Happy Halloween!!! My daughter, wife, and I are sitting at home watching scary movies, starting with Halloween, then moving on to Poltergeist or The Exorcist. |

You're welcome anytime Blue. My second daughter is in her room watching Goosebumps. She doesn't want to watch adult scary movies. And I must say after watching Halloween for the first time......it was boring..... I've been more scared watching TV shows. But of course the movie is 30 years old, I'm sure back in '78 it was terrifying. |

Great taste in haberdashery, GC! Rock on! For work, I just went as generic Bleach shinigami, but I have Kisuke's hat and my Lady has third squad's vice-captain badge, so I guess I have options if I ever want to be someone in specific. |

Yeah, Seto, i want to see the full effect! Give us a better pic! LOL, Rust & Seto with the same unusual hat... Does that mean you're both the same degree of Insane? I know what you mean about the movie Halloween, LS. It's the same way with others, like Poltergeist. They were major cool when i first saw them, now there are no surprises. And my older son has played all the Alien, Predator, and Alien/Predator movies soooo many times i can recite them! (along with a dozen others we like, lol) Well, i took the dog for her walk this morning. There are the usual candy wrappers (and even some candy) scattered around. No damage to property or jackolanterns. AND WHO THE HELL GAVE KIDS CANS OF PEPSI???? ...there are a dozen cans all over the street and sidewalk, where the kids threw them like exploding bombs... i bet that's my neighbor who came home at the last minute (she lives elsewhere fulltime) and forgot there would be trick-or-treaters... ARGH! |

Heh nice. Yeah, if I'd been a little more motivated I would have gone as a Hollow, rather then Joker. But it's a PAIN trying to make masks with working jaw functions. |

BLASPHEMY!!!! Seriously though, I love Halloween, and Halloween 2 (after that... yeah... they turn to garbage.) But then I love all the old scary movies. This month I watched in no particular order: Halloween Killer Clowns from Outer Space Nightmare Castle Beast from Yucca Flats Something Wicked This way Comes Werewolf Hunter Devil's Rejects ATom Age Vampire Creature from the Hautned Sea Attack of the Giant Leeches The Vampire Bat The Monster Maker Sleepy Hollow Amityville 2 Various Ghost Hunters episodes and other random paranormal tv things Beyond Reanimator Ginger Snaps 2 Waxwork Waxwork 2 Circus of Horrors Theater of Death Carnival of Souls I'll post pics of our front door when I get a chance, and hopefully I'll eventually have some video from the Haunted House we ran with my Youth Group. |

i sure wasn't a kid, but the first time or two was much fun and yes, scary and suspenseful! i've watched it many times since then, but now it's become just a tradition, the way you watch The Ten Commandments at Easter even though you can recite the lines because you've seen it so many times before.i still watch my favorites, when i have time. But between NOT having a whole lot of time, and my TV being cranky (it wouldn't let me see all the free channels, it's getting old; and the cable box i got isn't working in my home office because i'm at the end of the line and get the least signal, i think) PLUS the kids commandeered the BIG tv so... i missed out on a whole lot. bah! Roady! you're making me jealous!
