Isabella smiled and stroked his cheek,"You are really cute when you get all flustered. It is very sweet." She laughed and blushed slightly,"I really don't like them all that much. They are very bothersome." She splayed her fingers out over his heart. She smiled,"The sound of a heartbeat has always been soothing too me. I don't know why, but it keeps my head in a very clear place. Yours just seemed to be even better than normal." She blushed when Drake started to lean toward her. She shut her eyes and began to lean in as well. Her ears twitched,"Ryu, how long were you over there?" She gave Drake a quick kiss before she jumped up and took off after Ryu, pouncing onto his back,"How much of that did you see before you chose to say something? Huh?" |

Drake smiled at her "You may not like them, but I do..." he said to her "Maybe I can help you like them too..." continued to smile softly at her. He put his hand on her over his heart, he could feel her pulse in her wrist it seemed in sync with his heart beat. "Only hearts that beat as one, are the ones that shall change the world..." it was an old saying that his grandfather used to say, something he and his grandmother came up with. However, it seemed to fit he and Bella more so now. Drake smiled when she leaned in until Ryu showed up. He laughed and kissed Bella back and stood up packing his blankets, he followed them. Ryu laughed "I just showed up, didn't hear much..." he looked at Drake "Though its good to know your ticker works well" he winked. Drake blushed and looked away "Master, that type of thing...umm...so whats the mission?" he asked. Ryu smirked "Me you and Bella are heading out to find our men that were captured, we believe the ones that followed you Drake were part of the same group..." he said. |

Isabella looked off into the distance. Her mind was on a time when she had rather enjoyed her cat traits. They had been perfect in her previous relationship, the one that she planned on denying until the day that she died. She looked sad for a moment,"I don't think I will ever be able to like them again. They remind me too strongly of the past." She smiled at him and stroked his cheek again,"That is very sweet. I like it." She clung to Ryu's back as they walked back toward the camp. She laughed and play swatted his ear, making sure not to scratch him,"Don't tease him. I can hear your heart beat too." Bella slid off Ryu's back and stretched,"Do you think the men will be alive this time? Volutta's beasts aren't known for leaving much to find." She looked down at the ground,"This is my fault." She looked up at Ryu with her sad kitty face,"I am sorry...." |

Drake looked at Bella he thought for a moment "Well I won't give up on trying to get you to like them. You should like everything about you even the stuff you consider bad" he nodded saying this. "I'm glad you like the saying...my grandfather made it up" he laughed. Ryu smiled when she swatted his ear "I was only playing with him Bella" he said to her. He stopped for a moment "They probably won't be, but we can hope" he walked over to her and rubbed her head "Its not your fault, the Legion would do that if you were with us or not" Drake walked up to her and put his arm around her "Even if we can't save those men, we can still protect everyone else here" Drake told her, "So, lets get to work" he smirked and kissed her cheek, "lead the way Master" Drake said to Ryu. Ryu smirked "Lets go..." |

Isabella smiled and shook her head,"If you knew about my past, you would understand why I hate it so much. I might be able to explain it to you one day. If we ever get close to Invidiare, the story will be necessary." She smiled,"Your grandfather sounds like a very smart man." She looked down at the ground with an extremely sad expression. She sighed,"I can't help but feel that I make it worse, Ryu. Before I got here, the camp could hide so much easier." She leaned into Drake's side for a moment,"Let's hope you are right." Bella straightened up and stepped in front of Ryu,"I might not be as good as a tracking mutt, but I can get us there faster." She let out her claws and climbed a tree. She started to jump from limb to limb, taking to the lead. <<EXIT>> |
