Eveliina stared down at her feet for a moment. What she was about to say could have varying effects on Canis' emotional state. She kissed him back,"He moved... I don't think you killed your brother. He was reaching for that blade of his." She smiled,"You aren't going to lose this family. I won't let that happen." She leaned into him slightly as they walked. She laughed as she looked back at Mist and Crimson. Mist came forward and butted her shoulder. She stopped,"Wait... I have clothes in the saddle bag. Some of mine and some of yours. Nothing spectacular, but we can get better cloths in the next town." She let down her hair and shook it out,"What are we going to do in the town?" |

Canis' eyes widened "He...he moved..." he looked down for a moment he didn't know how to feel, he couldn't go against his orders. He had to kill Oren but there was another part of him that was happy to hear it. He shook his head unable to deal with this at the moment, he looked at Eve "Thank you" he said to her "I don't want to lose this family, I know I won't" he said kissing her. Canis turned back to Mist "Hey boy..." he said Crimson came over to him and nuzzled him he rubbed her mane "They want to come too I guess" He said "We are just going to relax...Furia's forces will be here to soon, he told me once I had sized up the power of the Blade my cavalry and your team was to pull back until further orders" he looked down and grabbed her hand he then let go of it and started to take off his armor. "So we'll relax and play house for a bit...practice being married" |

Eve stroked Canis' cheek with her thumb. She watched the wave of emotion flow through his eyes. She smiled,"It isn't a bad thing to be happy about this. I am not going to go tell Emeretico that you did this on purpose. As a matter of fact, as far as we both know, Oren is dead." She feigned an innocent and confused luck,"And the little chimera took off with blade weapon. We were both so injured we had to go to the closest town to get healed. Oren came after us both, after I thought I had destroyed the little chimera." She smirked,"Many things can be said for years of coming up with crafty little lies. They get easier." She kissed him back,"There isn't a single reason to thank me." Mist went over to Canis and huffed, nudging his arm to get his attention. She laughed,"Of course they want to come. They are like our kids. We can't really expect to leave them anywhere." She nodded her head,"Understood." She began to strip off her armor and the second skin. She stood there for a moment enjoying the sun,"That sounds great. I just can't wait until we get to have the real thing." |

Canis smiled at her "I'm glad you understand" he listened to her come up with a very elaborate lie about the situation, he couldn't help but to laugh "Okay that lie was a little too good for something on the spot, you've thought stuff like this through haven't you" he asked her joking. His laughter faded "But I do need to thank you, for taking care of me...and having my child" he said to her before turning to the horses he rubbed Mist's head "They are, and I bet they'll be jealous when the baby comes" he said he started to take off his armor as well putting the heavy stuff in a sack on Crimson's side. The horse shrugged it off, Canis turned to look at Eve for a moment, he went over to her and picked her up and laid her on the ground. "I'm glad it sounds great" he said kissing her on lips passionately. |

Eve laughed and smirked,"No, I am just used to having about five minutes to come up with a believable story before Emeretico can take my head. Believe me, my first three years weren't easy. There was a massive resistance back then. I constantly ended up going too far and killing too many. Undead aren't quite as good as scared converts. He would have been angry if he knew the blood lust kept me from holding back." Her expression softened and she kissed Canis,"I need to think you too. You have cared for me, stayed with me, and given me the greatest gift I could ever have." Her palm found her stomach almost involuntarily. She pushed gently and laughed when the baby kicked back,"This child... is more than I could have ever asked for." She started to dig through Mist's saddle bag, pulling out her dress and Canis' clothing. She stroked his mane,"No, I think they will love the baby. They will be super protective. Crimson specially. She looks like she might have one on the way as well." Eve laughed when Canis picked her up, wrapping herself around him automatically. She moaned as he kissed him, kissing him back just as passionately. She moved against him,"Practicing is always so much fun." |

Canis smirked at her "Okay I guess thats a good excuse" he said to her kissing her again "Well I'm glad one of your meaning skills is lying" he joked with her, he moved his hand down to her stomach as well when she spoke "We'll thank each other, its the only way it should be" he smiled at her "We have given each other so much, and soon we'll have much much more" he told her. He laughed about the horses "Yeah they will" he looked at Crimson she did look a little bigger "You maybe right, she does look bigger..." he said Crimson huffed loudly for a moment as if signifying yes. Canis turned back to Eve and kissed her again "Practicing is always fun" he told her kissing her neck "We can practice other things right now" he said. |

Eve laughed sarcastically,"Oh me too, because I have to use it so much outside of work. How else could I function?" She laced her fingers through Canis'. It felt surreal to be standing here talking about their child. They had been trying for months. Neither of them would admit to each other at first, but they wanted badly to have a child and a normal life together. She smiled lovingly up at him,"As long as we are together, there won't be any need to thank each other." She looked at Crimson,"Congratulations, girl." Eve turned to Canis and kissed him back,"Ummm, lets practice making another kid." |

Canis smiled at Eve and laughed "I was only joking..." he winked at her knowing she was joking as well. He smiled at her softly when she laced her fingers through his, he was happy just like this. At the moment the entire needing power thing, the want to out do his brother none of that matter, none of it, he was just happy with her. With a normal life with his family, but how long could this really last. "Well then we should just be thankful we found one another" he told her. Crimson huffed loudly and walked over to Mist nuzzeling his face with her own. Canis smiled at Eve "Sounds fun" he said kissing her passionately and running his hand up her leg wrapping her leg around his waste. |

Eve placed a hand on the side of his face,"What are you thinking right now? What thoughts come to your mind as we lay here in this clearing? Because I can't stop wondering when I am going to wake up." She sighed and kissed him,"This just doesn't feel real. You know that saying,'If something seems to good to be true, it usually is.' Well, I am sorta waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am waiting for Osin to find out and try to kill us both." Mist nuzzled Crimson's face and butted her stomach gently. Eve smiled,"I am thankful that we found each other. I am thankful to those three old fools for pushing us together. Everyday." She kissed him back just as passionately. She sighed,"Did I ruin the mood?" |

Canis smiled at her softly "I'm thinking, I'm thinking that this can't be real, that I can't be here, its just too perfect" he kissed her "But I know it is, and thats why I'm so happy" he laughed at what she said he then nuzzled her face "If he comes, I'll kick his ass" he told her kissing her on the chin then on the lips. Crimson huffed and ran to get Mist to chase her. He shook his head at her and ran his hand to her stomach "You didn't ruin the mood," he said to her "I love you so much Eveliina" he kissed her again. |
