Isabella stepped trough the portal with Oren. They were on the edge of a small village that she suspected was Sol. She let out her breath. Her stomach had tried to jump through her throat, but he as used to it. The sick feeling in the bottom of her stomach was normal to her after years of traveling through portals. She rubbed Oren's back and looked up at him,"Are you alright? You ate quite a bit beforehand, that is never a good idea before portal travel." She rubbed small circles between his shoulder blades,"It will pass in a few minutes. It really helps if you don't breathe whi..." "ORENNNNNNNNNNN!" A beautiful girl with long blue hair came running up. She was about to throw her arms around him when she caught sight of Bella. Her eyes widened,"Ahh.... Kitty." She smiled and hugged Bella, reaching up to flick one of her ears,"KITTY!" Bella's ears flattened when the girl flicked them, but she smiled anyway,"I take it this is your sister?" |

Oren came through the portal coughing, he leaned over and threw up some he hated the feeling of that. It was the same feeling he had when his granddad pushed him through the portal. He looked up when he felt Bella rubbing his back he coughed again "I...I'm fine" he said standing back up all the way, he wipped his mouth and pulled some water out his bag drinking it before spitting it out. Oren looked over when he heard the girl call him he was about to hug her until she opted to hug Bella instead, Oren just sighed and lowered his head. He looked at Bella "Yep this is my sister Delphi..." he laughed "Delphi this is my girlfriend Bella, oh and don't flick her ears" he told her sighing. |

Isabella looked at Oren with concern in her eyes,"I will fix you something to make you feel better. I should have the stuff in my pouch." She hugged Delphi as the girl continued to cling to her. She could tell that she was fighting the urge to pet her head. She let her go,"Hi, Delphi. Mine name is Isabella." She smirked and answered the question before it could be asked,"I am a chimera, a human fused with a cat through alchemy." She smiled and flicked her tail to the side so that it could be seen,"There are claws too." Delphi stared at Bella for a moment before turning to Drake and sticking out her tongue. She had a smug look,"Bella didn't complain about it. Why should you?" Bella sighed,"I actually really don't like it when people do that." Delphi blushed and looked down at her feet,"Sorry, I had to see if they were real." She hugged Oren's neck, smiling up at him,"I missed you, big brother. How did your mission go?" |

Oren watched as Bella and Delphi interacted with a smile on his face, they did seem to be getting along it made Oren happy and bought a warm feeling to his heart. He smirked when Bella said she didn't like when people flicked her ear "Told ya" he said to her Delphi as he hugged her back. "My mission went fine, Bella has the blade" he said letting go of his sister. "Where's granddad at...umm I'm trying to avoid him for the time being" he said under his breath. |

Isabella laughed lightly as her ears twitched. It was too surreal to be surrounded by people who had no idea that all her cat parts were very real. No one had ever flicked her ear before to see it it was fake. Children had done it sometimes out of curiosity, but they also pulled her tail to get her attention. She hoped that Delphi wouldn't start playing with her tail. Her worst fear was that the girl would toss a ball of yarn or dangle a string. She might be a panther, but no cat could resist playing like that. Grown as she was, she would revert to kitten behavior in a heartbeat. Her eyes traveled to an older man covered in tattoos that seemed to be coming toward them,"Is that him?" Delphi smiled,"Good, Granddad should be really happy. He was worried that you might not be able to find the other Blade Warrior" She looked in the direction that Bella was. She laughed,"Yep, that looks like him." She smirked and poked Drake's side,"So much for hiding, huh big brother?" |

Oren looked down for a moment then over at Bella "You okay" he whispered to her she seemed like she was out of place here. "Don't worry Delphi didn't mean anything by it...she just really really like cats" he said to her smiling he kissed Bella on the cheek. When she asked who the man was Oren looked over his eyes widened in shock Delphi said he couldn't hide. "We'll see about that..." Oren said as he turned on his heel, he used his shadow steps and left an afterimage there seemingly vanished. A few seconds later Oren landed in front of Bella and Delphi coughing hard and holding his stomach. His eyes were wide in pain as he gasped for breath the older man appeared over Oren and kicked him in the side "Stupid" he said to Oren "Trying to run using those amature moves of yours" Oren looked up "Sor...sorry Grandad" he said, Xeus shook his head and turned to Delphi and Bella "I apologize for that miss Bella, how do you do I'm Xeus Drake, Oren and Delphi's grandfather...and teacher" he said to her holding his hand out. |

Isabella smiled and rubbed the back of her head,"Am I that obvious?" She blushed,"Forgive me for acting strangely, but I truly have never encountered anyone that couldn't believe I was part cat. Most people have seen someone like me before in their lifetime. It is just strange having someone react to me in that way." Delphi smiled,"Oren is right. You really shouldn't be worried. If I didn't like cats so much, I wouldn't have acted that way." She sighed as Drake took off,"You think that he would learn by now." She looked down at her brother,"No one can outrun Granddad." Isabella knelt down and stroked Oren's hair out of his eyes,"You alright?" She smiled and handed him a mint leaf out of her pouch,"Put this on your tongue. It will help with the nausea from earlier and the pain." She stood up and bowed low to Xeus before standing up and shaking his hand. She smiled,"Nothing to be sorry for, Oren will be fine. It is nice to meet you, Mister Drake. I am honored to make your acquaintance." Delphi laughed,"You don't have to be so serious." Bella looked at Delphi with a confused expression,"Yama taught me it is always important to show respect." |

Xeus smiled and took Bella's hand "It is nice to meet you grand daughter to be...Yama has told me much about you" he said releasing her hand slowly. He looked down at Oren, he was still breathing hard despite eatting the leaf Bella had just given him. "Ouch...dammit!" Oren yelled. Xeus' eye twitched "Oren language" he said trying to kick Oren again. Oren smirked and grabbed Xeus foot and pushed him away while hopping up Oren lept into the air off the ground and pulled his sword out. "Eat this old man!!!" he yelled. Oren swung his sword but Xeus stepped out the way and grabbed the blade "Crap" Oren mumbled as he Xeus pulled him forward by his blade and kneed Oren in the gut, Oren coughed up spit as Xeus continued through with a kick that sent Oren into a hay stack. Oren laid there as Xeus examined the blade "Hasn't changed at all, don't tell me even after all of that you did, you still haven't accessed this Blade's power yet..." he sighed and turned to Oren. "Training will begin tomorrow morning, clean up that hay and get to bed...you and Bella can have your room in the guest house..." Xeus walked away and Oren just laid there in the hay "He took my sword..." he said before the blade stabbed into the ground next to his head Oren eyes widened in fear as he looked at how close it was to his head. |

Isabella smiled shyly and stared at her feet,"It is good to hear that Yama thinks enough of me to tell you anything much about me at all." She laughed when Oren cursed. The leaf should have helped him more, but getting hit in such a way when you felt sick never boded well for the body. She went over to Drake when he landed in the haystack. The color drained out of her face at the mere mention of training. She blushed a bright shade of red suddenly when she realized that she and Oren would be on their own. She extended her hand to Drake with a heavy sigh,"Come on, we need to get this cleaned up so that we can get to bed." Delphi smirked,"Wow, brother, Kitty sure is eager to be alone with you." Bella's ears twitched and her tail flicked slightly,"Did you just call me Kitty?" Delphi nodded,"Yeah, you are a cat, or part cat anyway. So... you are a Kitty." Bella shut her eyes tight and sighed,"I can't argue with that, so fine. You can call me Kitty if you must." Delphi smiled,"I will make a deal with you. Your Kitty until I have a niece or nephew." Bella smirked,"Deal." |

Oren just layed in the haystack as he listened to Bella and Delphi talk "I still can't beat him" Oren said to himself he sighed heavily at the mere thought of not being able to beat his grandfather in battle yet, it made him extremely sad to the point of damn near tears, but Oren wouldn't let that show. He started to sit up when Bella said they should clean up "Yeah we should" he said he looked at Bella then back to Delphi when they talked about nicknames. He laughed some as he pulled his sword out the ground and started to fix the hay, something shot out the hay and landed on Oren's head. He looked up it was a black kitten laying on his head swinging at Oren's dangling hair. "MEOW" the kitten went in a soft voice Oren smiled and picked her up off her head and nuzzled the kitten's nose with his own "Heya Artemis..." he smiled and sat the kitten down, she rubbed against his legs softly purring. Oren looked at Bella "This is Artemis" he said to her. |
