He had been right. Despite his initial impressions of the two women in front of him, both had been stiff competitors, the young girl especially. Her kidou attacks were nothing less than potent, and her defense was nearly flawless. As long as she had the energy to keep both tactics functioning, she could take on even powerful hollow and not so much as wrinkle her blouse. Good. As the two finished their match the preacher stood, dusting himself off out of habit and waving off the young girl's apparent request for a breather with aplomb. True, the most tactically sound methodology was to attack now while she was winded, but she was still a human child who had just beaten a shinigami. The arrancar was having difficulty suppressing either his excitement or spiritual pressure; this was only the first round and already he'd found himself a challenge. If he couldn't break through her protective avatars before she pinned him to the peat with kidou, Ellis figured he didn't deserve to advance anyway. That said, leaving her to her own devices did not excuse her from the use of his full strength. The older man's hand went to his side as he pulled what looked from a distance something like a knife out and regarded it thoughtfully. Completely out of earshot of Angie, a quiet incantation was all but drowned out by the blustery winds that occasionally whipped across the English hillside. Sedately, the arrancar began pacing toward his opponent. “Chase the sunset, Manifest Destiny.” A distant hiss could be heard from the preacher's direction as a cloud of steam began billowing out of his chest, mouth and eyes, obscuring him from view momentarily as the steam was caught at his back and blown gently off and to the right toward the two women. After a handful of seconds it cleared slightly, revealing the arrancar clad from head to foot in black armor, his eyes glowing an iridescent green and dark smoke trickling gently from somewhere behind his arms. Unseen behind his mask, Ellis grinned at the irony of a black knight and a young damsel fighting each other in England at Stonehenge. Still taken with the humor of this notion, he stopped 100 feet from his would-be opponent, affecting an overly ostentatious bow, indicating his readiness. The match would begin at the young lady's behest. Math Stuff

Angelica watched in astonishment as the man started to release smoke and turn into a large metal man. Angelica was a bit iffy about fighting such a man alone and decided to summon up some allies. She raised her arm up and started chanting," Shiki shiki shiki gami! Shiki shiki shiki gami!" As she did Five more of her pink friends formed up and started floating around her. Angelica then jumped back a bit waiting to see how the man was going to attack. He had seen most of what she could do yet she knew almost nothing about how he fought and thought it was a little unfair, but she wasn't gonna lie down and take it she was gonna win. She had to be the strongest and nothing was getting in her way." Bring it tin man I will show you the same wrath I just showed Miss Lethal," she said with a smile raising up her hands as if she were a boxer. Summoning

Cute. Had she been a spirit he might have been disgusted by her hubris, but she was in fact a child fighting on the same level as entities that occasionally referred to themselves as gods. Not bad for a gradeschooler. Adopting the same pose with a sort of jaunty bounce, the Preacher began his step in, launching himself forward at a speed he knew the girl couldn't match. Not that she had to, but if he could press her and keep her on the defensive he wouldn't have to worry so much about her kidou attacks. This was a war of attrition, a thing he excelled at. Unfortunately, it appeared that so did this girl. The technique she had used earlier still appeared to be energizing her and she fairly glowed with reiatsu now that she had rested. Good. The arrancar's fist came in hard and fast but without over malice, an almost exploratory blow. He knew the little globules would take most if not all of the force of his punch; the key was to determine how much and how long it would take to rail through them before she needed more. That would be the time to attack. Math

Angie stood there as the man suddenly jumped forward and attacked her. He was a bit fast for her and she wasn't expecting the attack to be so sudden so she was caught unprepared. Luckily for her the pink warrior beside her known as a Shikigami came to her rescue. The pink ball of spiritual energy absorbed the mans attack as if it were nothing and then faded away. She looked at the man and staired him down as she spoke," Now you have done it! you shall feel our wrath! Friendship Beam!" She said pointing out her hand at the man as a powerful pink ray of light flew out towards him. She was going full throttle against him. Counter Attack!
