a crappy sprite, BITE ME), a Pikachu with Pichu features
Bio: Ever since Danny's sacrifice in his final battle with Dark Danny, Pichup was distraught for a few years and isolated himself from everyone except Yoshichu, trying to find out what he could do with his life. He eventually found it: become an explorer. He ventured into various ruins, explored various worlds in the universe in search of valuables, all while honing his unique abilities. He eventually came across a strange ancient ring, which he now wears on his right ear. Pichup now acts similar to his brother, but he's a lot more mellow. Usually. He also has Danny's Beam Sword of Light as his main weapon if he needs to use it.

Name: Yoshichu
Gender: Male
Species: Somesort of Yoshi/Pikachu hybrid
Age: Unknown
Appearance: WEEEE
Bio: Yoshichu pretty much stayed with Pichup to help him recover from Danny's death. He adventured along with Pichup, and eventually Pichup created a wearable translator so that he could finally speak normally. He's a bit snarky.

Name: Baces
Gender: Male
Species: Alakazam
Age: 35
Appearance: Just a normal Alakazam, but with golden spoons and a white scarf
Bio: Baces was originally part of a group of Pokémon Justice Enforcers back in the day, but they have since disbanded. He had already met Danny and Pichup several times in the past (Pokéworld Peril 3), and now he feels that he should come along with him in his adventures. He's almost always calm and collected about his speaking and thoughts.

Let's be weird

Guerrera
A dragon that became a young woman after shenanigans in the temple that she was guarding. Along with her trusty sentient blade, Mr. Sword, she adventured on Mobius and took part in the Rettilite and Holt's Rebellions. Years later, she has finally given up and is looking for something new.
APPEARANCE: A tall, fit woman with brown hair that's always kept up to reduce distractions. Her most noticeable feature is the pair of batlike wings that springs from her back. She wears customized, dark, close-fitting clothes for maximum mobility.
ABILITIES: Flight, flame breath
POSITIVE: Adaptable, focused
NEGATIVE: Fickle, coldhearted

Sword Jr.
Supposedly the son of Mr. Sword, the weapon that Guerrera used to wield. (When asked how that works or where his father is, he usually dodges the question.) Usually he's a fun and carefree guy who likes to joke around with his fellow weapons or something, but this is his very first time on the battlefield. As a result, he's scared out of his mind.
APPEARANCE: A short sword with a plain handle. If you look closely, you can see his mouth and eyes on the pommel. It's said that his true appearance will emerge when he "grows up," whatever that means.
ABILITIES: He has a sharp edge that cuts things. That's pretty much it.
POSITIVE: Cautious, funny
NEGATIVE: Cowardly, insensitive

Agarazium
One of the Aurines. In AU, he's simply a representative that's been sent to the Atlas Bodyguards, but he wants to be a full-fledged AG himself. It's obvious, though, that he has no idea what he's doing. He'll definitely need a friend to make it here. Oh, also, he can't seem to control the volume of his voice.
APPEARANCE: An Aurine that is a bright, shiny silver color.
ABILITIES: His claws are pretty formidable. Because of his restricting height, he's talented at all-fours movement.
POSITIVE: Carefree, honest, unique
NEGATIVE: Clueless, tactless, creepy

ATLAS GUARDIANS CHARACTERS

Shem: Shem is a Chao with a strange history. Found on Mekkai as an egg, he was adopted by General Subsourian Ereshkigal of the Star World Defensive Forces, who were assaulting the planet at the time. For years Shem lived in the command bunker or on the Nightwind IV, hopping from place. However, the war general was not the greatest of parents. He his work and studies took priority over raising Shem, and he would usually have his subordinates care for and train Shem. While made some close friends, like that of the Nightwind IV's captain ARC Yoshiler, he began to felt shafted by his foster father.

The final years of Subsourian was when Shem began to see him more sporadically, and the general's gradual decent into madness began to reflect on the Chao. Shem hatched shortly after his death into a dark Chao. He inherited what possessions he had, though the Nightwind IV was repossessed (and destroyed in the reclamation of Star World), leaving him with his old spellbook, the Twilight Lexicanium. Shem has since trained with dark magic on Star World, becoming somewhat apt at using it. Shem is shallow, sharp, and cocky. However, unlike his foster father, he doesn't have quite enough intelligence to back up his air of superiority. Shem will belittle others, and is generally very cynical and sarcastic, and often times a bit brutal.

Hra: Hra is a member of the Krace tribes who live in the border between the two Atlas kingdoms. He was born during one of the wars, and was a promising warrior in his tribe's hunter pack. His tribe, known as the Jil'ha'lo, or Blood Maces, was a particularly powerful force in the region, and was known by being one of the few tribes to have gained recognition among the Phoenix Kingdom's warriors as "worthy." When the tribe was approached by Beacon for a second time to fill a spot in a new peacekeeping group (after nearly killing the messenger the first time), the chieftain sent Hra in a gambit to eliminate him as a threat to his position as leader of the tribe.

John Alitre: Alitre is a smooth, quick talking human from the Federation, known as a sort of con man. His history is clouded, but he grew in in Diaban's streets and from there rose to fame in the criminal underworld for his speed, mouth and connections. Eventually he was captured by the Federation and placed in a high security prison, to which Beacon negotiated a release. Alitre attempted to use this to escape but was soon captured by Beacon, who gave him a kill switch should he escape again. Alitre is outfitted with a heavy minigun, which he uses with proficiency despite his wiry frame. He is also very agile and a master of improvised street fighting.

NON-ATLAS GUARDIANS CHARACTERS

Hyrax Indratius: Crown prince of the Phoenix Kingdom, Hyrax takes after his father in his blunt brutality and wordplay. Having no use for diplomacy, Hyrax uses his sheer power to get his way. He sees everyone around him as weak, even his father, though he does often try to curry favor among him and his court. He is fiercely competitive with his brother, Callak. He can sometimes come across as a bit whiny at times, and often overestimates his own strength.

Callek Indratius: The opposite of his brother and father, Callek is often called the Spider Prince. He is a tactical master and a smooth talker, often using other people to fight his battles for him. While not the heir to the throne, he often fights with Hyrax over who should inherit the throne. While he is not next in line, his combat poweress and leadership skills have earned him the respect of his father.

Harpka Indratius: Harpka is the daughter of the king, and a mysterious figure. She almost never talks, and often sulks in the shadows as a sort of misplaced child, often avoiding the conflicts with her brothers. Beneath her quiet exterior is someone scheming, and often she will instigate elaborate plots in order to foil the plans of her brothers. Harpka is an expert of anima magic, which makes up for her weak stature.
