Ginger stood there surveying the battlefield. The brute was full of various cuts and bruises. The bat seemed to be on its last wing. The only person that seemed to be relatively unharmed from her position was the pale tall guy. Him. He was going to be her target. With the others having taken some good damage during the course of their battle, only he and her had managed to stay out of harms way. Clenching her fists tightly, Ginger began closing in the distance towards him and herself. Halfway to him, he seemed to have started going crazy; his movements were like that of a deranged beast and the noises originating from him were even madder. The whole thing seemed as though it was something that should have come fro his pet bat, not him. Almost there, the arrancar decided to stop running and just leap towards the crazy guy. Heavily planting her foot into the ground on her next step, creating a heavy, burning indent in the grass and dirt immediately beneath her feet, she kicked off of the ground and launched herself forward through the air. It may have been a little insane of her to be attacking someone who seemed to have been flying off the handle so much, but she needed to win this fight for her boss. Ginger decided to unleash a combo upon the pale-skinned fellow, cocking her right arm and fist back to start with a furious haymaker. After that, she'd flip forward and unleash a heel drop upon his shoulder with her left foot. Then she'd use her right foot to deliver a strong horizontal kick across his midsection. Finally, she'd deliver a strong uppercut with her left. "I'm saving you for last, red asshole!" she yelled to Jango as she closed in on Regulus to unleash her combo attack. “Reggie boy…” Certain not to come off as an unexpected surprise, after clenching his fangs deeply into the Arrancar’s neck a second time, Valbatos burst into a myriad of bats as the Arrancar’s chain connected with his body once again, fleeing the scene as best as he could. He was clinging to life by a thread, his reformation taking much longer than usual as he hovered overhead out of harm’s way. Panting profusely, his head, back, abdomen and everywhere else he struck ached horrendously. Even his endeavors to remain airborne still were tedious, his wings gradually losing their fluttering vigor. He was pleased, however. He allowed Regulus to finally unleash his all, having yearned to see the mental deterioration the Bount undertook when his mind had fallen prey to depraved pleasure. On the chance that his creator’s efforts weren’t enough to slay the monstrosity that was Jango, they sure as hell gave it there all. Before he could witness the aftermath of their colliding strengths, he reluctantly took notice of the glowing Arrancar advancing on Regulus, whom was certain to be exhausted after the ferocious attack as he always was. Without the slightest bit of hesitation, knowing he couldn’t continue on, Valbatos flew downward, sailing towards the scuffle. Though his body shook violently from the pain of pushing himself, he ignored the quivers, tremors and quakes that indicated his declining condition. He had to save his creator, his other self from harm. One attack or two, whatever he could muster his body to accomplish. Stationing himself in front of Regulus, spreading out his wings to their full length, he hovered in place as the impenetrable shield he always tasked himself as being, a martyr in his own right. This fight – every fight – was much bigger than the reasons and causes behind them. Both the Bount and the Doll had to be strong… Even if they died trying. The first wild, fiery punch from the colorful female knocked Valbatos aside cleanly, his body shattering into a dark cloud of small bats, their inert forms dropping with barely noticeable thuds as each fell into the grassy lands, unlikely to ever reform for the remainder of the battle… --- Turn 8

Another clean whip through the bat bundle, Jango pulling back the chain with a powerful tug after it had split the annoying vermin in two. Of course that was not the end of the creature, the Arrancar predicting it would stay in a single piece once he finally knocked it senseless with his brutal attacks. As the chain whipped back on him, Jango turned his arm outwards, dragging the swing of his weapon so it narrowly missed his head and started to twirl around his left forearm until it came to rest. He wanted the last blow to be more personal that the whip of a chain, even if the bat attempted to use flight to stay away from him, a spirit could pursue an aerial pest if necessary. Yet even through the pause in battle where he been granted a single duel, Jango’s awareness of those around had not dulled to the point where a screaming mad man could sneak up on him. The bullish giant whirled around to greet Regulus as he charged towards him. Gone were the thin man’s jibes, the elegance in his step had faded and been replaced by such murderous force that Jango momentarily considered reassessing his opinions of the man. Had it taken the beating of his bat to conjure some wild spirit from the Bount? The good impression passed quickly as Jango instead sneered at the idea of the twig throwing a tantrum over his broken dolly. “Not enough.” The brute grunted, lifting his own hands to match and deflect the claws being swung wildly in his direction. Yet despite fending off a fair chunk of the force behind the blows, one or two flaying swipes broke through the Arrancar’s defences and managed to force him into taking a step back. For once the brute’s expression was neither confident nor angry, something close to surprise threatening to take over as his body started to ache from wounds he had briefly chosen to ignore. “What the fuck…” Jango had a high tolerance for pain befitting any seasoned brawler. But for all his durability, the Arrancar’s body cried out against him as the cuts inflicting by Regulus started to spray with blood. The burst was only temporary but enough to shake the bullish male and back out of their match of strength, bewildered by the trick Regulus had sprung. His confusion only grew as a bright light shot towards the pair of combatants. Having been spurned once, the Arrancar actually felt vulnerable to harm and sprung backwards with a single mighty leap just as the female fireball closed in on Regulus and Valbatos. His view of events was obscured by the sheer fireworks encompassing the other Arrancar’s attack, his bat hood probably roasted in the mix. He lost track of space and crashed into the ground as he landed, the fatigue on his body steadily catching up to him. He sought not rest like the other Maasai as he lay spread out on the ground, Jango had faced the wall in battle before and knew only strict perseverance would allow one to smash through it. Besides, he was not about to let that flaming bitch charge in and steal his glory. “Bulldour.” The Arrancar grumbled as he lifted his upper body from the floor, recognising the mighty boulder beside him. He had nearly forgotten about the projectile in the frenzy of fighting the twig and the bat, yet the tool had turned up just when needed. He used the oversized rock at first to help him stand up and then, despite his weary body, hoisted the heavy weight up into the air over his head. The outcome of the female’s attack was still obscured by the flames but Jango could see nowhere else to deliver the payload. Heaving backwards so slightly, Jango then launched his arms to hurl the ‘Bulldour’ in the general direction of Regulus. With such a large projectile, it was quite difficult to miss even an obscured target. It really wasn’t enough… The red warrior’s words cut deep into his psyche as Regulus struggled against his mighty guard. Though his legs pushed him forward and his claws swung savagely, it wasn’t enough to mow the giant down, his bulky arms matching the majority of his ferocious swings. A fringe swipe here and there bypassed his formidable defense, but they weren’t in the slightest impressive. It was just enough to send the stumbling brute retreating slightly, his once firm stance broken. Perhaps that was satisfactory in its own right, having been versed with his fellow Maasai’s overpowering strength, even when he hadn’t taken a direct blow. He was strong. There was no denying that. Far too strong for the slender fighter to match up to, that was for certain, the stubborn goliath not even unleashing his full power through his Ressurrección. It was a disheartening event. Only adding to his discouragement was the defeat of Valbatos, the doll struck down by the blazing haymaker that collided into him. Watching the bodily fragments soar past him, Regulus was barely able to deliver any meaningful attempts guarding himself. Matching each of the golden gal’s punches and kicks with a futile countering thrust from his hands, his fatigued body absorbed the full weight behind each blow, the final uppercut knocking him clean off his feet. Lifting a foot or so into the air from the potent hit, Regulus collapsed pitifully into the grass. He acquired the devil’s luck in some way, shape or form, unable to even recover for two seconds after the brutal combo inflicted upon him. The massive ‘Bulldour’ came hurdling towards him, its massive size guaranteed to smash the pale aggressor to bits. Only just having rolled onto his stomach, he commanded every muscle, fiber of tissue and cell in his body to get the out of the way. At least half listened. In the split second that the boulder came crashing down, Regulus jumped to his feet, progressing out of the trajectory of the boulder but it did him little good. Simultaneously landing as it rear-ended him, he was thrown sideways by the chunk of earth, rolling a brief moment in the grass until his body held no more momentum. There was no getting back up after that. Or at the very least, it wasn’t to happen right then and there. The wind had been literally knocked out of him and he needed the few seconds or however much time the two combatants would allow him to recuperate. It was coming down to the wire, he thought. He looked drearily to the heavenly skies for some sort of comfort as he revitalized his body with oxygen... --- Turn 9

Dammit. She had momentarily forgotten that that bat had been taking some of the blows for the lanky guy. The bat took her flaming punch head on and got knocked away from her. She had no time to relish in taking out an opponent, opting to continue the rest of her onslaught on the bount. Gritting down her top row of teeth onto the bottom, she furiously rushed the man. Each hit was weakly blocked, but the way he blocked stung the female arrancar like an African bee. She powered through the spiked blocks and finished off her combo, sending the man in the air before he fell back down onto the ground. The whole thing seemed to be like a scene out of some fighting anime and that was completely fine with her as long as she was on the winning side. Ginger took note of her bleeding limbs. Thinking back a few seconds, she realized that they came from when he put up those meager blocks against her attack. It didn't hurt too much but it still stung. The female was no hard thug like Mr. Red, who took so many attacks and showed little to no emotion- she winced a bit from the pain. "I ain't really too sorry about this, but a job's a job- I guess." Tightening her fingers and making two fists, she quickly swung her arms to her sides and took up a pose that seemed as if she were charging up for something. Maybe strengthening her resolve? Whatever it was, it only lasted for a brief second before the female ran forward to rush the lanky man once again. Throwing her arms back as she moved forward, the arrancar decided on throwing four blows with her fists that she hoped would be powerful enough to take the guy out; Ginger knew she didn't have much time left with her enflamed limbs and did not want to waste any hits. It was only after throwing his boulder at the distant fight that Jango realised he might have put the oversized rock to better use. It was too late to change his actions though, even with years of using his metal whips, Jango doubted he was dextrous enough to pluck the stone missile out of the air with a chain lasso. He was not feeling very Jango at the moment. Battle had taken its toll for once on his powerful form. Some rest would suit him, but to rest in the vicinity of a capable fighter was ill mannered and impractical. Even if he granted no respect to the Bount and something beneath respect for the female, the pair of them were still standing after trading a couple of rounds with the champ. The bull was not the type to doubt his decisions but perhaps this first round would have been considerably easier to conquer if he did release his true power. “Not worth it.” The Arrancar stubbornly concluded, not caring enough to linger on the thought. The boulder issue was not a problem either, he could simply make another. “Get up here, Bulldette!” The brute commanded, throwing his mighty arm into the ground once again. Inconceivable he found another huge lump of rock in the south England soil and yanked it free from the ground, setting it down over the hole in the earth he had pried it from. He contemplated abandoning a resourceful idea in favour of simply tossing the lump of stone at the fiery battle ahead. Until he noticed a bow with white spots somehow pinned to the rock. “What the fuck!?” Jango roared, slamming his arms down on the effeminate boulder and reducing half of the stone to rubble. Most of the remains sunk back down into the ground with the hair bow that had enraged him, Jango knocking aside the solid remains of the boulder and glared at the fight between the twig and the bitch. He was just going to pretend that never happened. Though he’d taken the moment to rest, Regulus reckoned it was a pointless act. His original target, the bulking Jango, was already out to smash his skull him, partly having already done it with the previously boulder chunking. With the golden girl contributing to the onslaught of brutality, he had no chance of bouncing back as he hoped. In fact, the few seconds of recuperation he silently requested were short-lived, noting in the corner of his eyes the inflamed Arrancar charging him down. Even against a downed opponent, she pulled no punches. A merciless combatant, Regulus almost felt she could’ve been right at home in the Maasai family. Speaking of which, it was going to be unpleasant to show his face around the other tribesmen after the tournament was settled. His credibility was certain to decline in their eyes, but he would not allow it to deter his convictions. He simply had to get stronger. Only when he did could he right his many wrongs along the road to achieving that sincere goal. But until then, he took the barrage of flailing punches without letting a sound escape his lips, readopting his steely façade as his grounded, limp body jumped and jerked like a pitiful ragdoll. It was all he could do until the final blow was given, his comatose state evident by the whites of his rolling eyes. --- Turn 10

"..." Ginger pulled back once she reached the end of her combo attack. She looked at her downed opponent lying atop the rustling green grass. After internally praising her fallen adversaries for a good fight, she turned her attention to the brute with the disgustingly smug look upon his face. The ground before the man seemed to be disturbed. Looking closer, it seemed as if he had pulled another fucking rock from the ground. "Pfft-" Ginger closed her mouth as tightly as she possibly could. The air from her lungs that would have formed laughter became trapped within her mouth, puffing up the woman's cheeks. Too keep her fiery spirit and powers and composure steady, she needn't have her mental fortitude disturbed by this guys comedy act. Though the comedy prop seemed smaller this time around it probably hurt just as much as if it were the same size as the previous boulder. It was alright. Ginger was going to end this as fast as she could. The arrancar took up a fighting stance; hands held up chest high, a half foot away from her person, feet placed shoulder width apart, and body as firm as possible. "Oww," a small groan escaped her mouth as she felt the small amount of blood escaping from the minor wounds that she had suffered at the hands of the lanky guy. The flaming arrancar shook it off and prepared herself to go on the offensive. "It's time for this move to make it's debut!" Stomping her right foot firmly against the ground, she made a crater in the grass beneath her feet about two feet in diameter and half a foot deep. The grass surrounding her foot and her whole right leg beneath her thigh caught fire instantaneously. Licking her lips, Ginger smiled slyly. Though it wasn't some bloodthirsty, sadistic smile like the two fallen guys had on their faces earlier, the facial expression did seem like it would spell trouble for whomever would be on the end of this new attack the humanoid spirit had up her sleeve. Jango. Using that flaming foot as leverage, she launched herself forward through the air at the redheaded punk with the pet rock. As she flew through the air, she began bringing that flaming foot around to use her heel for the attack. Seconds before impact, she began gathering a flaming red energy on the heel of her foot to use in tow with the already-flaming kick. "Scram, whelp!" she roared. “Too damn bright.” Jango preferred to be in the midst of battle when possible, his current position on the outer edge of the combat zone serving to sour his mood. Worse still was his ability to comprehend what was going on inside the fire show until it was all over, the branch getting burned by the flaming star who seemed to turn her attention towards him. Little firefly was an eyesore. The bullish Arrancar knew better than to lose track of an opponent in combat. Yet the bug shined so brightly that he had to look away and measure her approach by the sheer heat her transformed state was giving off. When his skin was starting to roast, the bull acted swiftly, raising a single arm just in time to meet the female’s jump kick. Yet he had underestimated the little Arrancar, deflecting one foot but falling to another follow up attack that caused him to stumble backwards. Her previously harmless flames actually burned him, a reaction that Jango refused to grant a vocal response to by grinding his teeth. With the brunt of her force over, the bull threw his arm outwards to disperse any remaining fire. Yet no amount of shaking could disperse the multi-coloured flames that lingered on his blocking arm. He decided to ignore them for the time being, any display of weakness might give away the fact that he was essentially at the limits of what he could take. The brute was quite surprised it had come to this. He had anticipated outlasting the bugs whilst only using a small portion of his power. It seemed even the mighty Jango could make a mistake from time to time. “That all, whelp?” Jango taunted, spitting at the dying embers around his feet.
