Xander looked at Nat his face went into a soft smile "Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a parent..." he laughed "Okay I get you, you will come with me from now on whenever I go somewhere" he stopped and looked at her and grabbed her hand when she pulled it back down, he smirked some "Hey thats a nice job...though" he started to run his finger up her hand tickling it on purpose "You went and ruined your lovely hand" he smiled at her letting her hand go. "I'm sorry Nat, I can't believe that..." he looked down saying it. Xander stared at both William and Vincent as he held Kena. "She has a life...who are you to decide if she is good or evil...doesn't the Bible say 'Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.'?" Xander said to them. When Nat started to speak he knew she was right he couldn't take her back to base. Ian would have her killed on sight "Fine..." Xander said turning to walk off "I will not return to base, I will take this girl somewhere she will not be harmed...Asia" he said walking away from the group "The resistance there will take her in." He stopped and looked at Nat "Are you coming Natalia?" he asked her. |

Vin looked at Xander "You can't be series, going to Asia with that...that creature" he sighed some. "Well you can't walk there..." he said climbing off Elenor. "Here you can borrow her for your trip...I mean, just make sure you bring her back, and be careful" Vin said to him. |

I have no doubt she was a girl and some point and its deplorable what happened to her but now it is a creature of hell." The Knight said. He withdrew his blade a bit so it wouldn't damage her throat. "Asia will offer you little. I've just come from the fight there. The best life your little girl will receive there will be imprisonment and experimentation until death" William insisted. Chiaotzu arrived with the pack horse and William motioned for him to mount it. Reluctantly he let his sword drop and sheathed it. "but if you insist, i know the way very well. And i would hate for let our differences over this matter tarnish what started well." |

Natalia smiled at Xander and shook her head. He had a way of making her so angry and then turning her mood completely around in an instant. If she wasn't so used to it by now, it would be aggravating. She laughed,"Read my mind." She smiled,"That would be nice..." Her mood improved even more when he complimented the job she had done. She blushed and clasped her hands behind her back,"It isn't that big of a deal. It's not like its my first scar, Xander." She sighed,"That is part of why I like you so much. You are always so eager for mankind to be better than what they truly are. This power isn't something that can be defeated, not when you ask for it or wholly accept it. Your heart has to be a little twisted to embrace something so dark." Natalia stepped over to Vincent and hugged his neck,"Thanks, it would be great it you didn't tell Ian about the kid. I really don't want to be in trouble when we get back." She glared at the Knight,"The resistance in Asia would never do something so horrible to a child. It is rumored they have a chimera as one of their higher ranking soldiers. The creature is supposed to be rather close to the people. Why would they not embrace this child?" She took Elenor's reins and walked her over to Xander,"Let's go..." |

Xander looked at Nat and smirked "Good you are promoted to my field partner" he smiled at her knowing that would make her happy. "It is a big deal, you shouldn't hurt yourself doing these things...thats why we have stuff in the lab" he looked down "I want to believe there's better people out there Nat...thats all, its all the hope I can have in this world" He turned to the Knight "The resistance will not turn her plight away" he said to him. "Thank you for offering your assistance, it is greatly appreciated..." Xander walked over to Elenor and sat Kena on her he turned to Vin "Thank you Vincent..." he nodded at him then turned back to Nat "Lets us begin our journey" he said walking away with Nat and Elenor he figured William would follow behind them. <EXIT> |

"I suggest we go to Israel. There are other Templar there where we can find some safety. the road there will be long. Several weeks at the least. Camping along the way will be dangerous but my brethren there will be able to shelter us in true safety for a few nights to rest and resupply." William said as he cumbersomely mounted his horse. Chiaotzu came in behind him riding the pack horse. |
