Hair: Sal's hair is tied back by a bandana but is rather spiky and free, sporting a burgandy color.
Eyes: Sal's eyes are like a hawks, narrow and piercing, his eye color is red.
Appearance: Sal has a rather tone fit build to him, sporting a rather thin body. Thin and handsome like a man of his stature should be. Hes got handsome written all over his pretty face, from his head to his toes is pure, unaltered, manliness. He almost always looks cheerful and despite hard times can even manage to force a smile. His skin is lightly colored and resilient to the suns rays from the constant patrols he used to do. His carefree look gives off a vibrant aura around him able to lighten up anyones mood half the time.
Clothing: He wears a signature bandana across his head to keep his hair out of his eyes, as well as nice and spiky. To top it off he has the PERFECT striped shirt that anyone has ever seen matching his bandana perfectly with a lighter brand of burgandy. above that he wears a sleevless (torn) open jacket that looks like it was once a business jacket. His pants are fairly loose and kept up by two brown leather belts, and tied at the ankles for a nice poofy effect. He prefers to go sockless and is usually seen in sandals of some sort.

Personal
Personality: Sal is extremely vibrant and outgoing yet in a sense lazy to his dutys a bit as well, seeing past most common "problems" in a different perspective then usual leaders would. Sal is fairly leniant on his views against other kinds, he is usually willing to give everything and everyone a chance. Yet knows when something odd is going on. He usually is seen hanging out with his... spirit, whom is also fairly vibrant, however most don't know it for obvious reasons. Another bit of Sal information is he is bisexual, and enjoys the company of both men and women equally.

Being the leader of the guardian division has taught him to stay resilient both physically, mentally, and emotionally, rarely will things sway his ever cheerful and vigilant mood. He is usually a fan of the romantics in life. Long walks on the beach, or through the woods, a dinner for two at a fancy restaurant, all of these get to the soft spot in his heart. If the war decides to come onto his homefront he is ready to fight and protect his home or die trying, an extremist to life indeed. He looks up to the leader of the vizards somewhat for making him want to be something so awesome.

Strengths: Sal's defence is incredibly tank-like as he can take most hits as if they were nothing and can shrug them off with little nuisance. His Kidou and Speed are both at divison leader levels however are simply leader leveled, nothing higher or lower. Able to handle his own weapon fairly well.

Weaknesses: His offensive powers are extremely low to make up for the extremely high defence and balancing him out. He is also not that good hand to hand wise, and will usually rely on his techniques or kidou heavily if put in that situation. He is also trained in his weapon only, picking up a real sword will show mediocre performance, especially when compared to his pro-ess with Titanic.

Combat Style: Nukedasu Ni Hairu Style (Get in Get out) - When the Titanic is in its sealed state Sal will utilize a quick hit then retreat fashion, and prioritize dodging and blocking over the initial attack of his weapons. However being a leader he will rarely use his sealed zanpakuto unless the enemy is unfitting of even his Shikai. Which would be interesting as someone would have to be really crafty to sneak near the Vizards and survive, and be strong enough to have him sent...

Ankā kaiten Style (Spinning Anchor) - The shikai of Sal's is incredibly huge and has a specific grasp for it to be spun fast and furious to build momentum for a larger attack as well as is huge enough and sturdy enough to block most weapons directly. This style utilizes stored powerful hits mixed with quick speed to usually hit them hard then get out whilst blocking. Most Kidous are useful in this state to provide a nice balance.

Datchiman hikō style (Flying Dutchman) - This is the battle position taken whenever Sal's bankai is out and this one is usually used for a more offensive and supportive role however is pretty good in its own defensive way as well. It utilizes the powers of the bankais to its fullest aiming to widdle an enemies strength down and eventually win.

Zanpakutou Name: Titanic
Sealed Zanpakutou: The sealed titanic looks like a normal short sword with a circle on the bottom of the hilt and the tips of the blade branched downwards like an anchor usually would.

Spirit Personality: Mit-Zie is a fairly mellow and creepy being, yet it is strangely calming to be around. Mit-Zie is generally happy and a tad talkative whenever Sal decides to talk back. It is also fairly wise and intelligent making it a beast in chess. Where Sal lacks in offense Mit-Zie doesn't offer much of it either, however it is far faster and hyper then Sal. It enjoys quiet, serene places, and enjoy being around Sal, alone, by themselves.

Shikai Release Phrase: "All aboard Titanic!"
Shikai Appearance: (Anchor in Sal's Pic)
Shikai Abilities: Titanic in its shikai state can be spun rapidly through the use of the circle as the "hilt". Through doing this momentum can build up to "power up" an attack. As well as it will seem lighter whilst spinning to get in a quick block if something chooses to appear. Titanic heavily depends on the spinning momentum to build up for an attack. In a sense it is like Ikkakus lazy bankai. When unspun damage is less and it is harder to cut/puncture with the anchor however when spun the power increases. However where Ikkakus bankai stays on once its awake, once Sal attacks momentum needs to be built back up.

Bankai Abilities: Titanic in its bankai state gains a much more intricate design as well as a spiked ball attached to the end. The special power is energy from the surroundings can be stored inside the spiked ball and can manifest itself into a majority of shields, through either the use of the gloves that appear along with the weapon itself, the spiked ball, or anchor, each one producing a different variety of shields. The shields that can be produced from the hand are rounded shields of energy which appear wherever Sal points the palm of his hand, directly in front of him. The spiked ball produces a shield that encases a decent sized circle around Sal, and this shield can usually fit 4-5 people within it. The shield that is produced from the anchor can be shot outwards for it to appear further out on the field, however this shield is straight and not rounded, so it's more like a wall. If the anchors shields are used right it can make a walkway or even the shield itself as a weapon. Each shield also has its own durability, the one that is produced from the gloves is the most balanced of the shields and will require at least a rank 70 kidou to be performed by a standard kidou user, 2 post cooldown when a hand shield is used, 5 post limit to stay up unless broken. The spiked ball is the strongest of the shields and is ONLY used for defending, it takes at least a rank 80 kidou to bust through however once in this ball you must wait until it is either broken or it disipates to leave it, 1 shield use, 6 post cooldown, stays up for 3 posts. The wall is built to be more practical therefore it is weaker and a rank 50 kidou can bust through it, you can use 1 shield per post, however it lasts until broken or 10 posts have gone by. All shields cannot be used in the same post, and only 1 shield at a time may be used per post. Multiple shields are allowed on the battle field.

Inner Hollow Info
Inner Hollow Appearance: Sal's inner hollow appearance is an eviler version of Sal himself. Sporting a more depressed and saddened look then Sal as well, as well as a serious mood about him. The inner hollows hair is fully under the bandanna and sports the white and black kind of hollow feel.
Inner Hollow Personality: The inner hollow of Sal, is almost the complete opposite of him. Sporting a serious face and feel about him, instead of being carefree. As well as always wallowing in the past causing him to be depressed and rather saddened. Sals hollow also focuses more on an offensive fast role constantly attacking and rarely defending or using kidou-like abilities.
Hollow Mask Appearance: (Mask in Sal's Pic) The mask itself looks like a monkeys face with a red streak down one of the eyes.
Hollow Mask Boost: 25% Boost to Speed. As well as Increased Reiatsu

Ok, I'm no big expert on how things should work yet like Ten, but I'll comment on a few things.

One - I'd suggest splitting your kidou. Into Bakudou and Hadou, since they're the two types of kidou. Just basically making a general category of which goes in what helps.

Two - It's not that clear on the Strengths/Weaknesses part. I'd assume that for Defense, he's very resilient and tank-like? And for Kidou, that he's at a Leader's level, and for Speed, he's at a leader's level? (Basically like, Fast speed, Good at Kido, etc. Just something helps specify the rankings in terms of what you have.)

For weaknesses, other than having weak strength, is he bad at hand-to-hand combat, zanjutsu (fighting with a sword/weapon), or does he use up too much spirit energy? More weaknesses to complement the strengths is recommended.

Three - How much of a boost does your hollow mask grant in speed? Like 15%, 25% boost in speed and acrobatics (which I assume is evasion?)? Just curious, since it's not specific. Specify that a bit please.

Ok, I've got a bit more to add now.

Your shikai tech. How strong is the wall of earth? Good against physical attacks, good against kido, and how strong of an attack would it take to break it? (A stronger person would break it of course, but an estimate would help.)

Bankai tech - How does it work exactly? Like, reduce the enemy's Kido attack by like 50%? Just curious.

Yeah this isn't concrete enough, what's more since his defenses AND speed AND kidou are high AND he's good with his own weapon you're gonna need to pick one to suck at, since otherwise he's got basically no weakess, since circumstantial things like 'getting another weapon' 'aint gonna fly. And your weaknesses become even less of an issue after reading your Shikai techs, especially the second and third ones :/

So yeah a better weakness please, he can be good at everything but if he is he can't be great at anything. Also I'm confused - when you say "leader levels" do you mean leader as in Soutaichou/Vizard King level or Vizard Leader level (as in a Captain level)?

I mean the standard ranked leader for the divisions :| and what i mean is his offense is really low so he relys on storing power through the momentum of his anchor to try and make up or it a bit. Fixed the other bit though what I was trying to get at was Sal had GREAT defence, standard kidou and speed, and low offense to balance out for the defence.

Eh still not sold on it since the offensive powers of your Shikai are definitely above sub-par...
-Anyway Kaze no Kabe needs a three-post cooldown.

Actually that's a fairly big no, destroying zanpakutou simply by touching them against your weapon is too much, especially since zanpakutou are supposed to be ridiculously hard to break, and if this can break any weapon of any rank as easily as it reads then it's definitely too much.

Ok I edited the shikai a bit to give some more info on it, as well as completely redid my bankai, i'll add in techs after its been approved and whatnot. Oh also I added in a post to charge up the wall of wind technique so it seems more believeable.
