Wearing a white tank top and a black pair of shorts he looked different from all monks of the temple. A large white haired ball of fur lay curled up on the ground. As the young man approached it uncurled revealing six legs and a large beaver like tail. The boy stopped grabbing his glider staff; he began to spin it causing a thin layer of air. "Not enough quite yet." He said as he swung the staff blasting air about a foot in front of him. "Still not good enough." Bending XP Gained: 4 XP: 14/210

MERCENARY Posts: 69 Group: Members Member #10 Joined: Aug 4, 2008	Kyoto sat on the ground with his companion Raven (Giant Eel Hound) lying down beside him. "Girl what do you think we should do today?" he asked the beast. Raven looked at him in a confused look not understanding what he was saying, before laying her head back on the ground. Kyoto stood up looking about as he decided it was time to start back his training since he had nothing to do. He removed both swords from their sheath's as he dropped into a fighting stance. He thrusted with his right sword then with his left sword. Swordsman XP Gained: 8 XP: 250/710 Edited by Kunugi, Aug 12 2008, 03:29 AM.

Water & Air Bender Posts: 266 Group: Admins Member #2 Joined: Jul 20, 2008	Sora turned swung his staff once more not creating any wind before jumping and launching two spinning kicks before slamming his staff into the ground once more creating a wave that sliced the air. He followed it up with a spin that created a real barrier round his staff this time. He stopped his training and listened as he heard a sword slice through the air. He looked over at Yun as he walked in his direction towards the noise. As he passed by Yun he saw a man swinging a sword in the air. Sora jumped a little ahead of himself and swung his staff from a safe distance launch a wave of air at the unknown man. Bending XP Gained: 6 XP: 28/210

MERCENARY Posts: 69 Group: Members Member #10 Joined: Aug 4, 2008	Kyoto continued training, then suddenly a small gust of wind cause him to be pushed forward. He quickly turned around looking at the unknown air bender that seemed to be the owner of the wave of wind sent his direction. He stood positioned in a fighting stance not wondering what the monk wanted. "Is there something you wish to do or say?"

Sora said as he continued to stay next to Yun in a defensive stance. Glider staff held straight in front of him.

MERCENARY Posts: 69 Group: Members Member #10 Joined: Aug 4, 2008	Kyoto snickered at the remark made by the monk, as his Giant Eel Hound slowly arose to it's feet watching both of them. "Well as you can see I am not from this temple, I am an outsider - Yes I know dangerous weapons are not welcomed but they symbolize someone close to me and this is why I practice alone so that the elders do not notice"

Also if you are going to stay do it outside of the temple grounds on the cliffs above. You won't be questioned by the elders their," Sora said as he lowered his staff. He was in a little to much of a rush to pick a fight at the moment. "I guess I forgot my formalities, I'm Sora," he replied as he patten Yun on the nose and the Bison got to it's feet. Sora turned and launched a wave of air at his sack that caused it to fly into the saddle on Yun's back before turning back towards the outsider. "You are concerned about my swords, but in the hands of a skilled a opponent even your staff can become a dangerous weapon." He then looked over at the bison; "I'm sure your bison weighs alot, but cannot move as quick as my Eel Hound, but I have no intention on fighting you unless you have a bounty or if you truly insist." He patted Raven on her head as she remained attentive at the bison and sora. Kyoto quickly put his swords back into their sheaths on his back still eyeing the monk. "I am Kyoto the mercenary and bounty hunter.. allied to none but the money put in my hands."

Just because a air bison isn't as fast doesn't mean it won't have the advantage. It is the basis of an air bender after all," Sora said as he looked at him. He lobbed his glider staff into the air having it land on the saddle. "So you are allied to yourself huh. Don't you believe in friendship?" Sora took a step forward unarmed and extending his hand. "I apologize for the attack before. I was a little on edge."

MERCENARY Posts: 69 Group: Members Member #10 Joined: Aug 4, 2008	Kyoto shrugged, not caring about the bison seeing as a few nets and people would be able to trap the beast if need be. "Allied to myself yes.. atleast after the Fire Nation banned my cousin and me and sent a squad out to decimate us.. I survived but my cousin didn't" His head dropped as the memory of his cousin floated into his head. He raised his head back up looking at the monk as he extended his hand out towards Kyoto. "Friendship, is rare for a bounty hunter seeing as I go after a target for their worth not for their friendship.." He looked at the monk once more before nodding his head signifying he accepted his apology still not attempting to shake his hand. "If you weren't a monk of this temple you might not have been so lucky.." he snickered to himself.
