Once this is done with, know that I will be coming for you and your kin.
Almost as if the land itself said that it needed a break from all of this "tropical nonsense" the southern parts of South America are actually not nearly as tropical as the rest of the continent. The land quickly rises into the longest continental mountain range on the planet, the Andes Mountains. Weather in this area is much more temperately oriented, having a wide variety of both warmer and cooler climates throughout the region.

Oddly enough, the South is very similar to the Northwest in economics, although it is a little worse off due to its heavier dependence on exports and services as means of revenue rather than actual product capital. The severity of economic issues faced differ from country to country in this regard. Nevertheless, the region has been enjoying economic growth in recent years and although there have been cases of civil unrest and even a coup d'état in a few countries, it is not with nearly the same consistency as South America's Northwest region.

As for the spiritual aspect, Hollow can be found on a moderate basis, definitely within the capcity of Seireitei to manage. Most of the Hollow in this area actually take the form of mountain dwelling creatures, allowing them to move across the rocky terrain with ease. The only partial exception to this is Argentina, which with it's variable climates can house many different types of Hollow.

The South of South America. Rocky mountains, breathtaking views, and... is that a giant ram?
