Trainging can be done at 4 times a week by anyone so is the most common form of progression for characters

However there are many types of training. Thes are;

Self Training(100-1000)-
A player writes a roly play dictating waht happens in their training (100-1000 words)
At the bottom of this they then write the main and secondary stat they wish to train.
They will recieve a amount of stats based upon there word count. (1.5 x wordcount)/200=main wordcount/200=secondary
Bonuses will be give for exceptional quality

eg
Solus13 does a self training rp for 1000 words to train his strenght(main) and his speed(secondary)
he gains 75 strenght (1.5x1000)=1500/200= 75
he also gains 50 speed (1000/200=50)

Group Training(600-3000)-
This is the same as self training but with a bigger text margin and a bigger stat increase.
All players in the group must add at least 200 words. With a max of 3000 words for the group
They will recieve a amount of stats based upon there word count. (3 x wordcount)/200=main (1.5xwordcount)/200=secondary
Groups must have between 3-10
Bonuses will be give for exceptional quality

Guided Training (200-2000)-
Guided training includes;
Training with a master (does not include player masters)
Begin trained by a school of any kind
Training with your totem

Guided train is faster than self training and can allow you to learn moves from the person you are training with however the moves word cost is taken away form the amount of words that count for gains
Guided training= (4Xwordcount)/200= main (2xwordcount)/200=secondary

eg
Solus 13 does a 1000 word rp with his master to train his strenght(main) and speed(scondary) and learns rapid strike (750)
Solus13 gain rapid strike,
5 strenght [ 1000-750=250 (4x250)/200= 1000/200=5],
4 speed [1000-750=250 (3x2500/200= 750/200= 3.75= 3.75 rounded =4]
