A plane has just crashed into the Hudson River in NYC; the 148 passengers have been rescued. The FAA has confirmed ALL people on board are rescued; the plane hit a flock of geese and shut down both engines I’ve seen the pics of the plane sinking Repeat NO casualties have been reported; just some very wet passengers and a US Airways plane now a new artificial reef Edited by Silverwing Wolf, January 15, 2009, 4:10 pm.

i head 148 on the news a little while ago, and they showed some of the rescued passengers being moved into the hospital, suffering from hypothermia. Thank God no one was killed. LaGuardia is a very hard airport to use, i'm told. Thanks for the post, Silver. |
