As soon as she saw him move, she took off after Canis. She waited quite a long time before she reached out and grabbed his arm. Her eyes were sad as she spun him to face her. She shut her eyes for a moment,"Don't... don't shut yourself away from me. Don't throw up these walls." She opened her eyes and touched the side of his face once more,"I know it hurt. You can't deny that. I know you too well." She smiled sadly,"Please.... let me be here for you. This is were I want to be." Eve kissed Canis softly. She let her hand drop,"I love you..."
