I'm at about half the weight you want to become, and I think mine is more worrying.

Still, I don't care about mine, so congratulations on the success of your regime, I hope it all goes well for you, and you get to your desired weight.

It can, but you have to add cardio with that. My weight lifting plan has cardio. Running 30 min. on a treadmill is one thing I do for cardio.

Well done.

If you want to lose more though, I'd recommend doing more than weights. There's only a certain point you'll reach.

Running, swimming or cycling are really good for losing weight.

Alternatively, sex is a hellava form of exercise.

That means his BMI is... 32.8 which is in the top tier; however, should he meet his goal of 200 pounds it should be 29.5 and have moved down one tier, which is good progress. Well done.

Good job

As others said, running is a simple and easy way to lose weight, as long as you do it consistently. I'm not too fond of weight-lifting for a young age, as it might slow down your growth. Don't know if that's entirely true or not.

I've lost three pounds last week by simply not eating breads and snacks. I still haven't convinced my dad to buy a treadmill so I could speed up this process. Btw, I'm 190 pounds, 6 feet, and 14 years old. I have muscle, but my fat covers it olololol

Its called a protective layer.

;D

The best cardiovasc is a skipping rope.
If you get weighted handles it tones your arms as well..

Just do it in your back yard or somewhere secluded so you dont get insulted.

Or do it wherever you want and not care about being insulted?

I would do skipping myself, but it's a form of physical exercise, which requires me to put effort in, and my reward is crap.

Its illegal to skip within 2cm of someone.

Its called assault.

Can you actually think of somewhere public you could skip? xD

I mean apart from within the distance of hitting someone...

And, yeah, try some kind of pavement area, when people aren't near enough to be hit...
