Eve relaxed against Canis and smiled. She picked ideally at the light fabric of her skirt. It was well worn from riding, and it felt very comfortable. The horses where making loving noises that pulled Eve out of her daydreams of a life for her child that had been like hers in some ways. The worship of gods, learning to cook, and taking care of the family and animals had all been a part of her daily routine. Their child's life would be different. She wanted badly for their child to be happy. She smiled,"Yes, my life has become much better since I met you as well. Everything seems nearly perfect now." She looked at their horses,"They really are." She looked back at Canis with a small smile,"That would be perfect. Nothing could be better than staying hidden away with you for the rest of eternity. Sadly, we still have work that we have to do." She winced when the baby kicked extra hard. Her smile became strained,"I can feel him. It as if he is trying to kick his way out of me right now. I do wish he would.... AHHHH." Another rather hard kick made the small acknowledgment of her pain escape her lips. She sighed,"Sometimes I wonder if it might be more that one little baby assaulting my body." |

Canis smirked at her as he thought about their life together, how much fun it would be to raise a child with her and how much he would teach their child. He couldn't help but to continue to smile at her until she spoke "I'm glad everything is perfect now" he said to her kissing her nose he looked down for a moment "I know we have work to do, but its nice to dream for the time being..." he put his hand on her stomach when the baby continued to kick "You don't think you're having twins do you?" he asked her. His smile increasing "That would make everything perfect if you did, a girl and a boy is all I could ask for" he kissed her. |

Eve sighed and closed her eyes, tilting her head to kiss Canis' neck. She smiled lightly,"This isn't really a dream. This is supposed to be practice, remember? We can think of it as a short vacation of sorts. You can be the loving husband, and I can be the happy wife. At least here, we don't have to act like two professionals who are nothing more than co-workers." She kissed him back and put her hand over his on her stomach. She opened her eyes and stared up at the sky,"I think so. It feels like more than one child. There is no way to know until I give birth." She smiled and kissed Canis,"Yes, it would be absolutely perfect." |

Canis smirked at her and laughed kissing her softly "So, we're really doing the house thing" he said to her as he walked the horses to a small INN "Well that sounds like a plan to me , the best plan I've heard in a long while" he said as he climbed off Mist and helped her down as well. He tied Mist and Crimson up and looked at the two of them "Behave" he said as he walked into the INN with Eve "I hope its twins, I can't wait to see" he said going up to the front desk "One of your best rooms please" Canis said to the guy he looked up handing them a key "50 a night" he said Canis nodded to him and gave him about 200. |

Eve kissed Canis back,"Yes, why wouldn't we? It will make this little miniature vacation that much more fun." She smiled as Canis helped her down from Mist. She linked her arm with his and walked into the INN. She placed a hand on her stomach,"I do too. We have to wait just a few more months, but we will find out soon enough." She walked with Canis toward the room,"How long do you plan on us staying here?" |

Canis walked with her to the room he looked at her even though she was pregnant she did not lose her figure what-so-ever she was still very sexy. He walked in the room with her "Well as long as we can...but I suspect they will be coming for us by the end of tomorrow..." he sighed "Since they can't really do much with their two top soldiers here..." he said sitting on the bed with her "So, lets just enjoy our time right now" |

A shadow jumped to their window "Milord, Milady" The assassin said bowing to them both "Furia has requested your presence as well as his Lord Emertico immediately" he set a marble down on the window pang "This portal will take you directly to his Lord's throne room..." he said as he vanished. |

Eve smiled and leaned against him when they sat down on the bed. She yawned slightly, a small smile turning up the corners of her mouth,"Something tells me that we will be lucky if we can even catch up on our sleep before they arrive." She sighed,"Being pregnant is making me so much more tired than I normally would be. I have been sleeping every night for the last few months. You know me, that is strange behavior on my part." She poked her belly,"They need to hurry up and get out of there so that I can go back to my normal routine. Staying up for days and crashing when I am finally given a break." She smirked and kissed Canis, moving over into his lap,"Let's. I would hate to waste any ti..." Her words came to an abrupt halt when the shadow arrived. Eve slid out of Canis' lap,"Mist and Crimson should go home anyway, it has been a while since they got to be there together. Plus, I would rather take our mini vacation at home." She went over to window and whistled. Mist came trotting up underneath it with Crimson beside him. She looked back at Canis with a sly expression,"Grab the stone? We can charge it once we are a little ways out of this town." Her eyes glinted as she jumped from the window, avoiding landing on either of the horses like she normally would to land in a crouch next to them both. |

Canis smiled at her "I don't know" he poked her stomach "Your belly is kinda sexy like this...not saying you abes aren't sexy...this is just a nice change" he smirked and kissed her stomach When the assassin arrived he sighed heavily and stood up. He walked over to the window and jumped out of it with her he landed next to the horses and grabbed their reigns walking them instead of riding of them. "Hop on" he said putting Eve on Mist so she didn't have to be on her feet. He walked with them to the edge of town and pulled out the marble "Okay lets go" he said cracking the marble a portal opened and they walked through it. <EXIT> |
