Projects; How they'll start and when?

So, this is how our Projects are gonna work-out:: Once the Cast List is Completed, at least for the next Episode, we'll start Dubbing that Episode. Even if there's still several Characters still left to be fully Auditioned, the Series will take a small break to fully cast them, when the Time comes (when they're in the next Episode!). The Deadline for each part will be every half-month (yes, this is new!). The Parts may take longer than a half-month to come-out, as Mixing takes just as long, at the least. If you miss too many deadlines, then you're out of the Project--this Corresponds with Warnings. And... this is how new Projects will appear:: If the Series is a Long Series (lasting up to at least 52 Episodes): Only a short Series (at most 13 Episodes) may occur at the Same time! If the Series is a decent-lasting Series (at most 26 Episodes): A Short Series may also occur. A Series of the Same length may occur. If the Series is a Short Series: A long-Series may occur. A decent-lasting Series may occur. At least one-other Short Series may occur ::Terms:: Long Series - a Series that lasts up to at least 52 Episodes! Decent-Lasting Series - a Series that lasts up to 26 Episodes! Short Series - a Series that last up to 13 Epsiodes, at most! But most Important:: The Series must not be liscensed (I'm talking about by the U.S.!), before we begin the Project! It can be liscensed after we have our Cast List, since it'd prove to be a Waste of Time if we were to quit after months and/or years of Casting and setting-up the Project! However, if yas don't wish to take the Risk of facing any-sort of Legal Matters, then please say so and we'll allow yas to leave the Project. I doubt that the Consequences would be severe, as most on these Projects are Minors and such--the most would probably be scolding and a Fine (money-wise)? Please take all this into account~ XD

XD Michi just wants to have People not requesting certain things, during certain times... at least not the Newbies (if they were to actually come). =P
