Cheetah, the chimp in most of Johnny Weismuller's B&W Tarzan movies, died on Christmas eve of kidney failure. He was living in a California animal sanctuary and lived more than twice the average age of captive chimps. I still remember some of those old movies, and it's been ages since I've seen them. Glad he had a good life, even if it was a captive life. |

That 'Tails of Joy' site is very interesting... a famous female comedian runs it, with 100% of all donations going to the animals, not to salaries. I can get behind that! |
