Fire Earth Air Water are the four main elements. Each element belongs to a certain nation. Fire- To Fire Nation Earth- To Earth Kingdom Air- To Air Nomads/Air Temples Water- To Water Tribe Keep in mind this is what determines where your character is going to be from if you want to bend a specific element. Benders may get to bend a few extra things as well, but will obtain them through practice. No one will receive extra bending on the spot. Fire Benders- Can also learn to bend lightning under certain conditions Earth Benders- Can also learn to bend metal, mud and sand Water Benders- Can also learn to heal, Bend ice, mud, plants, and swamp. Requirements to learn healing. Have to be taught by a teacher while at the moderate level to learn to heal through water bending[/color] Certain requirements must be met before being able to learn certain special bending. All of them will be noted below please read. Lightning Bending - Advanced Level Bending. Must reach 710 xp and find a teacher that knows lightning bending. Sand Bending - Moderate Level Bending. Must reach 450 xp and find a sand bending teacher. Mud Bending - Advanced Level Bending. Must reach 710 xp before being able to learn this on your own. Metal Bending - Master Level Bending. Must reach 1710 xp and learn the skill through intense training. Healing - Moderate Level Bending. Must reach 210 xp and learn from a healing teacher. Ice Bending - Moderate Level Bending. Must reach 450 xp and find a ice bending teacher. Swamp Bending - Advanced Level Bending. Must reach 710 xp and find a swamp bending teacher. Mud Bending - Advanced Level Bending. Must reach 1200 xp before being able to learn this on your own. Plant Bending - Master Level Bending. Must reach 1710 xp before being able to learn it from a plant bending teacher in Foggy Swamp and have previously mastered Swamp Bending. Edited by Kunugi, Aug 9 2008, 04:39 AM.
