Ashley pulled out her sword and used her upper cut attack move on the Chimera that was going to attack her. Then she combined her speeddevil attack along with her upper cut attack and stabbed her sword straight into the Chimera's chest. "That was too easy," Ashley said as she pulled her sword out. She watched as Kaiber fought and she stood beside him. |

"Stay close," said Kaiber as he loosed the chain upon his belt and began spinning it around rapidly to defend against projectiles that assassin's loved to use through the smoke. He being trained as an assassin he knew a lot of their technices and was prepared for this one. The chain swirled through the air singing against the wind it came in contact with as the smoke began to dispurse from the rapid movement of the chain. A clink sounded as metal hit metal. Kaiber almost lost his spin upon contact but he was able to retain it. As the smoke cleared Kaiber's chain swung through the air straight to his opponent seeking to enwrap him in the chain and Kaiber charged forward to slash him with his Ninjato. (Medium Attack Signature) |

Ashley watched as Kaiber began to spin a loose chain from his belt. She used her speeddevil attack along with her upper cut attack and slashed at the chimera. “Well I think that’s all of them,” she said as she looked around. “I could be wrong.” |

The Chimera attacking Kaiber was thrown by his defense and attack. It dropped to the ground after being stabbed with the ninjato. The one Ashley attacked barely survived the attack it was writing something in the dirt as its dying act. It was also chanting something under its breath when he finished writing he looked up at the markings it was some type of alchemy "Mistress Eveliina, expereinced two capable warriors sending you detail of their abilities now..." he placed both hands ont he markings and it glowed purple this caused the chimera to explode into flames as it layed down and died. |

Kaiber ripped his Ninjato free which was now coated with the posionous blood of the chimera, he would keep it on there for now. As he looked over to the one ashley had killed he saw the Chimera drawing something. "Stop him!" exclaimed Kaiber as he rushed forward to stop him, but as he approached striking distance it was too late. The chimera burst into purple flames and fizzled to nothing but ash. Kaiber looked to Ashley. "Like it or not, I think you just picked a side in this war." said Kaiber before looking up to his hawk. It had finally finished the rabbit and it took off with a screech. A slight smirk crawled across Kaiber's face as he looked back to Ashley. "I have to return to the resistance. Those forces moving past us said something about whipping them all out in one fell swoop, and I can't let that happen. Neighter can I ask you to endanger your life either." Kaiber steathed his sword and gathered his metal chain before stopping on last time. He sighed. "I know your going to follow me anyways.... so come on." He then headed off in pursuit of the enemies heading towards the resistance. |

Ashley looked at Kaiber and asked, “And what side may that be?” She watched as Kaiber killed the Chimera drawing in something. She smirked and said, “You damn right I am going to follow you anyway. You know better than trying to get rid of me.” She followed Kaiber. |
