<ENTER> Drake and Bella walked through the forest towards the base, Drake looked at Bella "Bella" he said to her softly as he stopped "I am sorry about all of this" he looked down and turned to her holding both her hands in his. "I was a fool, I should have told you how I felt as soon as you said something, but I was..." he saw his grandfather "My grandfather said that I would have to sacrifice my happiness for the good of the world, I thought this is what he meant, but Master Ryu was right..." he smirked "I love you and you love me, we should be together. And I want to be with you always..." he smiled at her "I hope you feel the same....if not then I understand...." |

Isabella looked at Drake with an almost agitated expression when they stopped. She didn't want to have this discussion right now. She jerked her hands out of his, really not wanting to be touched at the moment. She glared at him,"You are right. You were a fool." She growled,"I can tell you what you were. You were blinded by your hate for the Legion to the point of not trusting me, or not caring about what I was going through. I have been a puppet my entire life, if you only end to pull my strings in this new way then I should have stayed." Bella rolled her eyes,"Obviously, I feel the same way. I just left Pantera laying in a puddle of his own blood for you." She glared at him,"But you seriously have a ways to go before you get back on my good side. Threatening my life and ignoring the fact that I told you I loved you for the first time is not the way to my heart." She started to walk into the camp again,"I want to be with you, but you need to understand my life beforehand. I see that now." |

Drake looked down for a moment when she pulled his hands away "Maybe..." he started to say "Maybe if you would have told me about things like this beforehand...I wouldn't have reacted that way don't you think..." he said to her he wasn't going to hold his tongue this time she spoke like she was the only one who had a bad life, in a world where everything was shit blown to hell she was the only one with a bad life. "Slavery...you want to talk about slavery. I've been a slave to a suppsoed destiny I don't want any part of my whole life" he said to her "I was born and breed for battle since I came out of my mother...I never had a real a childhood never had friends, never got to experience anything outside of training to become some great warrior that I never wanted to be..." he said to her stepping back, his breathing labored some for his wounds were only slightly "healed". "I was trianed to be a different way in battle, not show any emotion to those who threaten my life...I did what I WAS programmed to do much like you did what you were programmed to do...only difference is there was a word to activate yours...while it took your claws digging into my face or his pulling out a vital organ to activate mine..." he said in a tone filled with anger towards her, he didn't need her preaching to him about a fucked up life when she knew nothing of his either. He walked away going towards the base "Maybe its you that need to be able to understand others...you're not special just cause your a chimera in a human world Bella, we all have inner demons to deal with..." he said under his breath as he kept walking. |

Isabella growled and punched a tree. The bark biting into her skin, cleared her mind. She sighed,"I knew you for ONE day, Oren. I hardly had time to tell you that I was made a chimera because I was the perfect genetic match for my best friends son, who was aged to be the first and strongest chimera." Her eyes became dead for a moment,"I also didn't have time to explain that I was punished for not getting pregnant right away. That the reason I took off wasn't because I was desperate to get away from the Legion, but because I had been locked away for a year." She glared at Drake's back,"Nor did I have the time to tell you, that I go into heat like a damn cat now. So when I was locked away from everyone for a year, I went through pure hell twice." Bella glared at his back,"Don't you dare stand there and preach to me about my programming." She blocked his path and growled,"At least you had your own mind, I was forced to do things that would make your skin crawl." She narrowed her eyes,"I know I am not special, not in this world. The Legion might have treated me like a slave, but I was considered powerful." She went around him and started to walk back toward the pasture,"Tell Ryu that I am sorry, but I should go home." She paused and hung her head,"I love you, Oren, but I shouldn't have to explain the unexplainable to make you want me again." She lifted her head,"The stuff that will heal your wounds is the color of the sky. The jar has a rose painted on the front." |

Drake stopped walking for a moment he lowered his head "I'm sorry" he said to her plain and simple his back was still to her as she talked about going back home. Drake opened his mouth to talk but instead coughed up blood, he laughed some wipping his mouth. "I will never not want you...I told you before you're my best friend" he looked back at her "If I could give up my destiny, if there was some way I could go back in time to where we both weren't turned into what we are...I would, just so I could live a normal life with you Bella" he leaned against a tree and slid down to the ground holding his stomach, his sword was no longer healing him and he was bleeding perfusly at the moment "Even if I died now, I would die happy knowing you loved me...cause its all I ever wanted..." he looked up at her "And I hope you know, that no matter what I love you too..." he reached out to her slowly "Forgive me..." He said before his hand fell to the ground lifeless his head slumped over a his eyes closed as his sword fell to the ground. Drake was barely breathing his wound bubbling where some of the reptile chimera blood had gotten in. |

Kaiber had fallen a little behind Ashley keeping the rear guard, it seemed clear for most of their way back to the resistance, however shouting soon came from up ahead, and she was kneeling near a man with bubbling wounds. "Chimera wound..... damn, I didn't want to have to use the antidote so soon." said Kaiber as he kneeled down pulling forth a vail and letting the violet ooze drip onto the man's wound. "Give it a minute it should work..... then I'll need to find Ryuu and Yama...." |

Drake eyes opened some as the man gave him the andidote, he looked around at the people around him, he didn't know who they were. "Who are you?" he asked in a nervous voice as if he was on guard. He started to stand up using the tree as leverage he looked around for Bella. "Bella" Drake said to her he was still hurting but he didn't care he walked over to her and put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey..." he looked away for a moment then looked back at her "I'm really sorry about everything, I don't want you to go...I need you with me" he said to her "I don't care if you're mad at me right now...and you don't have to explain anything to me...I don't care about any of that, I just want you with me..." his voice as soft enough for only her to hear him. Drake figured the other people would think he was nuts for showing such effection towards a chimera but he didn't care at all. |

"My name is indeed Kaiber, however I need to contact Ryuu and Yama." said Kaiber eyeing bella for a moment and then turning his attention to the camp. "I'm afraid I don't have much time to loose, we managed to pass the assault squad, but we may have no more then half a bell.(half an hour)Bella I'm sure you can handle watching over these two while I check up on a few things."
