Master Shou had meditated deeply for the next day for the test, his eyes opened when Serina came in. "It is good that you are ready for the final test" he said to her. He stood up and went over to a chest, he opened it and pulled out the dagger. He went over to her and handed the weapon to her "You're final test is the conquer the weapon using your soul" he said to her "If the weapon accepts you, it will change to fit your fighting style, if it does not the energy from it may destroy you" he said. |

Serina reached out and somewhat nervously gripped the handle. She had a healthy fear of death, but she had come too far to look back now. As the blade slide from Master Shou’s hand to hers, she could feel something inside her. She then let out a scream as the blade morphed in her hand. The tearing edge of the blade slowly filled in and the blade became doubled edged with a much thinner profile. When the pain stopped Serina looked down at the weapon. It was now twenty two centimeters long blade with the hilt adding another seven centimeters to the length. The silver blade was three and half centimeters wide at the hilt and three quarters of an inch think with a smooth tapper to the point. The blade also had two thin channels running down the hilt. They were blood red like the original edge of the weapon before Shou handed it to her. The hilt was a polished black and at the pummel a flawless diamond which had twenty four facets coming to a sharp point. She notated that that its balance point was right at the base of the blade and that the hilt allowed it to be held at any point. Serina looked up at Master Shou. “Why did it do that?” Serina did not understand why the blade changed to suit her own method of fighting. |

Master Shou watched as the Blade changed in Serina's hand he smiled when she questioned what happened. "The blade did that because it has accepted you as its master" he bowed to her "It is your's now, what you do with it here, it is up to you" he told her smiling at her "Congraduations Blade Warrior" |
