Everyone, please remember that we have rules for the maximum signature size!
I know, I am not actively going around checking each siggy as they are being added or updated, but I will remove those oversized ones I come across.

For the sake of making this board as easily accessible as possible for new members, it is now required for original characters to post a character page giving the basic information about who the character is, what happened so far in terms of roleplay, and who they are linked to (friendships etc)

Try to make it short and sweet, just so people can get a quick overview of who they could meet in-game.

This is a simple bullet point list of things we chanced in this AU version. Some of these are part of the preliminary story, others came up when players created their characters, and yet others came up during the roleplay.

- There is no Bella

- The game starts effectively one year after Bella would have come to Forks (if she existed), so Alice, Edward, Angela etc, are seniors.

- Jasper is in the same year as Alice and has not graduated yet

- Riley changed Bree for company, not for the porpose of building an army.

- Riley, Bree, James, Victoria and Laurent are part of the Orleans Coven

- Jacob is doing his senior year at Forks High School, and has started dating Angela

- Charlie Swan is happily married for many years and has several children

Breaking Twilight will begin counting thread timelines at what is designated year 0. This begins with the senior year of Alice and Edward Cullen. The external world is in September 2005. All threads will be measured from this time (ex. a thread that takes place two years after Alice and Edward begin senior year would be YEAR 2).

A Perfect Day (finished)
Set on a weekend at the end of August 2005.
It's a sunny morning at the beach. Shiloh Kingston meets Sam Uley for the first time, about whom she has heard the rumors that he leads a small gang or cult.

Normalcy
Begins on the very first day of high school (first week of September 2005).
•The high school seniors attending Forks High meet and begin forming friendships (and Martin begins rubbing the bullies the wrong way).
•Jacob Black and Angela Weber take quite a liking to each other.
•Noelle Forest, a veggie vampire who was living with the Denali coven, is sent to Forks to stay with the Cullens.
•A pair of nomad vampires arrive in the area. The male is killed by the wolves, involving a tense encounter with some of the Cullens. His mate, Russian nomad Katya, pursues revenge against the wolf pack and choice targets among the Quileutes, intending to take revenge against the Cullens also. She bites Emily Young, who is saved from transforming into a vampire.
•This is a HUGE thread that is still evolving.

Elective, my... (finished)
Begins on the second day of school (first week of September 2005).
Martin, Jim, Jacob, and Angela get stuck in Speech & Drama class taught by Mr. "Melty" Milton.

The Priest Meets The Patriarch (finished)
Set on the second day of school (first week of September 2005).
Father Pete develops an infection caused by his prosthetic leg and is treated by Carlisle. The two men begin to get acquainted, and Father Pete is curious about the Cullen family.

Prowling The Shadows
Set on Wednesday or Thursday night in the first week of school (first week of September 2005) -- (if we put it closer to Saturday, it conflicts with "Adventures in Dining Out" and "An Inevitable Clash")
At Jacob's request, because he is so afraid of Sam Uley and his "gang," Martin comes out to the Rez to nose around and find out what this "gang" is about. They run smack into Sam and the pack. Jacob suffers some odd symptoms, argues with his Dad, and he and Martin sneak off (at least, they think they are sneaking) to see Dr. Cullen in hopes that he can figure out why Jacob has been feeling strange. (Quil Ateara will phase within a week. No one knows it yet, but Jacob is will phase in about two more months.)

An Inevitable Clash (finished)
The first Friday afternoon of high school (end of first week of September 2005)
Martin gets in an alley fight with Randy & Gang, and ends up at the home of Father Pete and Jim, along with Jacob. The three boys make plans to apply for serious martial arts lessons in Port Angeles.

Pick On Someone Your Own Size (finished)
Begins on Friday in the first week of school year (end of first week of September 2005).
At Forks High, Noelle is targeted by the resident gang of school bullies (Randy, Arnold, Robbie, and possibly a few more), who have no idea that they are picking on a pint-sized vampire. Martin to the rescue! (And Edward and Alice, of course).

Adventure In Dining Out
Set on the first Saturday of the school year (end of the first week in September 2005)
Jacob takes Angela out on their first real date, though naturally the best-laid plans of mice and men…

Forks High School... Sports? (finished)
Begins during the second week of high school (second week of September 2005).
Martin, Jacob, and Jim are being recruited for the cross-country track team.
Jim's cat, who had just birthed a litter of kittens, is found dead outside the rectory, drained of blood but obviously not attacked by an animal or struck by a car. Some mystery here.

Sore-Heart
Begins the second Saturday of September 2005
On a Saturday morning, Martin, Jacob, Jim, V, Sam, and Charlie discover some very odd tracks in the forest -- a partial print of what looks like a huge wolf, and something resembling BigFoot monster. Sam spies someone (identity unknown) dressed up in something like a BigFoot costume leaving those tracks.

Even In Small Towns
Set on Tuesday afternoon, second week of high school (second week of September 2005)
The high schoolers are hanging out at Baxters Fun & Grill, a popular after-school hangout in Forks. Martin has gotten a job there and Jim has just applied for one, too. Billy Black comes by to get a ride home from Jacob, and meets Jacob's new friends. As Jacob and Billy are leaving the lot later, their truck is struck by a drunk driver, who is the uncle of Randy, the leader of the school bullies. Randy is becoming increasingly violent and will soon land in jail.

After their terrible argument at the hospital, Martin and his father Matt finally have a long talk about the past, the present, and their different take on things.

A New Dawn
Wednesday, second week of high school (second week of September 2005)
Everyone is still dealing with the aftermath of the accident, and Randy is making his move.

There's Always a Bigger Predator (finished)
Set on the second Saturday of the school year (mid-September 2005, 5 days after the accident at Baxters, a week before the Senior Class Retreat)
Noelle Forest has been staying with the Cullens for two weeks but doesn't know them very well yet. This is Noelle's first time going hunting with most of the family.

Annual Senior Class Retreat/Campout
Third weekend of high school (third week of September 2005), from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
The senior class of Forks High School (plus several chaperones) goes on the annual retreat to Sunset Retreat (a retreat center on the beach near Forks and the Rez) for a weekend of camping out, sports, trail-walking, etc. Randy (school bully) nearly drowns Jim, his first act that is likely to result in police charges.

Matters Of Mobility
Set in fourth week of September 2005
Martin buys a used car that he can't drive until it is fixed up. His friend Jacob Black is all too happy to be the mechanic.

A Girl's Personal Nightmare
Set in first week of October 2005
Sarah Rinelli, a cook at Baxters, has difficulty getting home after work because her car won't start. Jacob has gotten a job as a mechanic at the garage next door to Baxters and, fortunately, was working late. He and Martin to the rescue of the damsel in distress! Then it turn into a real nightmare. And since in dreams anything is possible, don't expect common sense.

There is a big party in Forks, paired with a blood drive of the hospital, and a lot of characters are there to help and/or have fun. And later that evening they will by a big dinner.

(Jacob, Quil, Embry, and Seth have all phased by now. Jacob has imprinted on Angela Weber, and they have been dating for five months.) Someone sends DVD videos to all three Tribal Elders showing a videotape of Sam, Jacob, and Seth fighting and killing a vampire. It is blackmail, and the demand is $1,000,000 within two weeks. The blackmailer promised to air part of the video on YouTube on Valentine's Day.
