Yeah I know this is probably a waste of a topic but, we need to get on the site and chat about something every once and awhile. Me? Well,SSBB,CoD World at War,and Pokemon Emerald. Super Smash Brothers Brawl makes me proud that I own a Wii. Graphics are great, gameplay, and the music is fantastic. Call of Duty:World at War was the first first-person shooter I ever bought. Personally, that game had the most satisfying ending ever. Nothing felt more epic than seeing Reznov saving you by slicing up that nazi and having him say, "You can make it, my friend. You always survive" after being shot. CoD 4's ending was a bit depressing, but somewhat satisfying. A lot of the call of duty fans dislike W@W, but not me. I'm usually able to kill the the enemy players with a sniper rifle (something I cant do in CoD 4). Last but not least, Pokemon Emerald. The game that drew me into pokemon, I'll never regret it. Basically its, as u two already know, Ruby and Sapphire combined with minor changes. I remember facing the champion, and then that awesome moment when I beat him.

Well for MY favorites....Dark Cloud 1 and 2 (2 is also known as Dark Chronicle), and Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion(PS3).

Since I cannot find a Dark Cloud review, here is some cool Dark Cloud videos!
Snake duel
Final boss fight (SPOILER ALERT)
Dark Cloud Intro

Now some actual reviews!
Dark Cloud 2 review. Not my video, and sorry about the terrible voice but its the best review I could find
Oblivion review. The PS3 version doesn't have the lag problems they mention.

Since I'm too lazy to edit my original post, I'll just make a new one. In recent times, a couple of games of caught my attention. Namely Red Dead Redemption and Halo: Reach. I bought RDR mainly for two reasons; one of my friends was urging me to buy it, and I needed to add another game to my PS3 library. And to my surprise, I was completely blown away. The story was among the best I had experienced, IMO John Marston was a very likable protagonist. And to top it off the multiplayer was very addicting. I would spend hours upon end riding off into the sunset with a posse, raiding gang hideouts and duking it out with other players.

Now lets move on to Halo: Reach. You know, I've always had some kind of connection to Halo. The first FPS I ever played was Halo CE at a friends house. Good times driving my friend off a cliff, good times. Back on-topic though, after I had become addicted to Halo 3, I decided to buy Reach on launch day; my mind was blown. Unlike many fps gamers today, I always want to emerge myself in the story first, particularly the Halo series. I spent five and a half hours playing through Reach on normal difficulty. The only real downside to it was that I didn't really get to know the characters that well. Nonetheless the story was fantastic, with the great ending leading up to Halo CE. Phew, now that thats out of the way, lets talk about multiplayer. I'll keep it short and sweet; it's good IMO. Custom games was the best thing about Halo 3 for me, and that largely carries over to Reach. Countless hours were spent splattering friends in vehicles, or pushing friends into flaming pits of death. Overall, fantastic game.
