These "Meetings" will be an Attempt of keeping these Organized... and just to Chat, as well. =3 Hopefully, they'll be used to help set-up Deadlines and Assign Jobs (for those in the Staff), along with just some Check-ups with how everybody's doing things. This won't be a Mandatory-thing, since not all of us have similar Time-Zones, so... ja. A summary of each Meeting shall be posted onto this place, to help keep everybody that can't/couldn't participate up-to-date? =3 Um's... It'd be cool if this could work, even though it'd be kinda hard... Especially for those whom don't have their own Computer (or any Internet for their's and must use another's)... >,> But may we at least Try~? XD *lol* (I sounded too Serious so I had to not be as much...!) Anyways, there will be several types of Meetings:: - Authority Meetings - Staff Meetings - Vocal Meetings - Board Meetings Authority Meetings will just be an occassional Meeting, in which the Leaders and Sub-Leaders meet-up and discuss things such as desired Deadlines and Processes, along with which series to have next. Staff Meetings will be all those in the Staff, in which the Leaders will assign whom and how the Staff will work together; along with Deadlines for when each job is completed and sent-in. Vocal Meetings will be for those whom gained a Voice Acting/Singing Role, in which the Leaders will check-up everybody's Status and such... Along with getting Deadlines ready and how everybody's current Life is playing in effect to the Project (like if they can't Participate and such). Board Meetings will include every single Member on this Site, so long as they care. We'll talk about anything and up-coming things. Along with Possible Participation things, for those whom have nothing to do~ Uh... ja. I can't think properly, 'cause I'm getting kicked-off. =3 So... Please think of appropiate Day of the Week, for each Meeting (that'll be good for yas!) and at what Times. We'll check Time-Zone Differences and try to not have the Meetings-thing interfere too much, with Real-Life and all that! >=D *lol* My Time-Zone is -5:00 GMT (East-Coast of the U.S.), so that's my Status as of now~ |

This sounds like a good idea, but if we're using Skype, it won't work for me. I don't have skype. I'll post my time zone later or you can look at my profile, it says there. |

I can most likely participate. So here's my schedule: School starts wednesday School day 7:40-2:55 I don't get home till 3:20-3:30 ish My time zone is central standard time (mid-west of usa) So it's Gmt-6:00 I have skype and i can download yahoo messenger if we needed to chat that way. Well, it'd be best for a Instant-Chat Messenger-thing, as opposed to a Site. That way, it can remain Private and not have Spam in it, unless an Account is hacked and junk... Plus, since some are alone and/or could care less of sounding like an Idiot... we can use one that has a calling-like service on it, to use real-time talking... thing-a-majig... can't explain... yeah, I'm ditzy... XP *dead* |

So something like skype or aim right? Oh and my time zone is weird it's pacific time so 6 hours different than Isolde Michi. Just let me know what program and I'll see if I can get it or have an account. |

Well, for the TimeZone Issues, we'll simply set a Time and Day of the Week to have the Meeting, so we don't do much/any Damage to the Person's Schedule. And with the Program, we'll have to decide what everybody can deal with... like, some People can't get Skype or Use MSN, or something along those lines... In the End, we'll mostly need Participants. =P |
