"I'm funny enough..." said Kaiber as he slowly bleeding down his left arm. It was dead weight to him now. "Volutta probably wants to do more then just get on top of me," said Kaiber going off Mary's play of words. "I've foiled enough of her plans for her to know me by name, if you mention me I'm sure she won't be happy about you leaving me alive." Mary soon left the tent however and Kaiber stumbled on forward to head outside the tent walking slowly up to Ryuu's side. "Heh, they're retreating. I guess we count this as a win, right?" said Kaiber with a grin over at Ryuu before forcing himself to stand up straight as he sheathed his half blade. "Is it me or are Legion women weak against male Bravado?" Before Kaiber could even laugh or smirk at his joke however he fell straight to the floor, his muscles locking up and failing to respond. 'Damn.... I may have permanent muscle damage because of this....' thought Kaiber before fading into unconciousness. |

Adam growled and forced Ryu back knowing the ronin had little to no strength left at the moment. "Ryu Akira, you have disappointed me this battle, but it seems your strategy was superior in leading your troops away" he said putting his sword away he looked at Mary when she ordered him around "Quiet!" he barked at her "You forget your place when you speak to your superior officer, show more respect Mary" he told her as he turned to walk away "We shall finish this another time Ryu" Adam said climbing on his horse and riding off with Mary. |

Ryu growled as he and Adam met in a stalemate if he wasn't so weakened from his last battle he would have never had this much trouble fighting him. He jumped back as Adam's sword nearly hit him and slid to a stop. He stabbed his blade into the ground breathing hard. He watched as Mary and Adam made their retreat he let out a sigh of relief "That was close if that had kept up I would be dead right now" he looked at Kaiber "I call that a vicotry...barely" he said knealing down he laughed when Kaiber fainted "Great, I'm not carrying you...get that girl you bought here to do that" he said to him. |

Ashley looked at Kaiber and knelt down beside him. She noticed he was wounded and she ripped off some of her shirt and wrapped it tight around Kaiber's leg. "Come on back to the tent with you," she said as she picked Kaiber up. "Damn," she said. "Leave me to clean up your mess I see." She shook her head and carried him to a safe place. "Ryu where to take him to?" she asked as she looked at Ryu. |

Mary sheathed her weapon and glowered at Adam. She smirked,"Since when have you cared if I made a suggestion? I was not ordering you around, oh leader mine, I was saying that we should leave. Everyone else is gone." She laughed,"Plus, Knight can deal with me if he thinks I am disobedient. I answer to him." She mounted her horse and waited for Adam to do the same. She turned back one last time to look at Kaiber,"I will see you again..." She road off after Adam back to the stronghold. <<EXIT>> |
