You should probably mix it up, bro. Shaun is totally right about jumprope. Jump rope with one leg, two, then both, then slow, then fast. Variation is key. Variation, water (lots of water), stuff low in fat with protein, Good progress, dude. Edited by Brian, 5 May 2009, 04:51 AM.
