The very center of Soul Society, sorrounded by walls with four entrances guarded by Gate Keepers. It is filled with nobility and isolated from Rukongai.

Rukongai makes up the majority of Soul Society. It is divided into 320 different districts. These districts are split up into four sections, being north, East, South and West. Each section is divided into 80 sub-districts. The further into Rukongai, the poorer it becomes, 80 being the poorest.
